Yes, My bank account and credit card have been totally shut down, Debit and Credit Card. Called TFCU they activated my checking account after 2 hours on the phone as for the TFCU credit card. They refuse to activate the card plus they have shut down access to my on line sevice to the TFCU Credit Card which includes payments to the credit card,,hmmm late fees. I've spoken to (6) TFCU credit reps asking me purchases made in April,,WTF for ID of me.

There is a greeter who asks how they could help...any personal banker needs is directed to sit down while waiting for one of five bankers to get free. Things that can be done with a teller, is directed to a single line with 2 tellers. Once I got to front, it didn't take very long, and the teller was very pleasant, apologizing for the wait. I find out that, although they did SOME work on the Jeep, they did not rebuild the engine. This was a deal breaker for me. I asked them to either rebuild the motor or give me my deposite back because I did not want any of the other Jeeps. Surprisingly, they said no. They want me to pick a different one or I just lose my money. Fyi, the deposite was supposed to be $1000, but I gave $1500 like an idiot. What followed was a nightmare of fraud, extortion, and theft--still under active investigation by Hollywood PD. When I filed complaints, the GM threatened me. Ernesto Campos sent a threatening email demanding $434 with a 48-hour deadline and threatened a defamation lawsuit for exercising my legal right to file complaints. GOOGLE RATING MANIPULATION Modern Auto has a 4.1 star rating on Google, but that number is deceptive. Clusters of 5-star reviews have no text, no photo, no review history. Some are just a name and five stars. One reviewer called it out: the company "takes out adds to show there google reviews higher then what is actual" (James Beech, 2/15/26). Another reviewer was literally an employee. Yelp tells the real story. Capital One's Auto Navigator displays these manipulated Google Reviews--meaning Capital One is promoting a dealership with an inflated rating. When the fraud was exposed, Capital One told me to "work directly with the dealership." The same dealership under criminal investigation. Capital One chose the criminal over their customer. LIES MODERN AUTO TOLD ME 1. "Single private owner" -- LIE. Georgia title shows it was a corporate fleet vehicle. 2. "Registration & Title fees included in the loan" -- LIE. They demanded $434 after the sale. 3. "Blinker works" -- LIE. It didn't work when I drove off. CRIMES COMMITTED 1. Title jumping -- Illegal "Open Title" with blank price/tax fields (felony). 2. Extortion -- $434 demand with 48-hour deadline and defamation threat. 3. Theft -- Stole my license plate. Criminal charges filed. 4. False DMV stop -- Filed without my knowledge, 90+ days after sale. DEALERSHIP HISTORY - Suspended by Florida three times. - Operated without a surety bond for two years. - Insurance canceled for "falsification of information." - Defrauded at least 19 other consumers. - Multiple lawsuits, including an FDUTPA case for forging signatures and a lender lawsuit in California. CURRENT STATUS - Hollywood PD Criminal Investigation Division -- active. - Complaints filed with FLHSMV OIG, Ethics Commission, OFR, DFS, CFPB. This is a pattern. This is who they are. Do not buy from Modern Auto Sales. They will lie to you, steal from you, and threaten you. And if you finance through Capital One, you'll be told to "work it out" with the criminal.
