Stat away! These people are thieves. They asked me to pay $500 in advance to hold a car that I only had seen online. Three days later I changed my mind due to I got an amazing offer from other dealer. I called them to ask my $500 back. But surprise!!! They said me that it was impossible! I read ten times the small letter of the receipt when I paid the $500 and there were no clue about losing the money if you take other decision. Said that, they sold that car 1 week later (I knew that because I had the VIN number and CARFAX says if the car was sold and the date of sale) and took my $500 anyway. Bunch of thieves! read more

Worst service I've ever had in my experiences in dealerships. They were super nice and friendly before the sale on Feb 4th 2023. Once out the door they change ti not caring cause they got their money. Been writing manger for issues with vehicle and had me bring in vehicle on the 19th of feb. And they kept the car till today march 11th. They got angry cause I complained ti BBB.org about them not repairing my car for 3 weeks and lied on their reply saying they had the car for a week only. I sent proof of exchanges with Serge Casimir the manager and the sales rep that took in car on the 19th plus uber receipts and I will lawyer up. Avoid at all cost..tried to sell us a car with noticeable water damage as if the car was in a flood. The car had spores growing out of the leather seats, seatbelt, carpet..it wreaked of mold. The car had front end damage that was reconstructed by a toddler (it was very noticeable, alarming to witness) the miles were low but the wear and tear says otherwise. I bought a car from them about almost 3 weeks ago. they lie to me about the internet price. I was told the internet price was cash price. I was called last week pertaining to my plates and they said that the plates were ordered incorrectly. I would have to pay the difference. They also ran my credit, knowing that I was already approved there a finance company. I just put in a claim of fraudulent access to run my credit with the credit bureau. I went there today to pick up my plates and was told that I owed $300, toward the down payment. These people are thieves, stay away from them. I am a Veteran, and this is how they treat Veterans. No respect. I picked up my plates and left as fast as I can. Please, if your reading this review. They have a lot of beautiful cars, but they will take from you all they can. STAY AWAY FROM HAIMS. WARNING: This company sells lemons. Within a week, I had to replace all 4 tires (tire rot on the sidewall that they covered with tire black) and the keyless entry system. My mechanic also found rust in the engine. A gentleman came in when I was finishing up my purchase because there was water in the engine of the vehicle that he just recently purchased, and they responded by saying that he purchased the car as is. I purchased a 2018 Charger from them with 4,000 miles on it (so practically new). I asked if it has been in any accidents. They said no, and it did have a clean car fax report. However, it had been in a fairly major accident, and 2 separate technicians that I took it too for unrelated reasons were able to tell that within 60 seconds of looking at it (the front bumper showed signs it had been repainted from an accident). So either 1) Haims never had a tech of their own do a diagnostics before selling the car which is a terrible operating practice or more likely 2) they were aware and lied which is FRAUD and illegal. The damage: the front bumper had been replaced/painted over, the floor pan under the car was missing completely, and the radiator was bent causing it to not line up with the undercar shield. Bought a Charger from them with 4000 miles. I asked if it has been in any accidents and they said no. The carfax was clean. But they lied (which is fraud and illegal since it falsely adds value the car) and the car has in fact been in a fairly serious accident. When I realized this (took a technician 1 minute of looking at it to realize it has been in a wreck), I called several times leaving messages for the owner/manager since they were never in. They didn't call me back. My salesman stopped responding to my texts and his voice mailbox was full. When I showed up, they said to come back when a manager was in and when a technician was in since both were out that day and there was nothing they could do. Place is very shady and dishonest. Worst place ever!!!! "I never said it wasn't in an accident, I said it had a clean car fax" manager Jeff. Bad salesman and even worse management. I've bought 2 vans over the past year and plan to buy three this year. Told them I don't need to negotiate just be upfront with me. Skip to a few days later I buy a one year old van that my mechanic tells me it looks like it was in an accident. Some broken suspension parts. I contact the management they tell me it has a clean car fax and to bring it in they will fix it. So I bring it in they say it drives straight so when i pick it up the sales man says "yeah it's been in an accident" manager says i never said it wasn't, i said it was a clean car fax. I bring it back mechanic and they say it hasn't been fixed. Cheap to fix, but very shady. And they will not be seeing me again. Update: Temporary tag for 30 days and still haven't received my plate. They tell me it takes 45 days.... why give me a temp for 30? Never have I waited that long for a tag. They want me to pay for mailing the temp extension out. read more

Fast forward to where we are now, 16 days past purchase date. I have not seen the car in 15 of those 16 days. They swapped out the dead body loaner for another car which has extremely illegal tint on it, including the windshield. You take your life into your hands if you drive this car at night. At any rate, the car wasn't ready last week, as promised. Once the broken nipple was fixed, they then needed to order three supply lines for the turbos. That was six days ago. They're not here yet. By this time, you realize that I've been getting played. I realized it too right after I did some digging and talked to the last two Audi dealerships that serviced this 2014 Audi S6. Turns out there had been some indications of fuel problems all along. Of course this was unbeknownst to me. I explained this to Warren and he finally came clean, admitting that they needed to make a decision, the dealership that is. Why? Because the parts that they need to fix this car are going to cost several thousand dollars. Let me repeat that, I would have driven off the lot had the check engine light not been on with the car that required several thousand dollars of repairs. It's true, I'm not lying, contact me here if you think I am. Tomorrow I am meeting with Warren and the manager, Gustavo. Oh wait a second, Warren did offer to get me into a different vehicle, a comparable performance vehicle. Of course, that was an upsell. Yes, the car they wanted to put me in was $10,000 more than the car that I bought and, of course, there's no price negotiation. This will all be settled tomorrow. 100%. read more

I was in the market for an SUV but kept coming back to Haims website to look at a 2012 Mustang. I've driven a Mustang for 9 years now and grew up in an auto shop so I knew enough to make an informed used car purchase. We called Haims to check that the Mustang was there and a Jeep. The Jeep was gone but we decided to go see the Mustang because it was a great price. As with ALL dealerships, you have to read the fine print. Always. The price on the website is a cash price - my fault for being so naive to think I was getting a 2012 Mustang for under 11k ;) Paul was our salesperson and he was great at walking me through the entire process. If I had questions, he answered. I was still a little weary when signing the final paperwork, as this was my first purchase, so when Paul said if there was anything wrong with the car to let him know and he would make it right, I felt more comfortable. I waited a few weeks to review, just to make sure I still felt great about purchasing the vehicle but one night, I hopped into my passenger seat and was surprised by a soaking wet seatbelt. I did some quick investigating and discovered the car was leaking around one of the seals, so I called Paul the next day and he told me to bring it back and they would fix it. I brought it in on a Saturday morning and within about 45 minutes, my car was fixed and ready, no extra fees, no bs, they really fixed it! Haims gets 5 stars for keeping their word! Even as I was driving there was told that the vehicle I wanted to see was sitting in the lot , 40 minutes later I arrive the car can't be found and they have no clue what I'm looking for. But off course the magic words, "Oh but don't worry, we have three more just like it". Stay away from this place if you're looking for true service and quality vehicles, highly recommend you look at reputable brand-name dealers and get the service you pay for. We were met by the sales person who is looking more like a drug addict. It was by appointment and we wanted to see the car first before anything, but Jose told us that first we need to fill out the application just informative. I told him many times- do not run credit report until I will see and test drive the car, he told me certainly not. I think it is common sense???? So we haven't seen the car and we continue answering his questions, in 10 min he disappeared, another guy is coming back and presenting himself as a finance manager. Finance manager?Interesting! I haven't seen the car, I did not touch the car and I was applied for credit already? I asked him, who gave you rights to do the hard credit report, he told me - you did, you just did by signing the form. I was literally shocked! So now we are discussing the downpayment and etc and I haven't seen the car! Well, the finance manager is rude and smell very bad, and he asked me to provide tax returns, never heard of that in dealerships. I told them I disappointed by the whole situation and I am not giving you a penny . Then he was continuing being rude he was trying to put me down, I told him i drive brand new Audi SUV and I didn't get used to underground dealership rules. So we left! Stay away! In short: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are very typical Used Car Salesmen. The text below is taken from our complaint with the Better Business Bureau that is also being filed with Florida's Office of the Attorney General. Repeated calls to the dealership have fallen on deaf ears. They have left us on hold for hours at a time, waiting for this salesman or that salesman to actually do something. "Johnny" the finance manager has told us on numerous occasions that he would get it settled... Nothing has happened. We have repeatedly asked to speak to the General Manager, and that request is always denied. We have asked to speak with the owner... also denied. This deanship is packed with sleazy salesmen that don't give a crap about you or the car that you just purchased the second you leave their lot. I hope that this honest review of their performance informs your decision to seek a different dealership. I am absolutely not alone in my disdain for this dealership. Just check their existing BBB record if you want to see exactly how many complaints they have. They have a 1.5 star rating out of a possible 5 stars. BBB and Attorney General Complaint: Haimes Motors has failed to comply with the "We Owe" terms of their contract and have repeatedly ignored requests to do so. On June 12th 2020 I purchased a 2019 Jeep Wrangler from Haimes Motors. The Jeep was modified with custom aftermarket parts and was missing some very crucial parts that are required by federal law to be part of the vehicle. Specifically, the vehicle's spare tire mount, which houses the third brake light was not functioning, and in fact, not even attached to the vehicle. It was sitting in the rear cargo area. Haimes Motors could not even locate the factory bolts that mount the spare tire carrier. Also on the "We Owe" section of this contract was the center caps for the new wheels that Haimes Motors had placed onto the vehicle without installing the center caps. "Under the Federal regulations in the United States, motor vehicles must be manufactured so that the third brake light (or "center highmounted stop lamp" as we call it) and all other stop lamps are steady-burning when they are in use." Center High Mounted Stop Lamps (CHMSL) have been standard equipment on all new passenger cars sold in the United States since model year 1986 and all new light trucks since model year 1994, as required by Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108. If the fact that Haimes Motors has modified our vehicle to be in violation of federal law wasn't bad enough, 24 hours after we brought the vehicle home, the aftermarket LED off-road light mounted above the windshield malfunctioned and would stay on regardless of the switch position. We had to remove the power cables from the battery to get the light to turn off. We, of course, called Haimes Motors immediately the next day and requested the build sheet from SoFLO so that we could have the light bar replaced under the factory warranty. Haimes Motors has failed to provide it. For FOUR months this has been an ongoing struggle to get Haimes Motors to comply with their contractual obligations, let alone function as a reputable business. This complaint will also be forwarded to the Florida Attorney Generals Office for consideration. read more

I saw an ad for a car listed for sale here. I called in to verify if it was available. The agent told me to hold on, which I did. Then, I was asked for the stock number. I provided it and was later told, "Sorry, the car is not available right now. Would you like something else?" I wasn't sure what "not available right now" meant, so I said I'll call back later. Two weeks later, I still saw that car listed on Autotrader. So I called in and asked if it was available. The same agent picked up and asked for the stock number. I again provided it, and was told "Sorry, this car is not available. Can I interest you in something else?" I again, said no and hung up. Pretty soon, I received a call from Haims offering me many other cars similar to the one I asked for but in no way similar in price (higher), mileage (higher), and condition (worse) to the one advertised. I politely mentioned that I wasn't interested. The agent then tried to get my contact information asking for my full name and all. I politely again said I wasn't interested. Few hours later, I received another call from Haims. Another agent called offering the same cars. I politely said no, and again was asked for my personal contact information. And then a few hours after that, I was called by another agent offering the same alternatives and trying to convince me "these are pretty good," "You should come on in" and so forth. Again, I politely said I wasn't interested and yet again asked for my personal contact information. This past weekend, I looked online to find on Craigslist the same car I initially called in for newly listed for sale. Same car, with the same price and pictures, an etc. This is like over a month after I initially called in for the vehicle and being told it was sold. I highly believe there is no car like that for sale. This most likely seems like a bait and switch operation to me. I mean, after one month after being sold, the Autotrader listing should have been updated and newly published ads on Craigslist should have ceased. I don't think I will be giving a keen interest in any Haims ads going forward. read more

Pretty shitty experience here. Waited forever to speak to someone. Wasn't even greeted when we came in. When they did realize I was trying to get a car it seemed like everyone was trying to call "dibs", but we'd already spoken to a "Tony" and had to wait around for him. Another salesmen tried to show me other more expensive cars- Nah, not interested. My experience was a little similar to Elisha's review... We negotiated the price/trade-in and everything to where we wanted it. I had a check and was going to cover the remaining balance with my card. As soon as I pulled out my check from my bank, suddenly there is a $750 "Draft Fee". Bullshit. I wasn't going to finance with them because I'd clearly already had the money. My check is as good as cash. Don't let these dealerships try to scam you out of more money. They lost out because they were being GREEDY. You can also shove that $700 dealers fee where the sun don't shine. read more

This dealer makes no exceptions to all sales final. I bought a used Porsche for over $30k and within one week, the transmission blew and costs me $5000 to fix. The sales manager Miguel said he'd have the GM call, which he did, and the GM passed off responsibilities to the owner. They wouldn't give me any owner information but did take my number and promise to call back. One week later, I was able to reach Miguel who explained he would block my phone number. I personally had a wonderful experience at Haims Motors. I mainly credit this experience to my Salesperson, Charly. He made all the difference. I had been there two days prior & expressed how I was shopping around. I mainly returned because I felt I received excellent Customer Service & was a "hassle-free" experience. Not to mention, it was a good car at a fair price. Charly is a personable, knowledgeable & "honest car salesman". I appreciate that! Also, Haims Motors works within customers' budgets. Don't purchase anything from this place. I was told by 2 managers and the sales person that new seat were already ordered for the vehicle I wanted to purchase because the ones on it were stuck in a reclined position. After two weeks of waiting they came in and when I came in to have them installed all they did was put in rusted old seat and put my original seat covers on it. This was actor they sent me pictures of the new seat sitting at the dealership. When I spoke to another manager about this he said new seats were never ordered because new seats can't be ordered for my vehicle and the first three people misspoke. Drove 45 min to the lot and the idiotic salesman tried to convince me I was the one who made a mistake even after proving my case with my email correspondence with "Jose", who I'm sure now isn't even a real person who works at this place. Absolute waste of time and completely unprofessional. "Jose" couldn't clarify multiple discrepancies in the listed fees/price and features over the phone or via email. "Jose" insisted instead on meeting in person for a test drive. I'm not sure what they planned on me test driving, as the car is/was never in their inventory.
