In situations such as this, any person with an iota of common sense could work out some mutually workable arrangement through basic communication. All she had to do was contact me to tell me that she could no longer hold the clothing and that we needed to make an appointment to trade the payment and the clothing. Instead, this business made no effort to contact me at all and simply proceeded to destroy my property. She tried to make excuses but ultimately had no excuse for making zero effort to contact me. THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION and is irresponsible with and cavalier about the valuable property of others. BUYER BEWARE.

The work was done when they told me it would be, so I would recommend this place.

I went to go pick up my items today and the same two pen marks are still on the costume. The marks are from a normal Bic, ball point pen, less than an inch long each. I asked the lady about it, it was the same lady when I brought in the clothes, she had told me that they must have washed it and couldn't get it out. Now, if I'm not mistake, I took my articles of clothing into them to get washed because they are dry cleaners, that's what they are suppose to specialize in doing. When I look inside the costume, which is black, you can see my white deodorant marks in the armpits of my costume. I asked if they could try again to get the light marks out and the lady ignored me and didn't care what so ever. I will definitely not be returning to Highland Cleaners.
