I tried on quite a few that I liked but nothing completely wowed me. Until Shannon took it upon herself to pull one for me to try on. It was strapless (which made me uneasy) but she added straps to give it that off the shoulder look I wanted. It was PERFECT. I am not someone who cries but this dress had myself and my group in tears. We purchased it THAT DAY. Fast forward to June of 2024 - I have lost about 80 pounds and get the call that my dress was in. Panic set in but Shannon assured me that it would all be fine. I went to try it on and of course it was about 5 sizes too big. I brought it to my seamstress July 6th for alterations and was told that it may not be doable and it if was it would cost me around $900. (My wedding is October 26th by the way) I gave the store a call simply to find out what the name of their sister store was as I was most likely going to have to get a new dress. Luckily it was Shannon who I spoke with and she was just as upset about the situation as I was. She told me she would call me right back. And she did. With the name and number of a wonderful seamstress who was experienced in this type of work. She also said she could POSSIBLY work something out with the sister store for a trade in for my dress. (That's not something they typically ever do but she would ask!) hey, the worst the owner could say was "no" at this point. So with no "good" option I made an appointment at The One as well as with the experienced seamstress. (Take a look at my review on The One by SBB's page to see how that went.) When I say I was completely BLOWN away by the kindness and generosity I felt by this store and its employees/owners, I mean it. They could have easily said "too bad so sad" about the entire situation but they are REAL people who actually care about their clients. In a world that is so harsh and cruel these days, it's hard to find that. I will recommend SBB to ANYONE that will listen! Thank you Shannon and everyone who made this potentially disastrous situation stress and guilt free. If I could - I would invite them all to the wedding.

Instead of shipping them out and paying for returns fees I decided to come in instead. The communication with the store owner Aubrey was superb. The shop was so cute and everyone was really helpful. They made sure they had the dresses I was interested in pulled and ready for my appointment. I was able to say "yes to the dress" to the most beautiful Maggie Sottero. Weeks after the sale I had questions/worry about the alterations needed for the dress and Aubrey continued to help me and answer my questions. She reassured me the alternation I need would not change the integrity of the dress as long the person is experienced in bridal dresses. She also does not pressure you to do alterations with her but does offer great deals. When it is alteration time I most likely with come back to her, despite the drive because of the quality of the store. If she sold more than just wedding dresses she would have my continued business. Instead, even though I rarely ever write reviews I feel her shops deserves it. Completely worth the drive.

I found my dress (unexpectedly through the Essence of Australia line) and they made sure it all got ordered properly and I did all the alterations with Jamie as expected. I also had a separate appointment with another consultant to find a veil, and they were very patient and helpful throughout to find veil options with lace that matched the lace on my dress (despite not being made by the same company). All in all, I would highly recommend Bella Sposa! It was about a 35 minute drive each way from home to get there and I am glad we did it!

First, the person showing us dresses was having difficulty knowing how to use the measuring tape. At one point, we had two different workers measuring each bridesmaid due to inconsistent measuring. Secondly when checking out, they provided the entire group with inconsistent and misleading information on when the dresses would arrive and when they would be ordered. Two workers at the front desk informed us that we could pay for half of the price today and the rest of the amount later. Due to one braidsmaid moving out of state we asked multiple times if the dress would arrive in advance of the wedding in July. They told us multiple times that the dresses were guaranteed to be here by May. As half of the party proceeding to leave the building after paying half, another coworker came to the front desk randomly and tells us that the dresses will not be ordered today and will not be ordered from the shop until each dress is paid in full. She goes on to say that if we only pay half today, we could come back to pay the rest in full but it would not arrive in May but would come in late June. Wedding is early July. She went on to say that it was their new policy. When asked about where this policy was so I could read it as it was not included in the policy I signed when paying for the dress, she could not find it. She went on to day that this new ordering policy is not written down and just became in effect. She couldn't provide me with the date of when this new policy started. As half of the braidsmaids had already left at this point after paying half, we had to call them back to pay in full as the two front workers gave us wrong information. We also had to call two other braidsmaid to pay the rest over the phone as they had picked out dresses weeks prior and were told the dresses would be ordered the same day the paid half. That was not the case and their dresses were not ever ordered. Worst experience ever.
