They started off really well. Honestly they went down hill by a 2nd car. We bought two cars within…read morethe same year. With the second car they completely messed up the title information when filing. We ended up wasting gas money going back and forth to PennDot then again to Ciocca. Mind you Ciocca is over 30 minutes away from where we live. So an hour drive up and back every time. When we began bringing in the 1st car due to the windshield cracking, again we were up and back at least 3 times. We got a rental car and in dropping off the rental they really had the AUDACITY to charge $15 for a whopping 3 gallons. Honestly you have got to be shitting me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Be weary about your loan advisor and whoever is sneaking in those little payments. I'm above and beyond irritated. Look the only reason is there was anything missing was because we had to drive to and from Ciocca so many f*cking times. I guess that's just how we price gouge people. Might as well have f*cking use a ride share app than dealing with them smh. Complete bs. Thanks to Nick and Danny our first sales reps. You two are awesome. So there's your second star.

I drove from York county to drive an Accord Hybrid. it took them about 40 minutes to actually get…read morethe car ready for me to take it for a test drive, even though I was the only customer in the showroom. I like the to buy it. Three hours later, we were still sitting in the showroom, waiting to sign the paperwork to purchase the automobile because we refused to pay an extra 17% on top of a 37,000 thousand dollar automobile for extended of one type or another, plus a couple thousand dollars more for some sort of clearcoat on top of the paint job. All of this was offered to us by the sales person and when we said we're not interested we're not buying extended warranties or the clearcoat. We just want the automobile. He left us there for about 45 minutes. Then he came back and tried to have a for the car and it included the extended . we said we are not buying them take that off. Then the sales manager came out and gave us a bad time about not buying the extended warranties. And I told him we aren't interested and we're not buying them. You either wanna make a sale of a car or you don't. 45 minutes later the sales manager still hadn't come out and call us into his office to sign the paperwork. My husband and I actually got the restrooms and we're on our way out the door without the car because we we just weren't going to buy it because they were giving us such a bad time. They were nothing but rude, never had the car cleaned up for us although they wanted us to take it to the York dealership to have it detailed properly, which I refuse to do. I like the car I hate the dealership. I felt like I was being financially raped by the dealer and their staff and I can tell you I will never on God's green go back to that dealership for anything whatsoever. I have driven Hondas for many years and will never ever buy one from them again not from the Harrisburg office and not from office. I guess I'll be going over to Lancaster County.

Took vehicle on Thursday for estimate on repairs per auto insurance referral. Estimate was quick…read moreand easy. Schedule to bring vehicle on Monday for repair. Called the next day to inquire about weekend drop offs and process. Didn't get a return call. I took my chances and dropped off over the weekend. Figured they'd get back to me on Monday. NOPE. I was having a medical procedure done so wasn't able to follow-up on Monday. Tuesday called at the end of the day, hoped they would have called me either returning my call from Friday or to update in regarding the Monday appoimtment...again NOPE!!! Called myself on Tuesday to be informed it hasn't even been looked at yet or started. I asked, "WHY the Monday appointment if you weren't doing anything with it??" Response, "I'll look into it and etc you know." Wednesday, no call. Thursday, no call. I call AGAIN, am informed they are just now doing the estimate. WTF...It was done a week prior. No response, other than I don't know but will look into it and call you back. I hang up and call my insurance to complain about the company they sent me to. They extend my rental cause no way my car will be done by Sunday since they haven't even started it. Friday, Ciocca, calls me back to say, they are just now getting it in and took it upon themselves to extend my rental, a DIRECT LIE, since I did it with my insurance and the rental company the day prior. Monday, get a text that my car, "HAS BEEN PAINTED AND IS BEING REASSEMBLED". Wednesday, get another text,"YOUR VEHICLE IS BEING REASSEMBLED." Really cause what about the text 2 days prior??? Got a phone call at end of my work day that my car was finished and we close at...30 MINUTES AFTER the message was left. There is no way in hell I could have made it there in time. Unless I was already on my way. This place has HORRIBLE customer service the rep that calls/answers the phone is one of those slow talkers in a monotone voice, knows not a single detail about what is going on. DON'T recommend!!! Car got repaired but has a SMALL scratch on the leather...I will deal with it as I am the only person who would ever notice.
