This company racially profiled me just because I was black!…read moreI was attending a Jewish Funeral for the very close relative of my close friend. I was there to show support for one of my very good friends, who happens to be Jewish, during one of the hardest times in his life. I parked and as I was attempting to be there to support my dear friend, I was singled out and stopped on the way in, and interrogated by their guard for an extended period of time! Now matter how much I explained myself, named names, explained who I was and my relation to the people there, he would not believe me! I answered all his questions and then some and I really tried to be cooperative. Still the guard continued to interrogate me for some time and would not let me go. He was of considerable size and to be honest I was quite worried I would be tackled or hurt unless I complied. The threat of violence was definitely felt by me otherwise I would have just walked inside past him. Meanwhile many other people walked right by without any problem. When I asked why he was singling me out, the guard admitted point blank it was because I was black, and everyone else there was white! It finally took other mutual friends of ours attending the funeral to come out and shout at the guard to let me go. Many people came up to me later and were horrified at the way I was singled and treated just because I am black! I'm not the person to allege racism, I grew up in a biracial family, and like to give the benefit of the doubt, but this was outrageous clear racism! A very sad and tragic situation was made far worse due to the unprofessionalism and racial profiling of the staff Houston P&I. I used to be a security guard for over 3 years, and this is not the way to handle security. If they would have asked anyone, they could have vouched for me, I knew almost everyone there. I had even volunteered at the Funeral home to collect their Shamos in the past for a charity. After the funeral I called and ask to speak to management and was given the run around and that "no management was available". As I tried to explain the situation to the call taker I was interrupted and honestly felt ignored. Only later on did the person who answered the phone admit they were the owner and they claimed they would get back to me with some kind of resolution. I waited more than a week before posting this review to see if anyone from the company would respond with a change in policy, or some kind of explanation on how this would be prevented in the future. Honestly all I wanted was an honest admission that a mistake was made and a statement on how they would make sure they didn't mistreat anyone else. After explaining the entire situation and the horrible way I was treated, there was zero follow up! This company is horrible! Racist! Please boycott. Thanks. They have no idea what they are doing and shouldn't be in business.

They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. Recently my car needed a serious repair at a dealership. The dealership gave me a loaner. I parked it on our parking lot obeying all the rules of my condo association : Displaying a guest tag and parking under the light pole far away from a building making a security guy job easier. After a several days the loaner car was barnacled . I called Signal and they told me that I broke rules that I 've never heard of and I can pay $100 cash instead of $250 on card. It sounded for me like an extortion. I pay those guys as an owner via association fee to protect my cars on a parking lot but instead they trying to scam me out of my money! By the way they do NOTHING to protect the owners cars . During last year at LEAST 4 cars were burglarized on only one parking lot out of six including my wife's car . They are rude and disrespectful when You call and talk to them. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
