While the deadbolts worked perfectly, I soon realized the keys in the doorknobs were sticking and difficult to push in all the way. I reached out, and they sent a second technician (Christi) who took the time to resolve the issue. While it was a bit disappointing that the job wasn't completed the first time correctly, I am very pleased with the final result. I was especially impressed by their communication; they proactively called me in the morning to update me on a slight delay due to emergency calls. It's rare to find a company that prioritizes follow-up as they do.

I needed extra FOBS for my car. Technician showed up and programmed two FOBS. The entry key is part of the FOB and an important part of a working FOB. He told me that I now need to go to a dealer to have the keys cut which means extra time and money. Decided to lock my garage door for the first time ever when I went out today - and then lost the…read morekey. Brilliant. Thankfully, I found this company on Yelp, and gave him a call. Friendly and professional, he let me know he was working on another site but could be by my house in about 45 minutes. True to his word, he was there just under that. He tried to pick the lock for me, but it was apparently a really solid lock (only time in my life I prayed to hear that something on my house wasn't super secure, go figure). He ended up having to replace it. He was quick, efficient, and was able to use my extra house key to match the lock up so I wouldn't have a different key for the deadbolt. Perfect.
