I have a pair of rimless Tag Heuer frames that are over 10 years old. Got new lenses at a great price in 30 minutes. Mr Lee is able to cut rimless lenses on-site. His work is clean and meticulous, there are no off angle cuts or jagged edges. Most other eyeglass shops in town need to send it out and charge almost double. They don't have your typical brands made by Luxottica but if you want Korean frames and look like a someone from a k-drama this is your place to go. read more

Absolutely love this place. I have gotten 2 pairs of glasses there. Styles are perfect for folks with low bridge noses like me. I hate when glasses rest on my face and these are all perfect for people like me. The man who runs the shop is also amazing! His customer service is very accommodating. I love this place and will probably never go elsewhere. read more

I recently visited Eleven Optical in Houston, Texas, and I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile, an invitation to "take my time," and a genuinely welcoming environment. The quality of customer service is unparalleled - the staff is not only friendly but also incredibly efficient and punctual. I was amazed at how quickly he had my gorgeous new glasses ready; the turnaround time was truly record-setting. I purchased 3 pair during my first visit in May 2024! They have an impressive selection of frames, offering a variety of styles to suit every taste. Whether you're looking for something classic or trendy, Eleven Optical has it all. Staff took the time to help me find the perfect pair, ensuring both comfort and style. Great value, great price. This is my NEW go-to place for glasses, PERIOD. The best in town. I went to 2 lens crafters all to ask if they can swap my lens to a new frame I bought which was the same frame and both kept it and called me back said they couldn't do it. While I was waiting I found Eleven Optional 5 mins away and open on a Sunday so I asked for my frame back and drove over. Let me tell you it took 5 mins and he came back and my frame was fixed. I think we all got used to going to big box eyeglass place but going to a private eyeglass place is always personable vs. The box place is like buying a car your dealing with sales people. I ended up buying a new frame while I was there. This location is inside H Mart. Very helpful in selecting my frame and lens. read more

I've been eyeing this place since it opened! All of the frames are so stylish (Korean style), which is not a style u can find in the usual glasses stores in Houston. They also don't do eye exams, so they don't accept insurance (out of network store). HOWEVER, the store owner can help you fill out the reimbursement form for your insurance! Getting my lens done there was $60 (uv, scratch, glare protection included) and $40 if u wanna add blue light stop! The process time for the lens was 30minutes!!!! So stop by here before you do your hmart shopping :3 read more

Eleven Optical - The frames I chose! $195 - Sunglasses Near Me - Houston, Texas

=) After contacting the optician, they provided me with detail to take an eye exam [elsewhere] BEFORE arrival if looking for prescription glasses, due to their lack of support for the service. After entering Eleven Optical, within my sight were organized openly displayed prescription glasses /sunglasses frames to freely try on, touch, feel, and glance in the multiple paneled wall mirrors upon arrival at ease. The cost for the frames are shown with the stickers placed on the glasses, compared to others without such step, this marks down the need for price inquiry. After choosing out my own desired style , there is additional options to choose between Blu-Ray/ Transitional ver. 7/8 or none at all if opting for the regular lens, then the optician will sit down to discuss price, contact info, measure eye distance, and pick up date at their shop. Although proactive customer service is lacking when stepping into the shop, I did not mind, I liked being able to wander around in scavenger for my potential pair of glasses. Communication might be easier if Korean is one of your languages, though speaking in English, there were not any difficulties too^^ With the shop in area, I am happy I am now able to try on pairs able to support my lack of nose bridge arch, then hitting or missing through online orders or needing stick with a pair consistently sliding down my field of vision. (Updating - after usage when my pair has arrived) read more

Eleven Optical - BOOM got new Eyegear! - Sunglasses Near Me - Houston, Texas

We love this place because the service is always top-notch. You can find a location with a lower price, but as the old saying, "You'll get what you are paying for." They don't sell names like Prada, Gucci, Versace, etc. They have all the popular brands from Korea; however, it doesn't mean the quality is cheap. My wife, mom, nieces, and I got our glasses from here. Our frames still look new because they retain the original colors and do not fade away like my wife's previous Gucci. Our most recent shopping experience with the store is buying a frame for my mother-in-law in Vietnam. If you have ever shopped for your in-laws, you will know what I am going through. The owner was very patient and helped me through the process even though I had returned and exchanged the frame 3-4 times because my mother-in-law kept changing her mind. I'm proud to say that the owner had my back by being super helpful in helping me with this matter. read more

I went to this location for the first time less than a week ago and the customer service by the owner was spectacular as well as the selection of glasses! I'm usually the one to go to a bunch of stores to find THE pair of glasses I'll be donning for the next year or two but it probably took me less than 5-10 minutes in this one store. I got my glasses within 30-40 mins and I was just in HMart to pass that time and they fit and work great. I'll be coming back here to get my annual-biannual glasses and I've already recommended this place to family and friends who want to update their glasses. Owner was knowledgeable and transparent about my glasses as well. Couldn't recommend a glasses place any more than this one!! read more

I HIGHLY recommend this place! The owner is very knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. They have a huge selection of trendy and stylish glasses and sunglasses imported from Korea. They fit my face well, are of great quality, and so light-weight on my face! The pricing of glasses and lenses were also very affordable. Once I picked out the frames I wanted, he had my lenses cut and fitted in about 20 minutes. I LOVE my new glasses and will definitely be going back! read more

I just came in here today with my lens prescription and my glasses were ready within 30 minutes. They have large selection of trendy American/Korean styles and prices are reasonable. They don't offer eye exam but if you bring in your prescription(or glasses you would like to be replicated) you will be taken care promptly! Although they do mot accept insurance at the moment, there are forms you can file for reimbursement from your insurance company and they will assist you in filing them. I highly recommend this place. read more

I came in today to get a pair of glasses! This place is awesome! They have stylish and unique glasses and the best part about it is that once I decided on the pair I wanted I only waited 30 minutes for my prescription. I will definitely go back for another pair! read more

Looking for beautiful glasses and expedited service? Eleven Optical is where you want to go! This nice shop located in Spring Branch inside H-Mart, offers nice frames at reasonable prices. I purchased two pair single vision and received 50% off the frames for the second pair. Both pair of glasses were ready for pick-up within an hour! I'm very happy with my purchase because the Rx includes UV protection and anti reflection. I saved so much money compared to where I went last year. I'm 100% satisfied with my new glasses and I will definitely be back. Great customer service! read more

High-quality, lightweight, stylish glasses and lens and extremely knowledgeable staff.

This place is a great find. The optometrist is extremely courteous, patient, and professional. There are so many frame styles to choose from that are flattering to Asian (and non-Asian) faces, and are very comfortable and light-- including the latest K-drama star looks ;) My glasses were ready the same day! I will definitely be coming back for another cute pair next year! read more

I stumbled across this store as I was visiting the H-mart Korean grocery store. The glasses store was right at the H-mart's entrance so you can't really miss it. They have a huge selection of Korean-style glasses that caters to Asian's face shape. The customer service was extremely thorough and friendly. My glasses were ready in 30 minutes and the owner did more than enough so I can walk out with a perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommend this place! read more
