I went to 2 lens crafters all to ask if they can swap my lens to a new frame I bought which was the same frame and both kept it and called me back said they couldn't do it. While I was waiting I found Eleven Optional 5 mins away and open on a Sunday so I asked for my frame back and drove over. Let me tell you it took 5 mins and he came back and my frame was fixed. I think we all got used to going to big box eyeglass place but going to a private eyeglass place is always personable vs. The box place is like buying a car your dealing with sales people. I ended up buying a new frame while I was there. This location is inside H Mart. Very helpful in selecting my frame and lens. read more

I have a pair of rimless Tag Heuer frames that are over 10 years old. Got new lenses at a great price in 30 minutes. Mr Lee is able to cut rimless lenses on-site. His work is clean and meticulous, there are no off angle cuts or jagged edges. Most other eyeglass shops in town need to send it out and charge almost double. They don't have your typical brands made by Luxottica but if you want Korean frames and look like a someone from a k-drama this is your place to go. read more

I've been eyeing this place since it opened! All of the frames are so stylish (Korean style), which is not a style u can find in the usual glasses stores in Houston. They also don't do eye exams, so they don't accept insurance (out of network store). HOWEVER, the store owner can help you fill out the reimbursement form for your insurance! Getting my lens done there was $60 (uv, scratch, glare protection included) and $40 if u wanna add blue light stop! The process time for the lens was 30minutes!!!! After entering Eleven Optical, within my sight were organized openly displayed prescription glasses /sunglasses frames to freely try on, touch, feel, and glance in the multiple paneled wall mirrors upon arrival at ease. The cost for the frames are shown with the stickers placed on the glasses, compared to others without such step, this marks down the need for price inquiry. After choosing out my own desired style , there is additional options to choose between Blu-Ray/ Transitional ver. 7/8 or none at all if opting for the regular lens, then the optician will sit down to discuss price, contact info, measure eye distance, and pick up date at their shop. Although proactive customer service is lacking when stepping into the shop, I did not mind, I liked being able to wander around in scavenger for my potential pair of glasses. Communication might be easier if Korean is one of your languages, though speaking in English, there were not any difficulties too^^ With the shop in area, I am happy I am now able to try on pairs able to support my lack of nose bridge arch, then hitting or missing through online orders or needing stick with a pair consistently sliding down my field of vision. We love this place because the service is always top-notch. You can find a location with a lower price, but as the old saying, "You'll get what you are paying for." They don't sell names like Prada, Gucci, Versace, etc. They have all the popular brands from Korea; however, it doesn't mean the quality is cheap. My wife, mom, nieces, and I got our glasses from here. Our frames still look new because they retain the original colors and do not fade away like my wife's previous Gucci. Our most recent shopping experience with the store is buying a frame for my mother-in-law in Vietnam. If you have ever shopped for your in-laws, you will know what I am going through. The owner was very patient and helped me through the process even though I had returned and exchanged the frame 3-4 times because my mother-in-law kept changing her mind. I went to this location for the first time less than a week ago and the customer service by the owner was spectacular as well as the selection of glasses! I'm usually the one to go to a bunch of stores to find THE pair of glasses I'll be donning for the next year or two but it probably took me less than 5-10 minutes in this one store. I got my glasses within 30-40 mins and I was just in HMart to pass that time and they fit and work great. I just came in here today with my lens prescription and my glasses were ready within 30 minutes. They have large selection of trendy American/Korean styles and prices are reasonable. They don't offer eye exam but if you bring in your prescription(or glasses you would like to be replicated) you will be taken care promptly! Although they do mot accept insurance at the moment, there are forms you can file for reimbursement from your insurance company and they will assist you in filing them. I stumbled across this store as I was visiting the H-mart Korean grocery store. The glasses store was right at the H-mart's entrance so you can't really miss it. They have a huge selection of Korean-style glasses that caters to Asian's face shape. The customer service was extremely thorough and friendly.
