It feels like every transport company has either horror stories of the car falling off the trailer and the driver didn't have insurance, car was taken to the Mexican boarder and never seen again, or obviously fake reviews. I eventually landed on Zip Auto Ship for two big reasons. First, the sheer number of legit 5-star reviews. Not AI-written nonsense, no bots, actual people with real experiences. I honestly didn't believe it at first. Second, I called and spoke with Josh, and that conversation alone pretty much sealed it. He didn't give me the usual sales pitch. He walked me through how the process works, why prep and proper insurance coverage matter, and how carefully he vets the carriers he works with. It was clear he actually cares about doing things the right way, and that immediately put me at ease. For context, I got five quotes total: two from friends' recommendations, two local companies, and then Josh at ZipAutoShip. Not only did Josh have the best reviews and the most transparent communication, but his quote was the best price by a noticeable margin. About 10% cheaper than everything else I looked at. And again... zero pressure. No pushing, no guilt-tripping, just straight answers and a fair number. From there, he made the whole thing ridiculously easy. He took my info, contacted the current owner on my behalf, coordinated everything with the carrier, and lined up the pick-up and delivery without me having to babysit the process. The car showed up at my door in Little Rock four business days after my first call with him. Smooth, simple, exactly what you hope for when shipping a vehicle but rarely get. And honestly, one of the things I appreciated most: he didn't spam me afterward. No "hey can you leave a review?" messages, no follow-up hustle. Just a job well done and letting the work speak for itself. That actually says a lot about the kind of business he runs. If I ever have to ship a car again, there's absolutely no question I'm calling Josh. Save yourself the headache and just go with Zip Auto Ship.

Within one day, he sourced another carrier, gave me a promised pick up date and supplied the carrier's proof of insurance to ease my mind that my car would be covered if damaged. Josh is an all-star who takes great pride in is work in an industry that is filled with less-than honorable people. It's one thing to make a promise, it's another if they can actually deliver on the promise - that's where this company excels!!!

When I called Nicole Dernick I specifically asked for a driver who is reliable, professional and can understand / speak English so I could talk to him about my vehicle. She reassured me that my asks were doable and my vehicle for sure was in good hands. Well, that was absolutely untruthful. This company is a broker who uses another broker. I ended up speaking with more than a handful of individuals throughout this whole transaction and yes, some that didn't speak English which made it difficult. After unreliable schedules, the seller of the vehicle calling me saying my vehicle is about to fall off the transport truck, being yelled at on the phone, threatened and hung up on my vehicle finally arrived but damaged! For awareness - I know the seller of my vehicle, everything was documented (mileage, pictures, videos, etc) it was also sold on a high end site that also documented every single little thing. My vehicle arrived with 6 additional miles, pouring oil (over a 1/4 of a quart of oil by just sitting overnight) and overheating. When I contacted Nicole she gave me the carriers insurance information. I called just to be told that carrier hasn't had that insurance in over 6 years and it's expired. Contacted another insurance provider I found online - they advised me I had to go through cargo insurance. Now I submitted a claim and have been reporting this scamming company called Truthful Transport on every platform I'm able to including BBB. Furthermore, the driver showed up and didn't even give me a single piece of paper. I would stay very very far away from this broker unless you want untruthful, unreliable and unprofessional service. ****furthermore - the owners Nicole and Todd Dernick have family, friends and bots leave fake 5 star reviews on all platforms to boost their ratings. Nicole has made a fake account under "Audrey White" amongst many others to stalk customers on LinkedIn profiles then harass them and threaten them at their work emails. She has done this to a dozen people who have left 1 star reviews. She's harassed them at their employers, via text, call, email - not very smart and very desperate**** I attached a couple pictures to show the owners harassing people who left one star reviews (completely legal). Nicole has created 5+ fake LinkedIn profiles to stalk and harass people. Police have been involved. Imagine having nothing better to do and being this desperate for business. Would you want to do business with insanity like this? STAY FAR AWAY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
