The company failed to provide a delivery drop off date and time. When they called (the morning of…read moredrop off) we were expected to be there in one hour. Since we were not, we were charged a late fee (which we got out of) because of poor communication. The drivers told their boss they communicated with us - it was a lie. Their boss stated that he would look into it. When he called back, he told me directly he didn't do anything more and that nothing could be done. The delivery day was made worse because the movers did not communicate, they lied, and then they didn't repair the relationship. The credit card company denied my dispute because we signed saying it was delivered. I wouldn't recommend them - and here's why. Companies that get away with this behavior (when things don't go well) will do it to anyone. So, most things in our world work out as they are supposed to...but companies that are committed to being the best don't let experiences like mine occur without some sort of "we are really sorry about this, here is what we can do."

I had an extremely stressful and expensive experience with this company and would not recommend…read morethem, especially for long-distance moves. They significantly underestimated the weight of our shipment, which resulted in over $6000 in unexpected additional charges after our belongings were already in transit. At that point, we had no realistic ability to change companies, leaving us financially trapped. During the move, multiple items were lost or damaged. Although we paid for full coverage insurance, we later learned that coverage was severely limited because we packed many of our own items. This limitation was not made clear in any meaningful or transparent way upfront. As a result, reimbursement covered only a small fraction of the actual loss, despite having paid for insurance. Because we were moving cross-country, my sister accepted delivery on our behalf. We later discovered that her signature was treated as confirmation that all items were received in good condition--despite the fact that no one can reasonably know what is missing or damaged until everything has been unpacked. This effectively removed our ability to hold the company accountable for missing items. Communication throughout the process was poor, inconsistent, and often belittling. Our delivery date was changed three times, causing significant disruption and stress. When concerns were raised, responses felt dismissive rather than supportive. At one point, communication became so adversarial that we were "legaled to death" instead of assisted. Notably, the case manager handling our situation was terminated during this process, which only added to the instability and confusion. What makes this especially disappointing is that we used this company once before, about four years ago, when they were a smaller operation. At that time, the experience was positive, transparent, and personable. Unfortunately, as the company has grown, the quality of service has declined while costs have increased. This was an overpriced, exhausting, and emotionally draining experience. I strongly caution anyone considering this company to thoroughly understand how estimates, insurance coverage, and liability limitations actually work before signing--because what is implied upfront may look very different once your belongings are already on the truck.

There was green corrosion, black mold, damage and roaches living inside the furniture once I un packed my belongings; both ones they packed and ones I packed in brand new luggages, with items that still had tags in them. This, as the owner blamed, did not happen in the three day transit back from storage to my home one year later, but within the one year storage under an environment that lacks any climate control. He had me complete a full and thorough three page claim with photos of me unpacking initially, but he did not address it until two months later and only after several attempts to reach out, and only after I contacted BBB. I will not get anything back for my $10k losses, not counting what I paid him over 2k to allow me to take it out of his storage, stuff that was already unusable before it left his storage, I see him referring to fine print of weight per item-two months later- which I can no longer proof its weight after damage and loss since I tossed most due to health concerns of having that in my home. But let this honest review serve as a personal compensation in saving someone the burden of using them in the future. Do not believe them. First and foremost they sent over 2 inexperienced college aged movers in a truck that was extreme…read moreold..but turns out the 2 kids doing the move were great, worked hard and got the job done...unfortunately they put a 10 inch scratch in an originally priced $2500 LED TV...among other small damages..we chalked those up to just the inexperience..a deep scratch on the screen is not repairable and the tv needs to be replaced...we filed the necessary claim form with their insurance company (they offered a small discount but it was hardly the cost of repair/replace of tv)...after filing claim we did not hear from anyone for 2 weeks. When i contacted the same individual that helped with the initial claim...he advised the claim was denied because what they submitted and what we submitted wasn't the same...seems hard to believe the manager would submit a an error filled claim without coming to see the damage or speak to us or show us a copy of the filed they claimed. We are not aware of what they claimed..did they include the fact the driver had to make a stop for gas...didn't travel the fastest route because they were told to stay off the highway. That being said, we know the cost of tv drop dramatically. We did not ask for full reimbursement...just the cost of current similar tv...which is more than fair for the damages. They don't fully disclose what's required and please ask for a copy of not only the insurance from the company but also of the vehicle they are using.
