Within three hours after my phone call to him, the driver was on the way to pick up our trailer. John made this a simple process for me. My hubby works in the oil field and this fell on me to take care of .... The driver was very professional, and a hoot to deal with! I understand that people will have bad experiences with a company. When I'd call with a question and leave a message for him, he was very quick at returning the call.
