He did a couple of computerized renderings of our front yard, and we compared his ideas to my drawings, and wow, almost identical. The entire project took a mere 5 days. Even the neighbors were impressed especially with the high quality work. We had the entire front yard revamped and the driveway went from 2 car parking to 3 car parking with the walkways going from 3' to 6' with a new 6' walkway going from the house to the sidewalk. We reused all the existing plants we had, which saved us a bundle and look awesome in their new homes. Stephen had the crew run electrical conduit in case we changed our minds on path lighting. Good call! We changed our minds! So after the project was finished Stephen himself came out and put in the path lighting himself. After all said and done, I noticed that we had a problem with the sprinkler line under the side walk missing dirt. I texted Stephen and he immediately jumped into action to get the issue fix. Thanks Stephen! Love this company and I 100% would recommend them!

Working with Stephen Ilavsky on our budget and landscape planning was the right move as he translated our vision into a real project. Both Stephen and Omero made frequent visits to the job site with Omero providing day to day guidance to the exceptional work crews. A huge part of that was working with James. From day one, he was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and patient. He took the time to explain every step of the project, answer our many questions, and make sure we understood exactly what to expect. His planning and communication were exceptional, and he consistently followed through on the dates and times he promised. What impressed us most was how involved he remained throughout the entire project. James was continually on-site checking the quality of the work, making sure everything was done correctly, and proactively addressing anything that came up. Even on his days off, he would call or stop by just to reassure us or explain something we were unsure about. That level of care and availability is incredibly rare. One thing that really demonstrated Seamless Construction's commitment to customer service happened after the project was completed. We noticed that some of the turf edges weren't holding down as securely as they should because the original nails weren't sufficient. As soon as we reached out, James responded immediately. He returned with his foreman, reinforced the edges, and resolved the issue quickly and without hesitation. It's easy for a company to provide good service while a project is underway, but it's the way they respond after they've been paid that truly speaks to their integrity. Seamless Construction absolutely delivered. If you're looking for a contractor who communicates well, pays attention to the details, stands behind their work, and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Seamless Construction--and especially James. We've included photos of our finished project and one of before because we're so happy with how it turned out. Thank you, James and the entire Seamless Construction team, for making what could have been a stressful project such a positive experience!

Working with Will at Coast Outdoor Living was a great experience from start to finish. Our project…read moreincluded tearing up poured concrete and slate flooring both of which were showing age and damage, replacing with new Belgard pavers, and building a block wall, firepit, and custom block bench seating. We are really happy with how everything turned out. While a variety of challenges arose (thanks Covid) the communication and ease of working with Will made it overall a great experience. A few things that I wanted to highlight... (1) Detail. Will was not the cheapest contractor we got a bid from, however his quote was meticulously detailed, well thought out, and easy to follow. When I started asking a few of the other contractors about what we had discussed but was not written down in their quote, their price and timeline started rising. This showed me Will was honest and up-front and I would not get change orders for things that were verbally agreed. (2) Communication. There were a few delays for various reasons crew members getting sick, small corrections, supply chain etc - however the communication was great. As soon as a problem was identified it was communicated as well as the plan to rectify. (3) Flexibility. We didn't know exactly what we wanted when we started, I'd say we were 90% there but made some changes on the fly. Will was involved, shared his opinion, included the foreman when appropriate, but also willing to work with us when we had changes. (4) Accountability. When a project stretches a few months there are bound to be some issues that arise. Will took accountability for everything that was reasonably in his teams control. As an example when we didnt like one aspect of the firepit, he came over and agreed it was not up to the standard of the rest of the job so he completely redid it, at no cost to us. We will be working with Will again in a year or so when we install matching pavers in our driveway. Projects are tough but I would recommend Will due to his professionalism, accountability, flexibility, great communications and ultimately a beautiful finished product.

It's a big job to live through, and they made it far easier than I expected. The quality of the work is excellent. The finishes are clean, the details are right, and the whole house feels transformed. The project took about three months, and they stayed on schedule the whole way, which says a lot for a job this size. What stood out most was how committed they were. A window I'd supplied myself arrived broken. That wasn't their problem to solve, but they took it on anyway, tracked down a replacement, and got it out fast so the project wouldn't stall. I paid them back for the window, but they did all the legwork, and that saved me a lot of time and stress. Communication was great from start to finish.
