We came on a random Tuesday morning and were pleasantly surprised by the Toddler Tuesday deal ($10 for kid and adult!) and we actually had the whole place to ourselves! That was awesome! This was my 4 yo daughter's first time at a trampoline park and I'm so glad she got to experience it with no crowd or pressure. It's a huge place and very open, bright, and clean. There were so many different areas to explore! An enclosed obstacle course for little ones, big air bag for the more adventurous jumpers, foam pit obstacle courses (great for races I assume!), volleyball, basketball, balance beams, and a little-kid-friendly zone. There was a food court offering pizza and other fun kid-friendly foods. Upstairs were made for big groups and parties with lots of seating and private rooms. There was also a Photo Booth, arcade games, massage chairs, and claw machines. I'm sure older kids have a great time jumping around and celebrating here. It's your average trampoline park! I wish they had more fun balls and stuff to throw around and more things open like volleyball and basketball but in general it's a nice trampoline park with friendly staff and facilities in good repute. Big shout out to janyah, she really helped us out with check in and everything, and just made our whole experience the best! Oh, and just to add, my security guard Zo was not on Facebook at all. He was standing up and guarding over my phone that I had left on the benches and motioned me over to let me know I should put it somewhere safe. Don't believe everything you read online. read more

elevate is a great place to take your kids for a fun, indoor activity. We have going for a birthday parties. They have several food options, soda, and The staff is always very friendly and engages and the kids. The music is friendly and not too loud. There are so much for the kids to do. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a business. I booked a birthday party for my child at Elevate Trampoline Park in Champaign, IL, expecting a fun and welcoming environment. Instead, I was met with unprofessional teenage staff, ridiculous hidden fees, unsafe conditions, and what I strongly believe was outright discrimination. 1. Horrible Customer Service & Unfair Charges * I prepaid for 15 kids, but only 10 showed up. When I asked if I could get a refund or discount for the missing guests, I was flatly told, "No, it doesn't matter if they come or not." No business should charge for services that weren't rendered. * The "party room" was a joke--two tiny benches and a single table, barely fitting the children. Adults had nowhere to sit, and when we tried to sit on an empty bench, we were told we had to pay $50 extra just to sit down. * We finished in the birthday area early, so we told the kids they could go play while we cleaned--but staff actively stopped them from jumping, claiming their time was up. Nowhere in the booking was this restriction made clear. 2. Unsafe Conditions & Negligent Staff * My 5-year-old child and his friends were bullied TWICE by much older kids (around 10 years old). The so-called "supervisors" on duty did absolutely nothing--I had to personally intervene and speak to the parents of the older children. * The staff spent most of their time huddled together, laughing and playing on their phones, instead of ensuring safety or enforcing rules fairly. 3. Unnecessary Restrictions That Ruined the Party * I brought a safe pull-string piñata for the kids to enjoy. They refused to let me use it, even though it was not a safety risk and I was fully prepared to clean up afterward. This ruined a major part of the birthday experience. 4. Discrimination & Unfair Treatment * The supervisors ignored other families breaking rules, but when it came to my family, they were quick to enforce unnecessary restrictions and push back against any concerns. * I was even told to check my email for "fine print" rules, as if I were too dumb to read the terms properly. The condescending, dismissive attitude of the staff made me feel targeted and unwelcome. This place is run by immature teenagers who have no idea how to manage a business. They prioritize nickel-and-diming parents over actual customer service. DO NOT book your child's birthday party here unless you enjoy being scammed, ignored, and discriminated against. This place is fun and welcoming. I love how my toddler (under 2) was free and was happily given socks to be on the trampolines to feel like his older siblings. The staff was friendly and gave gentle reminders along the way to the customers. Generally, kids (and some adults) have a great time bouncing here. There are several different areas of activities and kids overall look exhausted on the way out. Advice, if you can avoid the weekends it is less crowded (and less overwhelming). Specifically, we attended a great birthday party with fantastic service for a family member in the past so we booked a party ourselves. Koraysia Pierce was phenomenal. She greeted us at the cashier station, she set up our table beautifully and triple checked that all was as we wanted, and she reassured me that they wanted us to have a positive experience. That said, we had no greeter for our guests- the person with the clipboard who passes out wrist bands (we did it). We had no assistance in serving, we did it. We needed additional beverages for our guests and more pizza but no one was there to ask. My receipt shows a traditional male name for server, the only male we talked to was a brief encounter at the front desk. The female staffer who brought us the drinks, pizza, ice cream, and bill but was otherwise absent received my entire generous cash tip. Ms. Pierce should have received all praise and any gratuity. And no, I don't know Ms. Pierce. Two additional comments, it would be nice if they enforce the age 5 and younger policy for the toddler area AND if they could beef up security for keeping littles with family on exit. read more

This place does not encourage patrons to wear masks, even though there is a state mandate to do so. As a result, only about a third of the guests wear masks. Since it is indoor and people are engaging in physical activity, I felt very unsafe there and I won't be returning until their policy changes. I was told by the staff that it's the guests choice to wear a mask and they can't enforce it. I believe it's a corporate policy, so whoever runs or owns this establishment is anti-mask. The staff wear masks, but often incorrectly. Plus, as another review said, children over the age of 5 are constantly in the kiddie zone and there is no enforcement. My son loved it as a special birthday treat, and I'd love to be able to take him again, but it's not worth risking our health and safety. read more

Total free for all! My wife and I took our small daughter to Elevate today 10/03/2021 and we went to the zone specially labeled 5 years and under. Kids over 5 years of age constantly entered the zone and made it difficult for our daughter to have a good time. There are plenty of staff members working. But do they enforce any rules? No! Instead they walk around in circles on their phones. If Elevate offers retirement and health benefits sign me up! These workers enforce zero of the policies that keep children safe. I guess that's why they force you to sign a waiver. My wife and I politely asked two boys who could have easily passed for at least 8 years old to move from the bottom of slide so that I could take my daughter down. When they only moved to the sides of the bottom of the slide I told them "No. You have to leave the bottom of the slide." As they were leaving the slide finally their Karen mom confronted me and asked aggressively if they could be in the area. I replied No! This area is for kids 5 and under. It's clearly posted. Plus they're at the bottom of the slide when my daughter and I are trying to go down and we've already asked them to move. This confrontation would have never occurred had the staff enforced safer practices. And do not ask me how many times my daughter was almost knocked down by the older kids who were running. They have clear signs posted not to run on the deck and yet kids blow by employees while they're busy on their phones. I guess that tiktok video is more important than a 100lb kid who shouldn't be in the area knocking my daughter down. I understand that it's a place for fun and activity. But who's responsible when someone gets hurt. The first thing Elevate will point to and say is well you did sign the waiver. Even though their own policies were not followed or enforced they'll somehow blame the victim. My wife and I paid the ridiculous overpriced amount that everyone else paid and for only a small fraction of the facility. The least the staff could accomplish is making sure that this small 5 years and under zone is safe for small kids to play. read more

I've been to elevate before and we've had a good experience but this one in Champaign refused to let us bring a birthday cake in because evidently you're not allowed to celebrate a birthday unless you've booked one of the rooms. Thought it was an establishment that equality would be practiced, that was not the case for us. My 10 year old was jumping and forgot her phone in pocket. When it fell out a worker preceeded to make fun of her because it was an android. All was overlooked until he turned to his friend and expressed she has that phone because she's (insert race) Went to a manager, which seemed genuine until the boy was confronted. You could see the smirk on her face. We just deemed it as a loss that equality was not a proiority for this establishment. Then it was confirmed, the boy slapped hands with his friend and said he was off for the day see him tomorrow. Things happen i get it, but this managers actions spoke volumes. My visit was below my expectations. I had prepaid online thinking this would save time as well as online waivers for 5 grandchildren. There was still a long wait. I had called and asked if the lights would stay on and was told they would. We arrived at 5 and 20 minutes later the lights went dark. My grandchildren were bullied by an African American boy with saggy pants and a gold belt. His sister jumped on my youngest grandson. No staff was there to assist. They all stood in a circle talking. I was told masks would be worn while standing to watch your children. I wore mine, many did not and capacity was very crowded and I was told it would be 50% which is why you prepaid to reserve a spot. I never observed anyone wiping things down and a lady staff member didn't wear a mask properly. Very disappointed and won't go back.
