Hollywood Photo came up for passport photos so I put in an inquiry on the website. I received a response that yes they did passport photos and to call. I have to admit I was annoyed at having to call but seconds into my call on the phone with Tolga I had a smile on my face. He's just a super pleasant guy! It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the studio is easy to find, just off the 51. There's parking literally in front of the door too! Tolga is just as nice in person and you can tell he really loves his job! I asked him some questions about what he loves about photography and his face was so animated. I love seeing people love what they do! We took a new photo quickly and I gave my approval. Such a better photo than at the drugstore! Better lighting, better camera, and someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares makes a huge difference. Tolga let me know that the digital photo acceptance for passports has been tricky and to let him know if I had an issue. When I tried to submit the next day, I did have an issue and sent him an email. He replied right away with a new image file and that worked great. Not only did I get a photo I was much happier with, it was also a really pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Tolga for any photography needs!

We try to get professional photos taken of my family 1-2 times a year, so when I saw that Michael was available to shoot on a recent Sunday, I booked him without hesitation. He communicated with me about timing and location prior to the shoot, arrived on time, and was super attentive to the requests of both me and my husband and my kids. Having to reschedule my shoot several times due to a surprise summer job, and later a last minute vacation, Lynn was very accommodating and to say the least, very patient with all the reschedules! We had a consultation early on that laid out how the shoot would work and what my package options were (there's definitely something for everyone). I settled on a special package that included a photo album, digital copies on a usb, and a digital brag book for our phones. I wasn't particularly nervous going into the shoot, as I am already very comfortable with my body, but for anyone having any doubts, I assure you that Lynn makes everything not only comfortable, but fun! Though I did not partake, there is always wine available at the shoot to help ease your nerves too! My hair and makeup was done by Erica and I'd highly recommend doing the same. It makes it so much easier to jump right into the shoot and you don't have to worry about your hair or makeup getting messed up before hand. Besides, Erica does an amazing job and made me feel gorgeous! The shoot is laid out in an apartment and Lynn walks you through all your poses, even facial expressions. She definitely knows what she is doing! It was amazing going through the photos after she was done with them....and SO HARD to choose between them for the book! She had me looking gorgeous! I must have gone over the photos a half dozen times before I settled on my final choices; again Lynn was very patient :) My book took a couple weeks to come in and I couldn't wait. I checked my email compulsively for the message that it had arrived. The book was an amazing quality and Lynn presented it in a pretty, sturdy, gray box with a pink bow. To say that my husband loved it would be an understatement! He was blown away! And knowing that he can carry the digitals on his phone and computer was a bonus!
