When the product costs 300 you wouldn't anticipate the art to do this. When called they said it is outside of 90 days and nothing can be done. We ordered a picture and it took quite a bit of time to arrive. When it did arrive, one of the corners was damaged, tearing the canvas and leaving unfinished strings. It was very cheaply mounted and stretched. It was a little less expensive than the same painting from other companies. Recently I purchased a canvas wall art from Elephant Stock. Once delievered, I returned the art using the Fed Ex AWB provided by Elephant Stock. They acknowledged receipt of the return. I was assured that I would receive a refund of the amount charged to my credit card of approx $475.00. Unfortunately, the matter has been going round and round with no credit to my account. I asked to speak to the billing office. One doesn't exist. They do things by email. Email with whom? They don't know. Is there a manager? He is out of the office. The result of this matter. My credit card company has implemented a dispute requested by me. They will work with this vendor to get me my refund. Never again. They don't know what they are doing except taking orders and shipping them. No one provides specific answers. I am discouraged. read more

This is not industry best practice. I told your representative I was not willing to send my credit card statement in email and then said they couldn't process my order. I offered my old address, I offered secure methods of proving my identity, I offered to change the form of payment. All to be told No. Really great business model for a commodity product. I asked to speak to a manager and they never called me back. Working with your company is not worth the effort. Do you record your calls? Go listen to it. Understand what is happening at your company. I ordered before from you and I received the order but that didn't matter to your team. And your answer is less than pathetic. You don't want my business that is fine. But don't tell everyone that you are just following the procedures set up in the industry to prevent fraud. If you really wanted to prevent fraud you would have tried harder to work with me and you wouldn't have requested a verification method that was insecure. Great solution for you but a great way to get my identity stolen. Your response proved my point - bad customer service - you charged my credit card and then wouldn't verify the information.
