Then we bought two very expensive canvas prints and when we went to have them professionally framed we were informed that the Frames would not fit as the stretched prints and mounting frame were over a quarter inch off so they had to order two MORE frames to try and make them fit. Elephant Stock's business ethics and communications with their artists and suppliers is horrendous! They reached out to me in October 2022 to collaborate together. It's now been 10 months later, and they have yet to publish any of my work to their website. The procedures they have in place for ingesting new content is pathetic. E-mail communications would often go unanswered until my 3rd or subsequent attempts, and even then, their responses are very vague and unclear. Elephant Stock is a U.S. based company in Texas, yet they outsource much of their work to third party contractors in Israel, rather than doing it in-house and in the United States with U.S. citizens. In fact, much of their staff is based in Israel, yet they claim to be made in the USA. There are so many other places to get wall art made, do not support this company! read more

I was so disappointed when I received my order. I purchased the panels because of the vibrancy shown on their website. What I received was a dark and dull print that looks so cheap. Very poor quality. Also, the size of my panels were not what I paid for. The representative said I needed to take into account the 1 inch space that goes in between each panel lol! Bullshit. So I have to pay for "space"?! GTFOHWTBS! Complete rip off... wal-mart does a better job than this (so I'm told) everyone on my Instagram page agreed that it doesn't look like what I ordered. Some say they use a filter on their pictures to make the quality look good. I paid $160 for this wack job. And who wants to go wait in line during COVID at a post office and repackage and pay to return it? Not me! This is one of the conveniences if purchasing online. Do Not Waste your time or your money. Ordered a few pieces of art work from them about $600 with discount. Just prints with frames. Honestly, these frame are likely $25 dollar cheap frames and the glass appears not to even be real. So my order if just print and frame likely is around $75-100 in cost. So they are making a killing. My best friend use to be a professional framer while in college and you can't even put these on the same playing field with frame and mats etc as that would of cost you 200+ at least for a custom frame from companies he worked at and real glass and quality frames vs cheap frames and what appears not to be real glass. Also got one picture damaged out of my two being sent. The packing wasn't good at all and box tape half torn when arrived and the two pieces in one big box did have wrapping around each print and frame, but nothing stopped the smaller piece inside from moving around which it certainly did. It was the larger print that was damaged which bring me to their return portion. I did it through chat acknowledged it and basically said you will get an email about the return tracking etc. Never received had to chat again to get it. New delivery tracking printed morning of Wednesday and was ready to ship, but wasn't picked up till Friday. What was the delay? Their replacement department needs to do things more formally and send out an email acknowledging a replacement is being done and the steps through the way vs. leaving the customer wondering. I have worked for many e-commerce companies and supply chain companies and never seen such lack of organization. Basically, if you want a print pretty quickly and overpay for one this is your place otherwise if you like the print just buy it from wherever as a print and take it to a place that actually takes pride in framing with high quality materials and pay the same price. This company lives on lazy people basically like myself who thought the quality would be good looking at their website which indeed it isn't. A fair price would of been about $250 for what I received. read more

I chose tropical because of past travels. They came expertly packed. Admittedly I wasn't expecting these to be as vibrant as shown online, but they absolutely were. They finished the room better than I could have imagined. My eyes get drawn to these each and every time I enter the room. I could not be any more pleased with the quality and affordability. I paid a significant amount of money for a framed print. When I received the print the frame was very cheap looking and arrived broken. I reached out to customer service via chat and initially received a promising response but then it took weeks for them to follow up via email. When they did follow up they said they couldn't see my photos. Yet, at the same time they said that I hadn't included a picture of the full print in the photos I sent. How would they know that if they couldn't see my photos? I sent photo after photo and just eventually gave up. This is fairly frustrating for a purchase that was over $300. The quality of the print itself was good, but that is useless if the frame is broken and the customer service is bad. read more
