I miss ELEMENTS!! We moved out of state a few months ago. I loved walking there on a nice evening and grabbing some Fro yo. The selection is fabulous. My favorite was carrot cake - yum! It does turn a little "clubbish" on the weekends - loud music and lots of teenagers (which is good staying out of trouble) :). Keep up the good selections! read more

There's nothing overly different between this yogart place and the others but I do enjoy that they are downtown. Makes for an easy snack while attending events downtown. read more

Always great flavors, good prices and yummy toppings! The people working are always nice and greet you happily when you walk in. I also like the cooler they have froyo to take home so good! Plus you can find flavors they don't always have in the machine :) Love elements! read more

Im a person who hasnt really ever liked the frozen yogurt I have had in the past. (I know call me weird!) So when my sister and my 2 nieces invited my boyfriend and I to join them I just went to go. I didnt get any yogurt because I didnt want to spend money on something I dont normally like. My boyfriend got the Georgia Peach and made me try it. I was so impressed that I ate more than half of his bowl :) and look forward to going again soon!!! read more

Fantastic quaint little place. Found it after taking my grandson to his swimming lessons. He is 7 years old and loved being able to top his own frozen yogurt with that ever he wanted. The staff is super friendly! We have been twice and look forward to a third time! read more

This shop is truly a unique experience. It is completely self serve. Everyone that works there is helpful, and experts on their products. The owner is right out there with his workers helping out, having fun and making it a perfect experience. I suppose that is what make Elements different from any other walk in sweet shop that you go to.. It is an experience. I left with a smile on my face, and frozen yogurt in my hand (took some home to my family)... I encourage everyone to go out of their way and try it.. Came here in a middle of the day on a Thursday. The selection seems very small compared to other shops - maybe 7 or 8 yogurts to choose from. The price seems reasonable for a downtown shop. One big plus is that the lady seemed very friendly and talkative. Overall, would probably come back again, but there are better frozen yogurt shops in the area. read more

This is my favorite froyo place! I always go overboard when it comes to fro yo but I can't help it it's so good. My favorite is the coconut frozen yogurt. They have all the best toppings you need and my favorite thing about them is they have the best fresh fruit there and the marshmallow topping. I like this place better then other places because I feel like they have better selection of yogurts and toppings and their fruit is way better then other places!! read more

Came yesterday for the 2nd time with a couple friends and our kids, and will not return. Service was ok. One employee was not genuinely kind and it was written all over her face and demeanor. My yogurt 3/4 of the way through had a fruitfly IN it, not on top. The previously mentioned employee told me "you're sitting outside, it could've gotten in there at any point" and only gave me a refund after having to ask for one (I would make that my second response after profusely apologizing. I also work in customer service). My daughter did not like the flavor that we got and I figured because of Covid that they weren't sampling. So I asked if they could remake hers using a different flavor. I would've been okay with a "sorry, no, policy says xyz." The rude employees response was "sorry, the yogurt is full so we can't do anything about it." The other employee also told me that they aren't busy most of the time. Maybe these reasons are why. They need improved customer service skills and better yogurt. My friend also tossed half his coffee and said it was barely mediocre. Definitely will not return. read more

So so. We've been doing Menchie's on South Hill lately so we're a little spoiled with the number of fro-yo flavors. They have a choice of 10 but only 6 were working today. The staff was missing until we got to the counter to pay. Good selection of topping but 90% were in Tupperware and not very user friendly. Lots of seating, good walk-to location in downtown Puyallup. May come back if we are in the area. read more

Words do not accurately describe this place. The store is beautiful, very clean and sharp, a nice modern but comfortable feel. The yogurt though, that is where things get good. You have the absolutely wonderful tradition of Vanilla and Chocolate. But lets take things to the next level, with country vanilla and even RedBull Froyo (an Elements exclusive that will rock your world). Need more the just frozen yogurt goodness and an endless selection of elements (toppings including fresh fruit)? You can sip on some drip coffee or really change your life and hit up a frozen banana dipped in chocolate. Do all this while hanging with your friends, and updating your Twitter status using the free WiFi. And, at just 45 cents/oz, you can enjoy Elements any day of the week. My daughter and I were in there last night and when I paid the bill it was $13.00 + for two bowls of frozen yogurt. I know they probably don't charge any more than other places but I could've went to Baskin & Robbins and bought 2 quarters of their ice cream for less. I have never heard of the rewards program either and we've been in there several times. Last night's bill however, has turned me off. I can't afford it. Why do they charge by the ounce any way.....why don't they just charge for a dish of frozen yogurt per size. I guess my answer would be that I don't have to go in there and buy it. Sorry for the negative review but some people just can 't afford these prices. read more

We went after the Farmer's Market. What a great surprise! My kids, husband and I LOVED it. So affordable and I love the "choose your own adventure" aspect. My kids can't wait to go back. My husband and I went back later the same evening. Fun and innovative decor as well. The staff was so friendly and very knowledgable. Great place to visit and I felt much less guilt than when I visit my local ice cream shop. read more

I was so excited to learn that Puyallup has a frozen yogurt place! I grew up here but currently live in California and have grown accustomed to the amazing yogurt options available down there. The availability of flavors isn't perfect, but I still enjoyed trying some flavors I'd never encountered before (like the red bull flavor!) The yogurt was really quite tasty. My biggest gripe was that they didn't have mochi available as a topping (a must-have, personally). Other than that, the staff was incredibly friendly and I would recommend giving Elements a try! read more

We come to Elements at least once a week. Always a good variety of frozen yogurt and toppings. I always enjoy putting on some fruity pebbles and crushed oreo on my yogurt. I love this place! So stylish and clean with great staff. The froyo is incredible, especially the cake batter. I love how you can opt for healthy (top it w/fresh mango, pureed raspberries...) or indulge w/crushed candy bars/cookies.... I also love the sample cups, I can give that to my 2 year old and she thinks its the best treat ever. There's also a great park right across the street, w/a playground and wading pool. Subway is next door, so you could eat lunch/dinner there, and hop on over to Elements for dessert. One of the owners is REALLY handsome too. :) read more

This place is awesome! My family, my sports teams, and sometimes a bunch of friends come here often not just in the summer time, but also in the winter. The Freshly made juices are uuuhhhhmazing, priced better and fresher than some of the other local juice makers. The employees are always nice and carry a smile on their faces! i love frozen yogurt...ive eaten at many places all round the united states! for yogurt to have that wonderful experience in you mouth, the texture has to be right! and at elements the texture its not so good. it should be thick and creamy, sweet and tart all at the same time!!! thats what a good frozen yogurt taste like!! elements yogurt is soft and watery, by the time you pay an arm and a leg for your yogurt its already starting to melt. frozen yogurt should not melt that fast!! read more
