I have gotten several massages at Elements since I signed up for their Wellness Program in March. It doesn't matter how stressed, achy, or crabby I might feel when I walk through their door; I always emerge after my session feeling relaxed and energized. It's not an exaggeration to say that Elements Massage makes me a nicer person! Whitney really listens to my concerns and tailors each session to my needs. Every one is so friendly and professional, from the front desk staff who always greet me by my name when I walk in to my awesome therapist Nancy who always listens to me as to what is going on with my body and what type of massage is best for me. I gave them one star becuz there is no zero star. I made an appointment few days ahead. They called me back the day before and confirmed then the last minute they called and cancelled!!!! My problem was the person who called (Katy who is the manager) was really unprofessional and not capable of understanding basics. I will never go there. read more

My massage at elements was awesome. I had several problem areas which I explained to the therapist. She took her time and really focused on the areas that I was having problems with. I walked out feeling so much better. I have been getting massages all my life and as I've gotten older I was feeling very sore after the massages. This one was perfect I felt better not worse. So much so that I signed up for the wellness package which is a great deal if you want to get monthly massages. Staff was so professional and everything was so clean. Booked a 90 minute Hot Stone Massage with Lance. WOW! He combines the stones with deep tissue massage and it was absolutely the best! He consistently asked if the pressure was what I wanted and adjusted his massage to my specific needs. The 90 minutes versus the 60 minutes really makes a huge difference! I feel like a million bucks today and all my aches are gone. This is the 3rd massage I have received from Elements, and each one has been awesome. This is the best place in town for massages. Nice place. Table and face cradle were comfortable which is important. I received a very soothing healing massage from a female therapist who goes by the name Lou. I was in a lot of pain and just needed something to relieve the headache, neck ache, nausea and fatigue. I was back to normal after this massage. Lou was very kind and very knowledgeable. The front people could have been a notch better. I would have signed up for the monthly special except they are pricey. (They have a cheaper plan at Hand & Stone in Thousand Oaks). read more

I had the best massage ever, thanks to Leslie. My neck and back were very stiff and full of tension/knots. I asked Leslie to focus on those areas instead of a full body massage and she did wonders. Whoa........................ What a "SPECIAL" experience we had @ this wonderful spa from the moment we walked in until the moment we left! We were greeted with a nice bright smile from the receptionist, I think her name was Melanie? She was bubbly/friendly and made us feel welcome from the get go. My husband and I had side by side massages...Unfortunately we can't remember either of the gal's names and neglected to get their cards because we were just there for a long vacation weekend and knew that we would not be returning. But after our experience @ Raven we are second guessing not returning.. It may just very well be worth the trip back! read more

Avoid this place at all costs. I bought the wellness plan as I thought it would be great. My first two massages were wonderful, but thats where it ends. When ever I came for m massages my therapist was not available or they called and constantly rescheduled me. I cancelled in September 2014, and yet I am still dealing with the company. The have taken unauthorized payments out of my account i.e months after I cancelled. read more

I tried Elements because of Groupon price. I actually liked the first massage very much. It was 90 minutes and after the sales team put on the sales pressure into booking into their Wellness program. They said, "no problem you can cancel anytime, no penalty." You just pay regular price for first session each month and then you get like a $30 discount each massage thereafter. Well the massages I got got were worse each week thereafter and I wanted out and guess what they said I had to pay an additional $89 for next month even though I just paid $89 for massage early this month. You have to go in and sign a termination agreement. I was misled and feel ripped off. I personally would not join their wellness program and the massages are over priced unless you try a Groupon, I also had a bad allergic reaction to their oil and they do not wipe it off after massage with a wet towel like many other places do. I will not be back. read more
