I had such a great experience at Elements that I decided to return. Both Sara and Stephanie are awesome. The front desk staff is very nice

Every time I go and see stephaine I feel like I'm walking on clouds. Very relaxing! Must try if you haven't already !!!

Love this place! I purchased a Groupon for three 90-minute massages and scheduled with Janett who is wonderful! She is very sweet and makes sure you are comfortable with the pressure, temperature of the room, etc. The front desk always offers you water and there is a nice waiting area before going back to the massage rooms. I like their monthly membership plan and think it sounds pretty reasonable so am considering joining in a couple months. They also have an online portal for scheduling massages which is very convenient and there is plenty of parking onsite. I've tried two other massage spots in the area and I would highly recommend Elements over all the others! If you're a new member inquiry about their new customer offers :) read more

I visited the Pinecrest location. I came in for a 90 minute massage with Inaudy. It was simply amazing and totally worth it!

This place was totally what I needed it is definitely worth giving it a try. It. Not at all like any other massage place I have ever been. After my first visit I signed up for the membership. It was very therapeutic and the masseuse dug in every nook and cranny I had pain in. It was an amazing experience. read more

I found one of their adds in my mail the other day and I called to find out more information about this place. The staff I talked to over the phone was extremely friendly and helpful, answered every single question I had without doubt! And I booked an appointment with them. They called me a day before to confirm my appointment and as reminder, I absolutely love this, since am a very forgetful person. Upon arrival, I was greeted pleasantly by one of the front desk clerks, and even offered a bottle of water. I have frankly yet to come across such natural friendliness from any other places I have been to, I frankly feel most are scripted and they only treat you well because they want you to buy something... Well not this place! They are genuinely friendly, warm and helpful. The lobby is amazingly clean, tidy and the music is just perfect for the purpose, they were busy but somehow they managed to make everybody feel welcome with amazing flow. As I waited, only about 2-3 minutes later after filling out my brief new client intake form, which pretty much asked me how I wanted and liked my massages, my therapist approached me graciously introduced himself and asked me to follow him to the massage room, where he then explained to me what the procedure was going to be, and what to expect. The massage room was very clean, smelled like new and the sheets on the bed were all clean and warm. I have to say, I had the best therapeutic massage I have ever had in a very long time! They have an amazing and talented therapist team, very respectful and professional! When my therapist was done, he stepped out of the room to give me time to put back on my clothes, he knocked lightly after about 5 minutes to ask if I was done, and then he told me about some muscle problems I had and also recommended me to come back in a few weeks for another massage. While I was been escorted back to the lobby, again, I was greeted warmly by another front desk clerk, whom made me feel I was part of a family. I was acknowledged about their Wellness Program, (which I enrolled in) because it's a great way to save money without commitment and allows me to enjoy my massages in my own time, because I travel a lot. Overall, I had an amazing experience, this guys WILL NOT PRESSURE YOU INTO BUYING ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY, this was a BIG plus for me. Warm welcoming, professional and genuinely friendly staff, excellent service, clean environment and I absolutely recommend you try them, whether you don't like having massages often, or you are one like me who likes to have massages very often because of my back problems. At this point, My wife, my grandsons, 3 daughters, and myself are currently enrolled in their wellness program and go very often for massages. 5+++++++++++++++++++++++++ read more

I got a Swedish massage from Paula and she was great. She focused on my neck area and pain is all gone. They are super friendly and nice environment. Highly recommended. read more

Absolutely love this place and have become a member. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and kind. What stood out to me about Elements is there clear communication. I asked them to call me in the morning to see if any appointments opened up and they did. Most places don't have as good of a communication system between their employees. Everyone is always professional. By far my favorite masseuse is Julio! Highly recommend. read more

I always leave elements in the most relaxed state and pain free thanks to Maria! Truly never disappoints

Granted, I've never been to heaven, but I'd have to say that this place is pretty close. It was my first professional massage ever, and the staff was very understanding and descriptive of what to expect and what my expectations were. The front desk is extremely friendly and my therapist was beyond words. If you're looking for a great massage, definitely book with Shane. I was nervous at first about it being my first massage and that I'd be laying on a table for an hour and a half, but once he explained everything and started, I can honestly say that those 90 minutes flew by. He met every single need and more and I currently feel like blissful jello laying on a puffy white cloud (if that makes sense). Will be back in four weeks, without a doubt. Absolutely loved this place! read more

We booked a couples massage last minute at the end of our vacation and I can say my only regret now is that I can't pack Shane into my suitcase. We had an awesome massage and Shane was able to work out most of my toddler and poor posture induced pain in 90 mins. I grind my teeth and he worked on my jaw and it was AMAZING! Not only did he have the deep pressure that I need; he was surprisingly gentle and very aware of where to go deep and when to lay off. More importantly he was professional and his time management was on point. So sad I can't take him back! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Shane! read more

Great experience at Elements will definitely be coming again. Had a couples massage & it was truly a great comfortable experience

I called the same day for an appt and they were very accommodating. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was nice and offered me water to make sure I was hydrated. The therapist Guadalupe was great she always made sure I was comfortable and listened to my needs. I even ended up getting a membership. Would recommend to all my friends! read more

Amazing place: pleasant staff, great therapists and wonderful atmosphere! Have been coming here for years. Love it!

Stephanie is the best! I go every few weeks and she alleviates all my back aches and pains with a deep tissue. The studio itself is very relaxing and they offer things like aromatherapy and Himalayan salt stone upgrades. Two thumbs up!! read more

Excellent massage with Kevin. The reception was friendly, the place clean and relaxing and the massuse was great. I highly recommend this place if you want a good massage in a friendly relaxing enviroment. read more

I had a good experience at Elements Massage. I was very pleased with the attention received by the receptionist and the massage therapist which was Shawn. Also very nice facilities, clean and neat. I requested a deep tissue combined with sports massage and Shawn was super good at it. At first I felt a bit uncomfortable with the fact that he's a male but he was very nice and professional so I was able to relax and enjoy the massage. After the massage I received an email to rate them and a few days after I received in the mail a hand written note with a upgrade to next session length which I liked Overall it was a good massage but too pricey for me. read more

I got a massage today from Jorge and he was amazing. Got all my knots out and was super nice. The staff was nice as well. My only comment would be the massage is only 50 minutes not 60. It's 10 min consultation. I didn't realize this when I was comparing prices with competitors. read more

Heaven on earth! Very attentive and caring staff, visit very often and note the atmosphere being so warm and welcoming!

I've been going to Elements Massage for about a year, and I LOVE it! Shane has been the main therapist, and he has really helped me my elbow and shoulder issues. I really see a difference! And the staff out front are always very friendly and polite, making sure that everything is good with my appointment. The membership has also been great, as I love the discounted massages! I would highly recommend you try them out! read more

Stephanie is absolutely the BEST massage professional in the South Florida industry. I have been to almost all the SPA'S in South Florida and West Coast and none exceed the expectation as Stephanie did. Her professionalism and ability to target the individual pressure points to relieve everyday stress compares to nothing. She is worth the wait. I will go with no one else at Elements in Pinecrest..She knows her business, high ethics and i look foward to getting my twice a month massages. The place is as good as the therapists. If the therapists dont know their service line and provide excellent service then the place is not good. Wherever Stephanie is we follow. She is absolutely the best and deserves kudos and recognition for simply being the best. Experience tops it all with her. Thank you Stephanie! read more

Been here 3 times and all 3 massages were excellent. They regularly send me upgrades which I appreciated as well. Now I am a member.

I love that they have evening appointment times! This place is wonderful, the atmosphere and the people really make you feel very comfortable and welcomed! I'll be honest, I've only come here twice, but I believe that Elements is a great place for DEEP TISSUE MASSAGES. If you need muscles worked on, stretching, and you can handle hard pressure this is the place to go! I'm definitely more of a: "give me a super basic massage that will make me feel relaxed and pretty much put me to sleep" type of girl! Haha! I'm going to try to request a therapist from here that could do that for me next time! read more

Amazing massage therapists!! Victor and Stephanie are great!! The music is soothing and the warm table is therapeutic. The welcoming staff are friendly and helpful for any questions, needs, or concerns! read more

Wow! I got gifted a couples massage and was pretty skeptical since 1. It was on Groupon and 2. It's in a strip mall in pinecrest . I was throughly impressed with the staff and atmosphere at Elements. Maryjane and Jessica were fantastic! Maryjane took the time to work on my problem areas , got out my dozens of knots and incorporate some stretching into it. It was a fantastic 90 minute massage and can't wait to go back ! read more

Sandy is one of the few people anywhere, who is able to fix me with her deep tissue expertise. She has excellent customer service skills and is willing to accommodate a client to ensure a good experience. read more

Outstanding massage. Stephanie is awesome. Very relaxing massage with nice stretching as asked. Simply wonderful!

I love going to Elements. I have had all my massages with Juan. He listens to what your needs are and works diligently. He is great at deep tissue & pain relief. I always leave feeling very relaxed and with no pain my neck, shoulders & back. Facility is very clean and well decorated. They always give you a full bottle of water (not just a cup!) and a chocolate. Front desk employees are always courteous and welcoming. I definitely recommend Elements over Massage Envy. read more

This is a nice quiet quaint place for a massage. The therapist belkis was fantastic. I am definitely going back!

Got a 60 min massage. The service was excellent and the massage therapist did an amazing job.

I had an amazing session, was awesome, relaxed environment, I loved the massage, will def go back, thanks again.

Wonderful massage with Keri, my new masseuse! I've been coming to this studio for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. Edwin at the front desk is very helpful in finding the right masseuse for your needs and he is a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend Elements in Pinecrest!! read more
