My therapist was pleasant and was really good. I like medium to hard pressure and that's exactly what she did. It was painfully good at times. I really enjoyed the attention to my feet and would have loved an hour of that alone. Like most Yelpers mentioned, the spa is nothing fancy, but gets the job done. FRUSTRATING!!…read more Originally, called to request a temporary freeze on my membership. I had credits piling up due not using & wanted to pause the membership for a few months... I was advised I needed to fill out a form (TEN days prior to the upcoming payment) that they would email me & return it to complete the request. I The form was completed & emailed back the SAME DAY I received (NOVEMBER 30th) it but apparently I was past the 10 days & was going to be charged the upcoming payment anyway (annoying). However, was reassured the freeze would take place the following month. Unfortunately, I was charged when I wasn't suppose to be so I called to follow up on what was going on. The freeze was NEVER put in place & was told they'd refund me. Which should take up to 7-10 business days. Sadly, that never happened either. So AGAIN I called back & spoke with a "manager" (Val). For some reason she couldn't figure out why the refund wasn't processing & asked if I had another bank account because it was my bank. Which wasn't true?! I explained to her there always seems to be an issue with checking out with them after a service but they somehow figure it out!? She then understood what was happening & said "she figured it out." The refund wasn't processed & she provided a confirmation. Whew! Finally! I felt like this was coming to an end. Not quite... something told me to call back a few days later to confirm the freeze was actually put in place & I wasn't going to be charged the upcoming months membership fee. Thank goodness I did because SURPRISE! SUPRISE! IT WAS NOT! Ugh! Super disappointing & super frustrating. The manager Val reassured she was taking care of it when we spoke a few days back. What happened? Of course she wasn't in when I called & wouldn't be in until the next day! The representative I spoke to that day- Bea?! She said she saw the notes on file & wasn't sure why it wasn't done! How hard could this request be? Bea was super RUDE & childlike -- she literally hung up on me (didn't say bye when I told her I'd just call back that next day to speak with Val). C'mon y'all, I know you can do better than this & does not put me at ease with continuing business with you!
