I arrived early to complete a questionnaire completed at the front with the receptionist. Once completed, I was seated in the waiting room at my appointment time. After 5 minutes past my appointment, my massage therapist greeted me and brought me in. I waited another few minutes on the table after changing. My massage therapist's hands were cold, so that was uncomfortable. I also opted for a deep tissue, but they were very light with the pressure at first until asked. During the massage, they ran out of lotion, so had to step out and get it. When it was time for my back to be massaged, they also had to step out and grab the face cradle extension. The massage ended right on time, which was comical since my massage didn't start until after 10 minutes after appointment time. The 60-min massage really means 50-min massage here. The massage felt unprepared and not worth the time and money spent.

At first they said they had no prenatal appts available and then went back and forth on days before telling me that they did have one that night. There was no music in the lobby or the studio. While I was waiting for my massage therapist the two receptionists were gossiping loudly about the couple that had just checked out. Saying how insane it was that a girl would pay for her boyfriend's massage. I got taken back ten minutes late which was no problem because I thought she would just run ten minutes over on me. I got taken back to the room at 710 and was checked out and sitting in my car at 757. I only received a maximum 40 minute massage instead of the 50 minute hands on time that I was supposed to get. I mentioned it to the receptionist at checkout and she just said "weird" Wouldn't recommend
