They assigned me an "Elite" therapist who supposedly has more skills and is a better massage therapist- for more money. The table was cold. The room was cold. Her hands were like ice and when she slapped the lotion on me, it felt like it had been sitting in her car overnight. Needless to say, my Massage was just as poor. She also had a terrible attitude and her energy was very negative. OK. Maybe she was having a bad day; don't subject me to your shitty day. Enna. Avoid her. I Visited Element Massage in Forest Park back in December, and I loved it. My massage therapist was Alex, and he was amazing!!! He knew my body better than I did it. He gave me some pointers on stretches and exercises to do until my next visit. Although I have a busy work schedule, I plan to go back to see him soon. This place's membership is a scam, be aware! I'm paying every month for a one-hour massage, but they've canceled my appointment twice now, with one hour notice, without giving me options to re-schedule it. I'm paying for a service they're not providing. Every time they cancel last minute, I'm at the back of the line to get an appointment, which usually means one month out for a deep tissue massage. I called to cancel my membership and they wanted for me to pay an extra month... Also they don't want to refund me the previous month I paid for no service, saying that the payment was 26 days ago, so it's too late to refund it... What?? As a business owner, I know very well that this just an excuse. Now we're refuting the charge with the credit card. read more

Unfortunately my experience here wasn't really the best, yhe massage therapist didn't do a good job, kept talking when it should be a relaxing experience, I requested for a certain pressure it wasn't done. They refunded me and booked a free massage for me and yet they didn't stick to their promises. The manager didn't get back to me to schedule and I never got an email for a revert of rescheduling. I didn't request for a refund I just gave them a constructive criticism and they did try to rectify, but there was just no follow through. read more

I am so happy with the massage I got from Morgan yesterday. I woke up in a lot of pain from an injury a week prior, the force of a fall I took really twisted things up. Feeling a bit desperate to fix the problem, I called to see if I could get in soon. I'd seen Morgan once before and it turned out she had a last minute cancellation, I was able to get right in! Morgan was able to figure out what was going on and gave me a great trigger point/ deep tissue massage. Today I have zero pain in my leg from that injury. Im so relieved! I just wrapped up a year as a member and I've enjoyed consistently solid care all around. I am not continuing as a member because I've found a private-practice massage therapist who is more medically based and able to see me on a regular basis which is ideal for me personally. But I think if you are looking for something that's more general, health-promoting and soothing this is a great place to go for a massage. Two of my favorite massage therapists have departed but I've seen probably 5-6 others and everyone has been skilled, attentive and professional. The space is clean, private and well-maintained. You should book a week in advance to secure a favorite therapist but I've been able to book a same-day appointment on occasion if you are open to whoever is available. I visited Elements Massage in Forest Park after initially visiting their location in Bloomingdale. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Booking an appointment over the phone was effortless. They had a good amount of slots available and were able to find me a spot within 2 days. The check-in process was pretty quick. I had no problem using my monthly session, even though I had initially signed up at Bloomindgale. After a quick wait, I was set up with my massage therapist, Erin. She was quiet but sweet and used the perfect pressure for my achy back and tired legs. I told her I was running a half marathon that weekend so she gave extra attention to my quads and calves, which was greatly appreciated! The massage lasted exactly 60 minutes, which is always awesome. All in all, I'd greatly recommend Elements, specially their Forest Park location. :) I'll be back in a couple of weeks! read more

Elements Massage offers a clean and pleasant atmosphere, very friendly service from all of the staff, an easy scheduling process, and a great membership package. I tried about 3 different therapists before settling on one I felt was a great fit for my needs - Keenan. Let me just say that Keenan is a phenomenal technician who is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about his practice. I always left our sessions feeling lighter and more relaxed. Gold star! However, after a few sessions with Keenan, I had to schedule with someone else due to a mutual availability conflict... and that's when I discovered Elisha [cue chorus of angels]. I honestly couldn't tell how well Elisha had done the first two times, because I kept falling asleep during our sessions! I'm talking about the most deep, relaxing power nap a body could ask for. I don't know how she does it, but after a while it doesn't even feel like there are two human hands working but rather multiple synchronized energy patterns washing over your tension. That sounds pretty airy-fairy, but it's the best description I can think of. Sh*t is bomb. I've been getting monthly massages with Elisha ever since for almost a year now. I highly recommend Elements Massage and their monthly membership, and can vouch for both Elisha and Keenan's skills in athletic/post-workout massage, work on chronic muscle tension/stiffness, and relaxing/spa massage. read more

Wonderful place - and I was skeptical of a "chain" massage company. Made my reservation online and they confirmed with me right away. The facility is nice, clean, and comfortable. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. The massage rooms are nice, quiet, and soothing - like a high-end spa. And Ana, oh Ana! She was wonderful! As a strong believer in self healing, and after finding my fall from a barstool, while trying to hang a curtain rod for my ill prepared Niece had caused all kinds of muscular complications on my left side (shoulder, back, hip and leg), I decided to give Elements a try. I found their website incredibly easy to use. It worked properly and was very easy to navigate. I found it's design to be comforting, inviting and gave the impression that this place is trustworthy. I applaud your web designer. After perusing their site and looking through the Massage Therapists, I decided to book a two hour deep tissue massage session with Mike. I found Mike to show true concern and paid great attention to my complaints. He patiently allowed me, in laymen's terms, to explain why I had come to see him. After a short consultation, he began his work: He was immediately able to locate, and work on, each and every area of concern that day. I was very impressed with his capabilities and his personality is off the charts good. I decided to book a second two hour session the following week. During my second visit, Mike again paid close attention to my explanations of what changes I had noticed, took the time to show me a few stretching exercises to help my case and went to work, yet again, on the madness going on within the left side of my body. He was so extremely thorough, and has such a gentle and caring touch, that I decided to come to him for a total of four weeks, once per week, for a two hour deep tissue massage. Today was my third visit. At the start of our session, Mike patiently allowed me to explain the changes since my last visit and was kind enough to look at a diagram I pulled up on my iPad, showing the muscles I felt were causing some of my issues. After asking if I had done the exercises, and my responding with a, "I did", he proceeded to show me a few more stretching exercises and encouraged me to give them a try this week. I must tell you: I have never been this impressed by any Masseuse I have ever visited. And, trust me - I have gone to many Masseuses... What impresses me the most about Mike is the fact that I can tell he truly cares about what he is doing and wants to do the best he can. He is quite knowledgeable when it comes to deep tissue massage and he is the most talented Masseuse I have gone to. After just 3 visits, I am completely confident in Mike's abilities and I am overjoyed to have found a Gem. He is able to focus on my problem areas without forgetting about "the rest of me", which has allowed him to find other areas that need work that I had not realized. (I have sore muscles I didn't even know about!) :/ As a 52 year old man, I have come to accept that Customer Service is not what it used to be, but I promise, this place has it together. Receptionists Shemeka and Kate always wear smiles, always offer bottled water and are quite pleasant. Well, honestly, if you can't afford it don't even try it. I was new to massage when I first came there. My first massage was awful! I complained and they suggested a lighter massage . I then, met Ann. She was awesome! I saw her a few times. It was great. I ran into some financial constraint. So I decided to cancel after being on suspension about 3 months They were just so inflexible.. I made. My last paynet and schesuked my massage for the day after Thanksgiving.. I called the at 2/3 a.m. that morning and still they charged me a fee for not canceling within 24 rs.It was my last massage! They didn't even tell me , lol. Pricks!
