This company broke two vehicle windshields of mine. The first time was last October. Josh initially apologized and said his wife would call to take care of it. That was a lie because she never called. When I finally managed to catch her on the phone, she refused to submit my claim because she didn't want her insurance rates to go up. Moreover, her local insurance agent never called me back either. When they broke my windshield again this April, Josh was verbally abusive and called me crazy. The home owner apologized for Josh's behavior. However, once again, the local insurance agent never called me back--he was always in a meeting and would call back. LIES! I had to report my loss to the National office of his insurance company and am still trying to fully resolve my claim. The grass was cut, I was happy with the service, and I continued my service until the fall. This year when I called to resume service ( for the 3rd year), I was told they might not be able to provide service because they could not get my grass "as low as I would like it". I spoke with the owner Kristen last Thursday and told her I didn't mind the height so she agreed to come out and cut the grass on Mon or Tues. On today, Tuesday, I was called and told they would not provide service because they were questioned about the grass that one time. This obviously did not make sense, so when questioned about it Kristen gave the excuse that the guy who cuts grass for was "offended" when asked to go over part of the yard that looked uneven. As the paying customer, I thought that was my right to question services I receive. Also, she waited until the last minute to notify me when I could have set up services with someone else. One critique of the yard, which was resolved over a year ago, now I'm being refused service. This makes me feel this decision was racially motivated. This service is unprofessional and the grass cutters are unable to take constructive criticism. You better not question them for the service you pay for or they will refuse to cut your yard. Beware.

We contacted them by email and text to ask someone to stop by and take a look as well as to find out what kind of herbicide they applied to our lawn. So far no one showed up. One factor could be they applied the herbicide a couple of days after our lawn got cut. And our lawn was cut short than 3 inches. It was extremely heat in August too. The tragic browning of our lawn could have been avoided should the crew have professional common sense regarding lawn care and they should have advised us to postpone the treatment.

Beware and proceed with extreme caution with this company just as you would with an actual Mad Cow…read more This company will take advantage of every opportunity to get you to sign a contract under the duress of a stressful situation following a storm, claim to be working with your insurer at no cost to you, perform lackluster service, then solely rely on said contract to bilk you and your insurer for exorbitant costs, threaten liens on your property, and attempt to silence any negative reviews online with frivolous claims of libel lawsuits for negative reviews after they've buried them with more recent positive reviews of their own. The best thing you could do is just look at how they respond to the negative reviews on here, Google, etc. - is every random person the enemy or are they just a bad company? Following the severe storms in mid-March, they have harassed sweet, elderly women and single mothers in the North County area with outrageous invoices for tens of thousands of dollars for a few hours of work. It couldn't be more obvious how they are simply attempting to prey on vulnerable people in stressful situations, in the hopes of getting the insurance payout, then shout about liens and lawsuits in order to get whatever money they can of out people when either insurance doesn't pay or they want more money. Even going so far as to bring a costumed police officer with them to the door "to collect" - last I checked, cops don't make house calls for bill collection. It is also suspicious that they want their compensation delivered in-person and not sent in the mail - could it because mail fraud is a federal offense?
