Their communication from the start was superb! I had so many questions and other house maintenance appointments going on but they worked with me on a game plan especially since it had been raining so much lately and having to reschedule. I requested a first time service with overgrown grass and their quote wasn't bad at all. I got some quotes from other businesses but they kept adding on extra things whereas abc lawn care included cut, trimming, edging and blowing. I feel that they gave a more than fair price for these results! I was told that because the lawn was damp from previous rain and because it was overgrown that it wasn't as clean as usual maintenance which I completely understand. I am so happy with their work! I really wanted to see lines or that checkered pattern and I got it! I definitely recommend and they offer different forms of payment for whatever is most convenient for you and overall great communication! I couldn't be there so they sent pictures which I also really appreciated! Thank you so much! Time to schedule my next service :)

Most recently, the contracted work has expanded to landscape services. True Cut built and completed a beautiful retaining wall in my front yard. I was truly impressed by the initial consultation, providing me with the opportunity to choose and select the pavers, and the opportunity to provide my vision for the design. The one day construction and completion of the wall was most impressive as well as the professionalism. I highly recommend True Cut for your lawn service and landscape needs! You will be pleased and satisfied with the services.

There should have been a total of 5 but I had only received 2 and the summer was almost over. My yard was full of weeds and looked horrible. Their excuse was they were having a hard time getting employees. But this never stopped them from advertising for their new trash can cleaning service. You'd think they would concentrate on taking care of the customers that paid before they would attempt to get more business. I also noticed that my neighbor down the street was getting regular treatments on a timely basis. It was pretty obvious because they never forgot to put the sign up in their yard. I'm guessing she was a pay as you go customer.
