This company broke two vehicle windshields of mine. The first time was last October. Josh initially apologized and said his wife would call to take care of it. That was a lie because she never called. When I finally managed to catch her on the phone, she refused to submit my claim because she didn't want her insurance rates to go up. Moreover, her local insurance agent never called me back either. When they broke my windshield again this April, Josh was verbally abusive and called me crazy. The home owner apologized for Josh's behavior. However, once again, the local insurance agent never called me back--he was always in a meeting and would call back. LIES! I had to report my loss to the National office of his insurance company and am still trying to fully resolve my claim. Choose a different lawn company that actually cares about their clients and is professional and responsible.

I told her that the most important thing was to get the flower boxes cleaned out in front of the house. Was told that the first mow would be double ($80) since it was the first of spring and they were cleaning the flower beds. Yard was mowed yesterday and the flower beds were not even touched. I informed them that the flower beds were neglected yet they charged me $80 to mow my postage stamp sized yard. Then I was informed that the spearmint that the previous owner planted was "too thick" even though I we spoke in detail about them and that this was the whole reason I was hiring them to get the flower boxes cleaned out. I tried resolving the issue with them and was met with a very uncaring attitude. They had my $80 and did not provide what they were hired to do and I was informed that they had no intention of finishing the job. I cancelled them and would not recommend anyone hire this company. I feel extremely cheated!!! I have everything in writing showing the services they SAID they would provide for the very expensive $80. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.

He usually answers his phone quickly and if he misses the call, he usually calls you back immediately. They get the job done really quick. They also price the bricks and stones at a decent amount of money. If you want anyone to build your house, I would recommend Dobrinich and Johns Brick. They built my house out of brick and my fireplace out of stone and they look amazing. If I were to ever need a bricklayer again, I am most definitely going with Dobrinich and Johns Brick.

Matt even suggested using an epoxy grout to help protect it against wet puppy paws. Matt was on time with his estimated project completion and his communication throughout the process was really great. Who ever heard of a home improvement contractor who always gets right back to you? He always did. The tile is installed perfectly and we love it. It's still a major repair that needs immediate attention. It's better to do it, sooner than, later. My house has only a partial basement, the majority of it is finished crawl space. I have a laundry room upstairs, so all that is in my basement is the furnace and extensive shelving units for storage. With that being stated, I rarely have any need to go down into my basement. When I did venture down after one of the early spring down pours, I discovered I had an issue. It wasn't major, but I wanted it fixed before it became one. Again, being new to the RIverbend area, I reached out to friends and family for recommendations. Everyone of them said the same thing, "Midwest Basement". So it was a no-brainer on calling them to do the job. They came and gave me an estimate, explained what they would be doing and told me what I needed to move to make the work area more accessible. When scheduling a time, they were accommodating to my unique work schedule. Best of all, it was a smooth job and they completed the job faster and easier than anticipated. I could not have been happier with the work team. They were all very professional, friendly and respectful of my property. Their clean-up at the end of each day was impressive in itself. The weather has been dry since my work was completed, so I'm waiting for the next rain to really check things out. However, a friend who used them in the past, lived in his house for another 13 years after the work was completed and never had water again. I'm hoping for the same positive results.
