I told her that the most important thing was to get the flower boxes cleaned out in front of the house. Was told that the first mow would be double ($80) since it was the first of spring and they were cleaning the flower beds. Yard was mowed yesterday and the flower beds were not even touched. I informed them that the flower beds were neglected yet they charged me $80 to mow my postage stamp sized yard. Then I was informed that the spearmint that the previous owner planted was "too thick" even though I we spoke in detail about them and that this was the whole reason I was hiring them to get the flower boxes cleaned out. I tried resolving the issue with them and was met with a very uncaring attitude. They had my $80 and did not provide what they were hired to do and I was informed that they had no intention of finishing the job. I cancelled them and would not recommend anyone hire this company. I feel extremely cheated!!! I have everything in writing showing the services they SAID they would provide for the very expensive $80. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.

She had a stroke years ago and as time went on she eventually could not walk from the back porch patio to the garage, the yard was to uneven because of moles or rain for her to walk across by herself. So she would hold on to me for dear life so not to fall. So most of the time she would not go anywhere except the Dr's.
