If you are unaware, the gas company shuts off gas to the house before tenting; turns the gas back on after fumigation; and inspects appliances (heaters, stove, water heater, etc.). After all this, it's a good time to have the heater serviced, especially if the gas company inspection uncovered concerns. The Lakewood technician did a thorough job testing the heater, making sure it was operating safely and efficiently.
