Beach view from pool

This is been probably one of the best staycations on any beach town I've been to. From checking in to getting our room ASAP it was seamless and it was very efficient and very relaxing. We were on the fifth floor and viewing the Indian River. They have a heated pool and access to the beach. There is also a shuttle that takes you to downtown Melbourne. They've got a complimentary breakfast and no smoking anywhere on property which I love. There's valet for $20 or self park for $20. The only couple things I would probably mention was the area where you can get your own bagels, toast, muffins was all open. They didn't have a lid so if you were above a certain height, you could probably sneeze and cough on them; which wasn't necessarily my favorite. Last night, my mom and I had a couple drinks at the EB and flow eatery outside. A couple of the guests were taking their glass cocktail cups and bringing them outside into the pool area which is a safety hazard. Above all this was a 10/10! Definitely coming back.

We loved our stay at the Element Hotel. The pool is gorgeous and overlooks the ocean with direct beach access. Rooms are clean and modern, and parking is easy with valet or self‑park options. The fitness center has everything you need for cardio and resistance training. Breakfast is well‑stocked, and the weekday happy hour with free beer and wine is a nice touch. This is a perfect spot for a quick, relaxing beach getaway.

We stayed here on the way home from our beach vacation. We are thinking about going there for a future beach vacation. Element is a Westin version of Marriott's Town Place Suites. It's very spacious and clean. The design and minimal decor seem to emphasize how clean it is. We had a really nice ocean view. The beach was calm and serene. The pool chairs were comfortable and plentiful. Like the beach, it was serene and restful. We loved the food at the pool bar. What a delightful complimentary breakfast! Lots of healthy choices.

Second time we visit Indialantic and our choice, by default, where to stay was Element. Very clean, well maintained, very friendly and professional staff, easy access to the beach, parking and close to places to eat and drink.

Got caught in a lightning and rain storm but that didn't stop our hunt for good food I got a dragon bowl, which came with chunks of fresh ahi tuna and salmon, seaweed salad, edamame, artificial crab, radish slices, avocado, and rice. The bowl was flavored well and portion was pretty big. The Birria sandwich was good too, with a meaty sandwich paired with piping hot sauce to dip. The server was very sweet and brought us our food indoors since the weather was so bad out. They still had a saxophone player providing jazzy tunes in the covered section of the bar outside as well. We stayed in this hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience since it was new and rooms came with small kitchenettes. The pool area did get a bit crowded but since the beach is so close by, it wasn't too big of a deal if you're looking to hang out by the beach too.

Very comfortable hotel with a staff that is unbelievable. Lovely pool with great ocean views. Wish they'd had a hot tub but they didn't. Darn. Great breakfast buffet with a nice variety. They even granted us a generously late checkout.

Great room, great staff, great location. Breakfast is simple, yet satisfying, offering egg bites, assortment of bread for toast, bagels; pastries, juices, coffee, pancakes or French toast made to order. Bar has really good food and drinks. Weekends provide live music. We would come back for a visit.

Lyndsey Great service at the pool bar and good drinks. Next trip I am coming back and this will be on a regular trip.

From the moment we hit valet parking we knew this was a special place. Kind, courteous, we learned so much about the hotel in just that brief conversation! A cart was brought to our car for easy check-in. Quick lobby visit with an offer for a cocktail or beer for free happy hour. Room was lovely then after dinner greeted with relaxing tea. Looking forward to live music tomorrow. I suggest you talk to the staff - they will tell you why Elementa is different. We agree!!!

I stayed here for one night with a friend a week after they opened, so I'm a little late to the review party, but here we go. The Pros: - clean hotel, everything is shiny and new - lovely pool area overlooking the ocean. Comfy chairs and ample seating. - friendly staff willing to help - free bicycles you can rent - well equipped gym - decent breakfast with an abundance of options - comfortable beds and spacious rooms - beach access The Cons: - a parking charge for a garage that's not even close to full - our cars were parked near the ocean for absolutely no reason, and got salt water spray all over them. When I brought this up, the concierge said the parking charge would be refunded for two cars, and it never was. Tipped $40 for two cars in and out in 24 hours, on top of $40 in parking fees and ended up having to spend another $20 on car washes. - the top floor gets HOT. We were originally on the top floor but needed to switch rooms because the AC just wasn't cutting it - one elevator was out, and one elevator is just not enough for this hotel, especially since it's the only way to get to car level. - got bit by a tick lounging in the pool area. It's new so the bugs haven't moved out yet, but be diligent about checking for ticks when staying here. I would definitely stay here again! However, I really hope they take all these review into account and do something about the parking policy because there is absolutely no reason to valet here. It adds zero value to the stay, and it's actually inconvenient when you can just walk 0.5 seconds to your car where it's parked.

There's something really wonderful about staying at a Residence Inn…read more This was my second stay at one of the Marriott properties, and I found the consistency of service, cleanliness, and style very refreshing. Free breakfast (really yummy), free wifi, free parking. All suites, and consistent style from one property to the next which is great because I like knowing I will sleep in a good bed at a hotel! The beds are super comfortable. They provide tea and a microwave for hot water, which can prove very important when you need your chamomile at night after a stressful day. The best part of this Residence Inn were the staff. From the front desk wonderful Shana, who welcomed us with a smile after a 4 hour drive in traffic, to the friendly ladies working to clean the rooms, to Ana, letting me know the best parts of breakfast service and providing me with fresh wonderful coffee. Shana at front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. She was very kind to my parents, making sure my dad knew where to get his espresso in the morning and she deserves a shout out for being so professional and continuing to make Marriott properties look good. Personally, I plan on coming back and staying here again and at other Residence Inn properties. They really do feel like a home away from home. One with a very comfortable bed.

I am not exaggerating when I say it was so strong that my wife, my youngest child, and I began feeling sick. Maintenance attributed the issue to the roof and the storm. Their initial solution was to pour something down the drain and tell us to give it time. We then spent roughly four hours after check-in waiting for a solution before finally being moved around 11 PM. The replacement room was significantly smaller. We were told we were receiving "$30 off" our nightly rate, but in reality we were simply charged the standard rate for the smaller room and given free breakfast. We specifically booked this hotel for the Presidential Suite and would not have paid the rate we did for the room we ultimately received. What made it worse was the staff's lack of concern. There was little urgency and no meaningful apology. If the hotel's nicest room develops an odor severe enough to make guests sick whenever it rains, that is a serious problem. Easily the worst experience I have had at a Hilton. I would not recommend this hotel.

The lovely Marie who was so engaging and helpful with a can do attitude is no longer there. The current staff never welcomed us or even made a weak attempt to make conversation with us. No smiling, just acted like they were being put upon. I did observe this with other people waiting to check in. No waters were offered and they were always found not at the front desk when we needed something. I will say upon checkout Richard was nice , but we only saw him about 5 minutes, just long enough to check out. The breakfast which used to be quite good was really terrible this time. Even if you got there before they opened, the bacon was either flabby or burnt and that was the best thing offered besides a basic bagel or toast. Sausages cold and do were eggs and potatoes. Not even edible. One bite of each and it was over. The hotel is located close to some good restaurants, so we made it work. That staff was even less friendly and that was not the case on prior visits. The room was nice as always though someone banged hard on our door in the middle of the night. We did not open the door, but think it was just some rowdy teenagers ( what we could see thru the peephole). The rooftop restaurant and bar was closed for an event. Having said all that, we still love the location. Hope the front desk staff receive some customer service training and all will be well.
