Their itemized quote/invoice included Option A vs. Option B so we could make well informed decisions. The day of our wedding, I was fully hands off and just showed up to exactly what I asked for. Our experience was extremely disappointing. After what was a fun party for the kids, I received a harsh email accusing our group of things that simply did not happen. We did not sit outside honking -- we quietly unloaded and waited. The car alarm going off belonged to another business nearby. I personally decorated the cupcakes and cthat I brought myself, with permission from staff. We never touched any of their food or equipment. The conversations between parents were personal and respectful -- any claim otherwise is completely false. Instead of reaching out to clarify or make a quick phone call, the owner chose to review surveillance and send an accusatory message filled with misinformation. It felt like an invasion of privacy and showed very poor judgment. All ten families who attended have agreed we won't be returning -- and we'll be sharing this experience so other parents know what to expect. It's unfortunate, because the children enjoyed themselves, but the lack of professionalism from the owner completely overshadowed the event. Also we are not invited to return per the Owner, Angela! Attached are the "footage" she provided. Why IDK. I clearly know I decorated the cakes I provided! -- A very disappointed mom

We met with Cassidy several times during the planning stages and she was always very professional and organized. She helped me feel at ease when the stress of planning a wedding had me at my worst. On the day of the wedding we had typical wedding day hiccups... the power went out in the entire town of Telluride up until 2 hours prior to the wedding, the DJ couldn't figure out how to get the iPod to work for the ceremony music (he needed to turn up the volume), and in typical bride fashion, I forgot our marriage license at the hotel!!!!, but Cassidy took control of the situation and was there to keep it all together.... No one even noticed there was a problem! These seemingly small issues could have ruined my day, but having Cassidy there allowed me to relax and enjoy my wedding, just as a bride should. She was a true gem and because of her our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT! Thank you Cassidy!
