When I initially came in, I explained that my natural nails were weak and fragile and that I thought the builder gel should be removed. The technicians assured me that reapplying builder gel would help reinforce and strengthen the structure of my nails. I obliged because they are the professionals, and I trusted their expertise. Unfortunately, that same day, one of my nails cracked and I returned to have it repaired. The following day, a different nail split, so I returned again. This is where my experience became unacceptable. I was seated with a male technician who asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" Since I am not a nail professional, I began explaining the series of events so he could understand why I was back for a second repair and determine the best solution. Before I could even finish, he cut me off and said, "This doesn't have anything to do with me." I was confused because I had never blamed him, he hadn't even done my original nails. I told him I was simply explaining what happened so he could understand the situation. He then became extremely reactive, abruptly stood up, refused to work on me, became animated with his hands and body, pushed the chair in hard enough that it hit my knee, and said he wasn't "doing this" with me and someone else would have to service me. I was too stunned to speak. All this for answering the question HE asked me. As a woman, having a male employee suddenly become verbally and physically aggressive toward me while I was seated made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. If you are going to employ a man in an environment predominantly serving women, he needs to be able to regulate his emotions and communicate professionally without becoming physically intimidating when there is a simple misunderstanding.

I'm normally not a talker but she was so easy and sweet to chat with. Her husband runs the shop with her and they were such a lovely couple as well as their daughter in the back. I had not taken great care of my nails and Cindy was so good with them. I showed her a picture and she nailed it. Their little setup was so cute and relaxing she offered a drink as soon as I got there. I could rave about her but to sum it up I will definitely be going back next time I'm in town. Thank you Cindy

I usually get pink and white (acrylics or gel) when I go to her and it's always even and each nail is a mirror image of the other hand. She checked them while she works which is a big plus. Now, if you get your nails done as regular as I do, you know how difficult it is to get an appointment at any nail place and mind you we ALL have busy schedules. Well, Michelle works 6 days a week and makes time for me even with my hectic schedule. I will admit there are times when I went elsewhere to get my nails done (out of convenience). I would compare their work on my nails to what Michelle would have done and was always disappointed. I always came back to her.
