My friend showed me this place last year since my skin was too sensitive for waxing. Whenever I come in it's never a long wait. When I've asked for specific things they always try to accommodate, like more of an arch or not too much off center. I haven't tried any other services than threading my lip and eyebrows but I highly recommend checking in on yelp and using the $8 deal. The lip is a little more painful and the eyebrows don't hurt at all maybe just a pinch here and there but they're usually fast so it's done before you know it. read more

I went here about a week ago and since then I've been silently stewing in contempt. I asked for a simple eyebrow shaping and the women who did it only took about five minutes, of her obviously precious time, away from chatting with her coworker and gave me the worst "shaping" of my life. Not only did I spent that time in complete agony while she tried to rip as much of my hair out in one go as she could, like it was some kind of game, but she didn't even take the time to make them even. I walked out of there in tears with the thinnest and most uneven, misshapen eyebrows I'd ever seen. I'm not going to lie, I know this all sounds incredibly vain but I'm an insecure 17 year old and until about a week ago I considered my eyebrows to be my best feature. Having to then walk around after forking out $20 felt humiliating and every day I've been drawing them on, time I'd never taken in the past. Lucky for me I've inherited my dad's eyebrows and they only take about two weeks to grow back out but for any ladies who don't have the brows of a man, beware. read more

Went in for eyebrow tint and threading and came out looking like a clown with raw, cut up red skin around my eyebrows. Now that the tint has faded my eyebrows are even worse because she literally took chunks out of my eyebrow hair. I'm devastated. Never come here unless you know who is going to be doing them!!!! I had heard good things about this place so I went in for eyebrow threading and tinting and I was very disappointed. She took a little too much off during the threading but what I was most upset about was the tinting. My hair is highlighted blonde and my roots are like a dirty blonde/light brownish and I told her I wanted my eyebrows to match my roots, and that I didn't want to go too dark. She used medium brown which was way too dark. After I left, I received weird looks from everyone the rest of the day lol. Not to mention my wedding is in 3 days. Had to mix baking soda and shampoo and put it on my eyebrows to lighten the tint. I will not be returning. read more

We stopped here while we were in town to feed our faces. I haven't found a good thread shop here in Dayton. There was a little wait. Unfortunately, one of the ladies had surgery so there were only 2 of them working. It wasn't terrible though..less than 10 minutes. My eyebrows were perfect. This place had much better reviews, a great deal with a check-in for just $8 for brow threading, & was not far from Easton so I stopped in. Service was fast & efficient & my brows look great! Have I not reviewed this place yet?? I don't even live in Columbus but I visit 3-4 x per year and I ALWAYS stop here when i fly in. I'm not kidding. I live in a major city with lots to choose from but this place has it just right: - excellent skilled staff; low key, friendly, not intrusive, just normal nice people - good prices - free, convenient parking - great availability - I don't think I've ever waited more than 3 minutes and I've never called ahead I can't think of anything else I'd want. I don't need a super fancy pampering experience and I get really uncomfortable if the staff seem super self-deprecating or false. Nothing like that here. Also, I have huge bushy mediterranean eyebrows that need taming, and I'm very picky, and these ladies are never phased. Yup, FIVE STARS. read more

Update: so after several visits later I have returned and the service has gone to crap. The technician who worked on my eyebrows ripped my skin with the thread. Over threaded and thinned out my eyebrows drastically. Also tried the lashes from here and they sucked! I followed the instructions that they gave for proper care after the lashes and they still clumped up and fell off. Would not recommend others to come. You'll have better luck at other threading places! read more

Had my eyebrows threaded. I've never been very good at shaping my own eyebrows and I loved the finished look. I also got my eyelashes tinted and now they are much darker and look nice. Urmi was my specialist and I will definitely go back to her. She works on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. read more

I have gone to Exquisite Threading at Easton for about a year. Today I walked in on my lunchbreak to discover a 45 minute wait. Lunchtime before NYE is bound to be busy, but there were only two stylists (and 8 empty chairs)! What? So of course I couldn't wait 45 minutes on my lunch break. I remembered seeing a sign for Elegant Threading, even closer to my office, but I'm a creature of habit so I hadn't given them a chance - wish I would have! Tucked back between Cherrybottom Road and Morse Road, it's a quiet little place with zero wait. The stylists working were both super friendly and talked to the other guest and myself. She quickly perfect my brows and asked if she could massage in lotion - forehead massage in the middle of the work day? Yes please! I appreciated three things about Elegant Threading: 1) I didn't have to fight Easton traffic. 2) They communicated with you when you were in the chair. Threading isn't pleasant, so double checking to make sure I was OK and to ask about my day was greatly appreciated and 3) She plucked missed spots before finishing a great set of brows. THANK YOU! I hate to give a one star. But this second time around I had my brows threaded and tinted but the tint was horrible. The woman did not even give me a chance to tell her what I wanted and then she proceeded to give me box brows. It was a horrible experience my skin felt like it was burning after. I do not recommend brow tinting here. read more

I am always satisfied with my eyebrows every time I go here. However the reason for the three star rating is due to two of the employees that work there, who clearly are not aware of the terms of the yelp check in offer. They tried to argue the use of the check in offer with me and when I turned my phone towards them they try to scroll through the phone as if they're trying to find something. During one of my visits one of them tried telling me I couldn't use the offer more than once. She obviously couldn't point me to where that policy was listed and had to accept it. The whole scrolling through my phone by that employee and another one who was witness to the policy conversation, pretty unacceptable. read more

Went in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, as well as my eyelashes tinted. Came out almost in tears, missing half my eyebrows and looking like I went swimming with eye makeup on. They didn't use water to clean off the eyelash tint, so the dry cotton ball felt like sandpaper. I'm sad to imagine how many eyelashes it ripped out, along with the fact that it wasn't fully washed off so everything was blurry and the tint set in my skin and neither stopped until I got home and washed my face. Wildly disappointed and will NOT being going back, I recommend doing your tinting at home and going somewhere else for waxing. read more

I absolutely love this place. Best eyebrow threading experience I've ever ever had! I tried another place in Columbus and it was absolutely awful, my brows weren't matching, overly threaded, and the lady was rude and incompetent. So needless to say, I was very anxious when I first walked in to get my eyebrows threaded and asked to keep monitoring the threading with a mirror. The lady was very sweet and understood that I was worried. She kept my brows thick and polished and made me feel at ease.
