They have not only achieved a safe summer camp, but have also produced a safe recital. After each performance the stage is sanitized, as are the chairs in the audience. All who attended have worn masks and have had their temperature taken by staff. At any given time there are no more than 50 people in attendance, kept six feet from one another, outdoors. Horrible! No one is ever there to answer the phone, have gone in plenty of times with no one at the…read moredesk either. Took me months after signing my daughter up to see a person to finally ask any questions to. Then come recital time her costume is given to her with strings hanging with sequins falling off and a hole in the sleeve. On top of the fact that she could barley move as the sleeves were digging into her arm. And she was not the only child who's costume was given to them this way. Then after waiting a week for a new one I was appalled when she put it on!!! It looked like a cat attacked the whole bottom! Strings hanging all over down her leg! Parts looked like they were ripped off. I couldn't believe they sent her this and for $150! The woman at the desk told me they'd have yet another one sent to me overnight (meanwhile her friends were still waiting for theirs from 2-3 weeks ago) I was unable to pick up the 3rd one they had overnighted the next day. So I asked if it was okay to go the following day. Showed up at 4:15 to doors locked and lights off! Business hours are from 10-7 according to online and the woman I spoke to the night before around 7:30 said nothing about them being closed the next day. She said I could come in to get it. Oh and then come to find out I was charged for both may and June. Not only have I never payed a month in advance but my daughters last class is in may! Her recital is June 5th. the only time she will be back is for awards in June. According to the owner (the one and only time I saw her because someone else told me she was there so I could rush up there to finally speak to her in person) it's a yearly tuition, which I maybe would have been more understanding about however i payed for my daughter to take a certain amount of classes which she did not receive because the studio was closed for holidays. and NO ONE ever said she was aloud to go in another day to make it up. So after a bunch of back and forth with the owner she refunded me for June BUT said because of that my daughters not allowed to go to awards night!! So I payed for a bunch of classes she didnt get because of them being closed and NO communication about make ups and now after all this time she's committed to cheer she will be excluded from awards (1 day!!!) because the OWNER won't allow her to go unless I pay an entire months payment.This place is a disgrace I can now understand why the other locations were closed down. We definitely will not be returning and our friends said they're pulling their girls out as well and finding a new place. So disappointed!!

Smithtown closed this past week, so I have been going to Farmingville…read more When walking on its clear it caters to Cardio equipment with 4 rows of equipment taking up about 40% of the gym floor. I found the gym dirty as I watched the cleaning attendant walk by scattered water bottles on the floor. I found a lack of ab machines and limited machines that are standard in other gyms like upright curling stands , ab machines, bench machines. For the size of the gym the equipment is very limited. Lastly, I have never seen a barbell rack in such dissarray in my 41 ys attending gyms. The weights are non existamt at best. After inquiring with members I was told this is normal. I just couldnt find two dumbells that matched if at all. LAFITNESS you need to do better. Ive been a member for 13 yrs at various sites. This is the worst.
