My son previously attended Tutor Time of Holbrook back in 2018. I am the most transparent parent that Tutor Time and LCG will EVER come across and because of my transparency the directors have made sure to be just as transparent with me. I am very easygoing when it comes to classroom changes due to ratios, teacher changes etc. I am very well versed when it comes to State Regulations. And when I have a question they answer it and if they don't have the answers they will get the answer and follow-up with me. We live in a time period where we are short staffed in most caregiving areas including child care. So I'll try my best to send anyone looking for a childcare job their way and the Same applies when it comes to enrollment. I do always ask if they have the room before I refer a family because I want other families to understand why I love this center so much. My kids love their teachers and if/when they don't like a teacher...they will make it known in their own way. I just had another baby and I am excited to drop her off because I know she will be well taken care of just by how eager all the ladies are to take her from me at drop offs and pickups. We have lost some pretty great teachers but we also gained some amazing replacements and I love them just as much as my children do.
