We filled out a planning worksheet provided by Rasheeda prior to the wedding, where we explicitly indicated TWICE that we wanted to dance our first dance alone with no guests. We had made a significant financial commitment and spent 17 months in dance lessons to prepare for this moment. Unfortunately, during our first dance, Rasheeda invited guests onto the dance floor, directly contradicting the explicit instructions on our worksheet. When we received our professional wedding footage months later, it was heartbreaking to see this signature moment disrupted. When I reached out via email to resolve the issue, Rasheeda stated we should have explicitly told her the dance was choreographed. However, this was not a prompt on her worksheet, and our instructions to dance alone without guests were clear. While she eventually offered a partial refund of $1,000, it was tied to a non-disparagement agreement. I chose to decline the money because I felt it was more important to retain my right to share an honest account of our experience. Based on our experience, we do not recommend working with Entourage. The lack of attention to our explicit timeline instructions resulted in the loss of a moment we worked incredibly hard and invested heavily for, turning a trusting professional relationship into a massive disappointment.

Guests thought they were at a concert, as my bridesmaids kept shouting, "I want to be in the front row!" Rasheeda was communicative, professional, and flexible as we planned our event. Hands down, one of our easiest vendors to work with. I'm now trying to convince all my friends and family members to book Entourage just so that we can listen to them again!

Joe and the band arrived on time and dressed to the nine's. They even brought a great DJ with them to spin while they were taking a break! They also took the time to learn a few songs that weren't on their list. They did an incredible rendition of a Pearl Jam song for my mother in law, that people are still talking about. Our guests were up and out of their seats from the moment Mack and Soul started to play. At the end of the night, people were yelling for an encore! The energy they bring to your event is amazing. When shopping for a band, we decided to go to Mack and Soul's showcase on a recommendation. We went to two other showcases after theirs but it was very clear that if we wanted the real thing, we had to go with Mack and Soul! Don't waste your time! Hire these guys!

Hiring Ultimate Sound DJ's to play our wedding was by FAR one of the best decisions. The owner,…read moreFrank, was super down to earth and easy to talk to. When we met in person to discuss and sign the contract, he wasn't "pushy" or "gimmicky" (as some wedding vendors can be) and most importantly, we didn't feel rushed. We signed the contract for a September 2021 wedding...and, well, as things would have it due to the pandemic, we decided to push our wedding back a whole year. When we met with Frank again to discuss the rebooking, he graciously obliged at NO EXTRA COST! He listened to our wants and truly did his best to make it happen. We had a String Trio play at our Ceremony and they were absolutely breathtaking. Definitely worth it to have your ceremony serenaded by this beautiful String Trio. Moving on to the Reception. We danced on a cloud for our first dance which made for GORGEOUS photo ops! Soooo glad we chose this option! So, my husband and I are Puerto Rican, but had a VERY diverse group of guests, both in age and nationalities. It was super important for us to ensure that ALL of our guests felt included. We also wanted EVERYONE dancing (if they weren't eating). Our DJ, Omar, managed to incorporate Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, 80's and 90's R&B/Hip Hop, Disco, Freestyle, Classic Rock and even some 60's and 70's classics! Tough request, but Omar executed this flawlessly! The MC we initially booked was unable to work our wedding due to some personal matters which Frank notified us as soon as he could and handled it without missing a beat. He guaranteed us that our new MC would do just as great as our first pick. On our big day, the new MC Joseph did not disappoint. He made time to come up to the bridal suite and speak with my husband I to ensure we were ALL on the same page. Let me not fail to mention the drummer! We saw him perform at an Ultimate Sound Showcase and we couldn't resist! Great sound addition and amazing photo ops when he allowed my husband and I to take over the drums and congas! Fast forward to Hora Loca (Crazy Hour)...we had one of their 7 Ft LED Robots do a whole new re-entry with my new Husband and I, O2 guns and all!!! The crowd went WILD! 5 months later and family is still talking about "The Robot!!!". My Husband and I danced till the last song played! Our guests danced all night right beside us! All in all, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Frank, Joseph, Omar and everyone at Ultimate Sound for making it a night to remember! Mr. & Mrs. Vega 09/17/2022

Family and friends are still talking about how great the MC and DJ was. Frank from the 1st meeting made our version come alive. He was so completely organized, full of info I would have never thought of. He was completely tried and true. I loved the database he used to acquire all the information and songs I wanted at the wedding. He made notes and asked questions between our first and second meeting. We used his run down of the day as the BIBLE for the wedding day. I felt so safe with him DJing our ceremony as well as DJing the reception. And I was right to feel safe and trust him completely. I even told him my family drama so he could be on his toes incase we needed a music switch. He nailed it and played the perfect song at all the perfect times and the transitions were incredibly thou through and amazingly paired. The millennials and the baby boomers alike were all LOVING the music and everyone danced the night away. I personally (as the bride) felt like I had a friend/guardian angel who was standing at the front of dance floor seeing and running everything all night long. I felt really safe and wanted to have him hang out and drink beers with us. I love him as a person and a DJ and I recommend him always.

Look no farther. Use Matty as your DJ. Do it, do it now!! :) There were so many things about Matty…read morethat made him excellent. Really, I cannot give a high enough endorsement. Shea D and I found Matty through a family friend. We looked him up online and found that he had been a "Knot Pick" for 2014 and 2015. Until then we had been underwhelmed with the potential DJ choices for our wedding. Knowing that our family loves music and dancing, we were starting to get nervous! And as we all know, a DJ can make or break a good wedding reception! So we found Matty's website (which is linked in the Yelp description) and filled out a contact form. It involves the normal info - name, contact number, etc - but then also asked us to list at least 5 favorite songs or artists. I think that request was the first indication that Matty was a different kind of DJ; one entirely focused on ensuring that the music of your day reflects your own tastes and personalities. We submitted our contact form at about 9:30PM on a Sunday. I figured that we wouldn't get an email back for about a day or so. Wasn't I surprised when 15 minutes later, Matty called me himself and began to excitedly and enthusiastically discuss our wedding details! He was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgable. He told us he would send us a few sample mixes for us to review over the next week before booking. When Shea D and I reviewed the samples with which Matty had provided us, we kept looking at each other saying "I like that song! Oh wait! I like that one too! And that one!" We booked Matty shortly thereafter for both our ceremony and reception. Matty was incredibly professional and friendly throughout our experience with him. I don't think it ever took him more than a few hours to respond to an email. He provided us with a detailed questionnaire, including approximately 6 pages of songs from each decade so that he could get a sense of our music preferences. He asked us which music was "must play" and which was "do not play." We knew that our crowd would love the typical "do not plays" like the Electric Slide, Celebration, and We Are Family, so we made sure to ask for those. We had very few "do not plays" - but they never came up on the day! About 2-3 weeks before the wedding, Matty met us at the venue to see the space and help us finalize a timeline. We did not have a "wedding planner" and so it was incredibly helpful to have a professional give us feedback on our schedule and provide advice regarding the flow of events. We left the meeting with a timeline for the day and a better understanding of how to use the venue. He told us where there were holes in the music that we had selected (for example, we had a first dance song, but didn't know that we needed a cake-cutting song). He asked about our theme, looked at our outfits and those of our wedding party, discussed our centerpieces, cake, and personal music preferences, and generally tried to get a feel for the entire event. I think his attention to detail is what ultimately made the music so seamless on the day. He took the time to get to know us and what we had envisioned for our wedding. As we picked songs over the intervening weeks for the "holes" that we had, he provided feedback and suggestions that improved the overall quality of the music. He also helped us to find an "upbeat" version of a traditionally slower tempo song that my parents had wanted to dance to for their special dance. On the day, he arrived early to set up and began the music exactly on time. The prelude music for the ceremony was exactly what we had envisioned. He helped our officiant to begin on time and coordinated the music perfectly. He provided us with microphones to use so that during the vows everyone could hear us (which was especially helpful to me since I had lost my voice). He announced events over the loudspeakers efficiently and effectively - helping the transitions from one segment to the next without "bogarting the mic." He took requests, which made all of our guests happy, and played one excellent song after another throughout the entire reception. He also came to find us before he announced things like the cake cutting or important dances, so that we weren't caught in conversations and were ready to go. He also warned us when there were only 5 songs left so that we got to dance the last few dances together. We got so many compliments on the music - it was so personal that many of our guests thought that WE had selected the entire playlist, when in fact we had only picked about 5-6 songs total and Matty did the rest! All in all, Matty helped to make our wedding day a seamless event that exceeded our (and our guests') expectations! We had a stellar day and a wonderful party. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Words cannot describe the energy that a live band will bring to your celebration, and this group is absolutely unmatched in their class. The breadth of their talent--the diverse range of vocals, exemplary instrumental capability, and sincere passion--allowed them to keep the party going all night long! Whether young or old, classic or contemporary in taste--every guest was enthralled and left with a lasting impression that this was some of the greatest musical entertainment they had ever experienced (and they continued to say so for weeks). Those who like to dance had to be herded away; those who don't typically dance, got out there and did so anyway! In short--if you have a pulse, you will love this performance. Planning a wedding can get stressful--after meeting Mitch and seeing the group's sample, we knew that we would never have to worry about the music, and that was a great comfort. From the moment we walked into the cocktail hour to hear the piano serenade, through the final number and a full dance floor hours later, we were continually impressed by how much Skyline Drive Orchestra had exceeded our already high expectations.
