The DJ portion of their entertaining came pretty close to absolute level for my wife and I on our recent wedding day. Things started way before the wedding with the fact that Absolute was a preferred vendor to our venue and so we gave them a shot to start the DJ searching process. Well after meeting with Matty, we were sold. I don't know if it was his energy, friendliness, truthfulness, or the fact that he reminded us of Ryan Reynolds, but something clicked and we signed on the dotted line that day. This contract included their new mirror photo booth along with a custom rustic DJ booth that was specific for our venue (how cool is that!?). Now I mention the photo booth because that'll come back into play in a bit, but first let's jump into the lead up before the wedding and the big day itself. Absolute did a great job in contacting us prior to the wedding and making sure they had all of our information correct as well as the music choices we wanted. We also got a call from Matty (who happened to be our MC for the wedding) and he ran through all of our info again. They definitely did a thorough job of preparing. On the day of the wedding, the entire ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was awesome with Matty and Cliff (the DJ). The music choices that we wanted were played throughout the wedding and all of our must-plays were heard. Yeah maybe here and there we had a song pop up we didn't love, but nobody's perfect. Well, Matty's ability to get people on the dance floor and pump everyone up was pretty close to perfect. He was definitely a highlight of our vendors and something we'll positively remember. Now I haven't mentioned the photo booth because we ended up removing it from our contract. The pictures of their mirror photo booth on Absolute's website didn't match up with the one they were showing on social media posts. Both were nice, but it didn't really fit into our theme/style. A small annoyance in the grand scheme of things, though it also took a little time to hear back from them via email in order to get the photo booth removed. Another minor snafu, but in the entirety of everything, I'd still stick with Absolute and the five stars I threw on this review. Overall, Absolute Entertainment is legit in their ability to bring the party and make your day feel special. Their DJs listen to your music preferences and the MCs are fantastic at making your event that much more enjoyable and fun. Perhaps some side pieces aren't perfect, but in the realm of performance and music, Absolute is pretty darn absolute.

They are that good, and their price was totally reasonable. From the beginning, I knew we were in great hands. They provided us with DJ / MC / Sound / Lights / Video in one simple package, they even created a beautiful 250 pic video photo montage for us that was beautiful. They communicated with our other vendors through out the night and followed the planned script perfectly and played all music as previously selected as well as all the typical dance standards. It was LIT as my daughter said when it was over (which we didnt want to end). Ivan and his team are total pros, very personable and very easy to deal with and that took a lot of weight ofs our shoulders as we trusted him to run with the program and he did not disappoint us. The questionnaire used for planning was all online as well as their catalog of services provided. Ivan was super accommodating and played all the songs we requested. He was on point with the wedding day itinerary and helpful with suggestions. We had some guests who also DJ and they came up to me raving about how his song mixes/wordplay was spot on. The photo booth was a hit - highly recommend and you receive a link to all photos/gifs taken. We also added on the saxophonist and 8 ft robot. Rob was also fantastic and I'm so glad DUDJ's provided him as the MC. High energy, big smiles, and these two were able to read to crowd and perform accordingly. Their DJ light setup was soooo much better than other DJ's I vetted (not to mention the others were upselling this and Drive Up provides this as a standard). I would have zero hesitation booking this team again and will be recommending them to all friends/family for future events.

Dominick's music was INCREDIBLE... he played every single song I asked for, timed all the music perfectly, and kept the party going all night... it was truly banger after banger. The crowd loved it and so did I. PJ was also an absolutely fantastic MC. He was so fun and really did a great job engaging the crowd to keep everyone partying all night! He did great job communicating with me about the schedule for the night too! Overall a 10/10 experience working with Tommy's Tunes. We had called/ requested multiple companies for pricing and availability, and from the first phone call we knew this company was different than all the rest, and that Michael really loves what he does. We had decided to do a "DIY" wedding, and honestly - probably could not have pulled it off as successful as we did without his help, talent, and personal investment in our event. He was easy to contact over both email and phone, and when we got busy and overwhelmed, he stayed on top of us to make sure that he had all the information he needed. The wedding outline he uses and phone/email conversations helped guide and structure our entire night and he worked to really get a feel for the atmosphere we were trying to achieve ... He managed to turn a ballroom in a historical house into a fun, yet classy, dance party that incorporated BOTH my wife's love for early 2000's dance music and brought out my 90's punk/ alternative! While still getting younger family members and parents and grandparents out on the dance floor. We used the North fork Rustic Decor DJ booth (which I'm pretty sure he built himself!) after DJ Michael saw photos of the space and recommended it, and it fit perfectly! And when we stumbled during the cake cutting (we did not have a Maitre D - and neither of us knew what to do next, or who cuts first) ... I look up and there is DJ Michael. He had stepped down from the stage and DJ booth, came to our table, and discreetly guided us through it, to flawlessly look like we knew what we were doing! There was at least a few more moments just like this, from nailing our entrance, to making sure we were served first from the Food Truck, and speeches went smooth... If you want your wedding or event to go seamlessly and have perfect music and DJ, this is definitely the one!
