I'm taking it on faith that Elegance Preserved did what they promised with my wedding dress and veil. They certainly charged enough money, and I'm not willing to open up the box to check their work. This is a service that specializes in wedding dress cleaning and preservation. I contacted them over a decade after my wedding, when I discovered that my dress had gotten dirty just by hanging untouched in a spare closet. It had been in a cloth zip bag that got nipped at by moths, and I was creeped out enough that I found Elegance Preserved and filled out the form on their website. The service worked as advertised. Once I put in my request, a process which included inputting my credit card information, I got what felt like an automated email letting me know the price and terms. After that, I was able to arrange a home pick-up over text. Someone came for the dress while I was out of the house, and it came back a couple of months later, in a storage box zipped snugly into a large cloth bag. I don't think I spoke to a human at any point in this process, and in retrospect, I am surprised that this service didn't include, say, a single photo of the dress and veil before it went into the box. No mention, either, of any moth damage, though I am hoping that means there wasn't any, despite what we later learned was a small infestation in that closet. I unzipped the bag just to peek inside recently, and it was hard to get the box out, and seemed impossible to unpack its contents and examine them on my own. People seem happy with Elegance Preserved, though, and I'm going to assume they did acceptable work. Highly recommend the team at Elegance Preserved! I spent a lot of time researching different cleaning and preservation services as my dress (Reynalda by Milla Nova purchased at Luv Bridal) had care instructions which said to not dry clean. Most places I reached out to said they had not seen that noted for a wedding dress before. Elegance Preserved provided their thoughts on why my dress would say no dry cleaning and options they offered to ensure my dress would be safe during the process. They put me much more at ease that my dress would be cared for properly. They picked up my dress for free as part of their route delivery service. It was very easy to schedule a pick up time and they sent text messages/tracking to know when the driver would arrive. Once they reviewed my dress, they confirmed they could safely clean it. After my dress was cleaned, I was able to view my dress in full via FaceTime. This made it much easier to inspect all angles/details of my dress before it was put in the preservation box. I purchased my Madi Lane wedding dress From LUV bridal Los Angeles and they professionally recommended I use Elegance Preserved for my dress cleaning and preservation. They picked up my wedding dress (and night before dress) right from my front door for free. It was then inspected and they offered me a cleaning quote. What's great is that if you don't like the quote, they will drive it right back to you for free! but their prices are really fair. I had my wedding dress (lace corset and silk bottom) and my night before (long lace) dress cleaned. I got married outdoors in a forest so both dresses were COVERED in dried leaves and twigs haha. And the bottom of both dresses were brown and mangled. Elegance Preserved worked magic and both of my dresses came back good as new!! I bought a sample dress (Addison by Laudae) off the rack from Love and Lace bridal salon so it needed to be cleaned before getting altered. The bridal salon recommended Elegance Preserved. The dress had some marks on the train, dirty straps and some yellowing in the arm pit area but nothing major. The cleaning was around $350. The dress came back pretty clean, not brand new clean, but I am happy with the results. The pick up/ drop off is convenient and they communicate about your dress throughout. This is my second time using Elegance Preserved to clean my wedding dress and I couldn't be happier with their service. The pricing is very clear and I love the pick up and drop off service. Everyone is easily accessible via email or text. My dress is Sandra by Sarah Seven - it is made with satin, and chiffon, and has lots of pearl details. Sarah Seven recommended Elegance Preserved post-wedding and I've used them to clean my dress ever since. My wedding was in Hawaii so the bottom of the dress was really muddy the first time I used their cleaning service. When I got my dress back a few months later, it was totally clean. The second time I wore my dress was to a concert so once again, the bottom of the dress was extremely dirty and the top of the bodice was slightly stained by the brooches I put on in. I am so happy I chose Elegance Preserved to take care of my wedding dress! My dress is a Sophia Tolli Valentina dress I bought from For Love Bridal, and then I had some custom details and a bustle added on with A Stitch in Time. I did a lot of googling and researching to pick a wedding dress preservation company. I noticed a lot of the other companies used just an old style box that was very big, much bigger than my dress would need. And I live in an apartment so space is precious. I loved that Elegance Preserved had 3 different size boxes, and their smallest option worked perfectly for my dress. I also really like that the box for the dress wasn't the same design that looks like it's been used for decades and is super dated. It is a sturdy museum quality preservation box with a perfectly fitted muslin cloth cover. Their pickup service made it everything so easy! They picked up my dress, let me know when it arrived safely and gave me a quote in a timely manner. It was great peace of mind that if the quote was too much, they would just bring the dress back. Their communication was excellent through the whole process, letting me know when pickup and drop off would happen (within a 4 hour window, and they were always on time), and even letting me know when they found a little damage on my dress and gave me the option to have it repaired for a bit more than what was quoted. It was so easy to text them for a quick response if I ever had a question. I am really pleased with how my dress came back to me. It is beautifully packaged with careful layers of tissue paper. I had a veil too and it was wonderfully arranged in there as well. And it looks as clean as the day I bought it, which was really impressive considering I had an outdoor wedding and got a good bit of dirt on my train. They even packaged a pair of white gloves so you can handle the tissue paper and the dress without compromising the cleaning and preservation. I bought an elaborate second-hand Lazaro gown for my wedding, it needed dry cleaning before I can wear it. Several local dry cleaners specializing in wedding gowns said they can't help me because they are worried of damage to the intricate lace, I was really worried that I just bought a gown that I love but won't be able to wear! Luckily Elegance Preserved came to the rescue, they have dedicated drivers to pick up and drop off from my house, so I don't have to worry about it getting it lost or damaged during shipping. This review is long overdue!  The team at Elegance Preserved is absolutely incredible. They treat you with the utmost respect, care, and consideration.  Olivia was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She answered any and all questions I had regarding the process and what I could expect. Bottom line is, if you want your gown to be preserved and to be taken care of by professionals, look no further!  I have included further details below if you want more info regarding my experience :) My gown was the Luca from designer Anne Barge that I found and purchased at White Dresses Boutique in Nashville, TN.  It was silk white with velvet overlay and had removable off-the-shoulder straps. Additionally, I had a matching cathedral length veil which also had velvet on the ends with a fingertip length blusher. My ceremony was at a vineyard and the reception was in a wine cave. As you can imagine, the bottom of my gown had some fairly intense grass and dirt stains. I made sure to have my gown cleaned and preserved rather quickly after my wedding because I did not want them to set in. I found Elegance Preserved on Yelp and am so glad I did!  I wanted to make sure that I could find a location that would take care of my dress which was quite expensive.  While their services are expensive, they are no where near over-priced. They are absolutely fair; especially for the level of service, care, and communication you will receive. Due to Covid, there were some different options that I was given regarding dress pickup and delivery. My husband dropped off the dress, so that we could be confident in where the dress would be since we do not live in the Beverly Hills area. (This place is absolutely legit, so no concerns whatsoever). They offered us a service where they would ship the gown to us once it was finished. This service was wonderful!!! It was painless and so easy (just like the entire process). They sent us a tracking number as soon as it shipped, and it was delivered in an extremely timely manner. I asked them to clean and preserve both my veil and gown. They arrived in a large box complete with white gloves and a zipped cover for the box. My wedding was in 2017, I bought my Stella York dress from Pebbles Bridal. My dress has beautiful corded lace detailing throughout, after my wedding I was very scared about having my dress ruined by taking it to the wrong cleaner. I had read a lot of reviews of how important it is to take it to a cleaner that specializes with wedding dress and a lot of horror reviews of how bad dresses had been ruined. I was so worried about my dress being destroyed that I just had it sit in my closet since my wedding. Every once in a while, I would try to look into cleaners but was always put off from their previous reviews, as well as the price I was being quoted, it did not put my mind at ease. I wanted to find a place I felt I could trust and get a fair price. I came across Elegance Preserved on Google when I searched for preservation of wedding dresses instead of just wedding dress cleaners. My dress is a Galia Lahav gown that I purchased from the local store in Beverly Hills. They had referred me to a company that they trust to handle such delicate material. After receiving their rather pricey estimate (and finding out that they'd be shipping my dress to NY since that is their HQs), I wanted to see if I could find other options locally that could provide the same level of services with a slightly lower price point (I was willing to spend the money for peace of mind and great services, but it's definitely worth weighing your options first). Fast forward to 2020 during a pandemic with lockdowns and in-person store visits are limited to necessities only. I happened to come across Elegance Preserved on Yelp and saw the positive reviews (and one mentioned they also had a similar experience with the referred company from Galia as well and ended up using EP with excellent results). While there aren't many reviews on Yelp for the BH location, there are more for their SF location which--along with a free delivery service with COVID-safe practices--helped seal the deal, so I reached out to get more info and an estimate. From the moment I filled out the contact form on their webpage, everything has been completely seamless, transparent, and their communication has been excellent. They picked up my dress within a week, kept me updated on their progress at every step--when they finished assessing the dress, their estimate for approval (which was $600-700 less than the other company's quote), when the dress was cleaned, when any repairs were made, an update to let me know that they were on pace to complete on time, and finally the completion date (which was only 8 weeks from when they began any work on the dress--also, my dress ended up being ready SIX days early). During the cleaning process, I asked for a virtual viewing of the dress after it was cleaned and before it was preserved which was set up easily--the dress looked amazing. They text to let me know when they were on their way for pickup/delivery and both Shawnee (pickup) and Sean (final drop off) were extremely nice, professional, and punctual. The outer muslin bag that covers the preservation box had a small hole in the seam and the zipper fell off when I zipped it shut after examining my dress, and they reached out immediately about dropping off a new one next week after they get it from the manufacturer. Over a decade ago, my high school english teacher told our class a story about how his wife got her wedding dress preserved in a box with special paper and gloves and ever since then, I knew I would do the same. Unfortunately, I had to postpone my wedding to next year, due to COVID, and I needed to be sure my dress would be just like new, so I went searching for dress preservation shops. I just happened upon Elegance Preserved on Yelp and saw numerous positive reviews. I texted the number on their website and thought I'd be directed to a robot, but an actual person responded. Fairly quickly, I knew I wanted to work with them. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They gave me a quote and it seemed reasonable as I just wanted preservation. I purchased my dress from Vivienne Atelier and within the week that I picked it up, Sean from Elegance was at my doorstep ready to take my dress to preserve it. I was a little skeptical at first since I was handing over my dream dress to essentially a stranger, but everything was super seamless. From start to finish this company was a breeze to work with. I never had any concerns about the hands my wedding dress was about to fall into for cleaning. The process took a few months and when it looked like it was going to take a bit longer to get it back to me, they let me know. For me, there was no rush in getting the return since I already used to dress for its purpose!! The dress was folded and placed in a large preservation box with tissues and gloves to use when handling. My dress train was lace and completely dirty and it literally looks as good as new!! My dress is a Berta gown I purchased at Lovella Bridal in Glendale. My wedding was in October 2019. Fast forward to 2021 I decided to sell my dress and I was nervous that since it's been in storage for as long as it has it would be difficult to remove the stains. My Galia Lavah dress was purchased at the flagship store on La Brea It was not easy finding a reputable company to clean and preserve my beautiful dress. The bridal store had recommend at team in New York but after more research the price seemed a bit high. I was very lucky to find Elegance Preserved after a lot of local research Their website answered all of my questions and they explained all of the home route pickup service to me by phone. It was simple enough I was texted in the morning and their team had a pickup driver meet me at my home I had a quote a few days later and the dress was returned to me about 12 weeks later. I received a recommendation to bring my Romona Keveza dress to Elegance Preserved and it could not have been more convenient to schedule a pickup. I communicated directly with Olivia and she was very responsive, attentive and helpful. I got married in June 2022 and it took me 4 months -- (major perfectionist right here!) -- to research and find the best place to take my dress to get it cleaned/preserved. My dress is an Oscar de la Renta pleated tulle gown and I wanted to make sure that wherever I took it, they knew how to handle the very delicate fabric. The Oscar store I got it from recommended a different place to get it cleaned/preserved, but their quote was an outrageous price (a laughable $2K)! After reading millions of reviews, I finally found Elegance Preserved and I'm so glad I did! Their pricing was extremely reasonable and their work is exquisite!! I received my dress yesterday and it honestly looks like a brand new dress! They did such an incredible job cleaning and preserving the tulle. The preservation box, tissue paper, and special protective cotton casing are all museum quality and they even give you a pair of special cotton gloves to use if/when you take the dress out of the box. The customer service is also excellent -- throughout the process everyone I talked to or emailed with was extremely professional, communicative, kind, and informative! They went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. Also, they have a pickup/delivery service that's included, which just made the whole process so much easier (and their driver is also very nice and professional). My dress is from David's Bridal. It has a lot of lace and beading. I did buy the cleaning service from DB but i did not feel comfortable shipping my dress from Los Angeles to Texas. On top of that, i went through the reviews on Yelp about the company DB uses and they were very scary. Many had complained about holes in their dresses or the dress still being dirty. I had decided to keep the dress as is. However, my husband and I were expecting a baby and we had begun to create the nursery where my dress was being housed. It was time to get it cleaned. I decided to find services here in LA and Elegance Preservation was at the very top! With amazing reviews! I had my consultation immediately and i felt extremely comfortable in purchasing the services! I was so pleased that they offered pick up services as my belly was huge and i could not drive anymore.
