I called a lot of local cleaners ...they all made me feel uncertain. I love my dress & have hopes of wearing it again. When I stumbled upon Elegance Preserved, It seemed too good to be true but I took a chance and SO glad I did!!! Pick up & delivery made incredibly easy but what impressed me was the communication process!!! I was informed every step of the way! It was easy to plan, no surprises, no waiting all day and the best....it put my mind at ease! No worries! My dress was dirty from a beach wedding and getting caught in high tide so it had gotten wet as well. It picked up a considerable amount of dirt and staining, walking across asphalt to the dinner venue. I worried it would never come clean. I just got my dress back and it looks BRAND NEW! To say I was THRILLED is an understatement! I will get to wear it again and I know exactly where it will go to be cleaned & preserved to perfection!!! Thank you!!! read more

I've sent two of my friend's wedding dresses to get cleaned by Elegance and both times I've and the brides have been so happy with the way the dresses turned out. Elegance Preserved made the drop off the dress super easy and quick. Filling out the inquiry online makes it easy to note how dirty the dress is and any other details you want them to note. Once dropped off, I wait a few weeks to get an email for pick-up which is also super quick and easy. Both times, the brides have been so pleased by how their wedding dresses came out. I couldn't recommend this place enough! Also, they do offer pick-up/delivery within a radius. Great way to get your dress cleaned! read more

This was the company recommended by Vivienne Westwood bridal for my gown cleaning, and I'm so relieved and happy with their service. From the start, communication has always been quick and easy, they were able to get started with my dress much earlier than I thought because of it. I noticed their professionalism and carefulness when dealing with delicate materials right away, and they talked me through each step before proceeding to the next. I would come back here for the highest quality of gown cleaning. read more

I'm taking it on faith that Elegance Preserved did what they promised with my wedding dress and veil. They certainly charged enough money, and I'm not willing to open up the box to check their work. This is a service that specializes in wedding dress cleaning and preservation. I contacted them over a decade after my wedding, when I discovered that my dress had gotten dirty just by hanging untouched in a spare closet. It had been in a cloth zip bag that got nipped at by moths, and I was creeped out enough that I found Elegance Preserved and filled out the form on their website. The service worked as advertised. Once I put in my request, a process which included inputting my credit card information, I got what felt like an automated email letting me know the price and terms. After that, I was able to arrange a home pick-up over text. Someone came for the dress while I was out of the house, and it came back a couple of months later, in a storage box zipped snugly into a large cloth bag. I don't think I spoke to a human at any point in this process, and in retrospect, I am surprised that this service didn't include, say, a single photo of the dress and veil before it went into the box. No mention, either, of any moth damage, though I am hoping that means there wasn't any, despite what we later learned was a small infestation in that closet. I unzipped the bag just to peek inside recently, and it was hard to get the box out, and seemed impossible to unpack its contents and examine them on my own. People seem happy with Elegance Preserved, though, and I'm going to assume they did acceptable work. What I could see of the dress did look clean and pretty, and I'm glad to have it safely preserved and put away. read more

I worked with Elegance Preserved to clean, restore, and preserve my two wedding gowns, and I truly cannot say enough incredible things about the experience. From start to finish, the process was completely seamless. They personally came to my home to pick up both dresses, communicated beautifully every step of the way, and sent thoughtful updates throughout the restoration process. I received detailed before-and-after photos, which made me feel so confident that my gowns were in the best hands. When everything was complete, they scheduled a delivery time that worked perfectly for me and brought the preserved gowns back to my home. The packaging is absolutely stunning, and I love that they include clear instructions (and even white gloves!) in case I ever want to open and handle them in the future. Knowing that I now get to keep these dresses forever in perfect condition is so meaningful to me. The entire team was professional, kind, organized, and truly exceptional. If you are a bride -- past or future -- I could not recommend Elegance Preserved more. read more

The experience with this company was easy and very smooth. The pick off and drop off were very convenient and helpful. Highly recommend for wedding dress cleaning and preservation! read more

Highly recommend the team at Elegance Preserved! I spent a lot of time researching different cleaning and preservation services as my dress (Reynalda by Milla Nova purchased at Luv Bridal) had care instructions which said to not dry clean. Most places I reached out to said they had not seen that noted for a wedding dress before. Elegance Preserved provided their thoughts on why my dress would say no dry cleaning and options they offered to ensure my dress would be safe during the process. They put me much more at ease that my dress would be cared for properly. They picked up my dress for free as part of their route delivery service. It was very easy to schedule a pick up time and they sent text messages/tracking to know when the driver would arrive. Once they reviewed my dress, they confirmed they could safely clean it. After my dress was cleaned, I was able to view my dress in full via FaceTime. This made it much easier to inspect all angles/details of my dress before it was put in the preservation box. It was then delivered back to my house for free and a video was provided on how I could inspect my dress at home. Seamless process from start to finish! read more

Elegance preserved went above and beyond!! I purchased my Madi Lane wedding dress From LUV bridal Los Angeles and they professionally recommended I use Elegance Preserved for my dress cleaning and preservation. They picked up my wedding dress (and night before dress) right from my front door for free. It was then inspected and they offered me a cleaning quote. What's great is that if you don't like the quote, they will drive it right back to you for free! but their prices are really fair. I had my wedding dress (lace corset and silk bottom) and my night before (long lace) dress cleaned. I got married outdoors in a forest so both dresses were COVERED in dried leaves and twigs haha. And the bottom of both dresses were brown and mangled. Elegance Preserved worked magic and both of my dresses came back good as new!! I honestly can't say enough good things about this company and how they operate! The best part is the free pickup and delivery based on your schedule. Thank you so much, Elegance Preserved!! read more

I couldn't be more thrilled with the service I received from Elegance Preserved! After my wedding, I wanted to make sure my dress was preserved and protected for the future, and EP exceeded all my expectations. My dress got a lot of use on my wedding day. From dragging it through the golf course grounds for pictures, to dancing the night away with friends and family - It certainly bore the marks (and dirt) of an amazing evening! After doing some research I decided to go with EP and I'm so glad I did. It was extremely easy (they picked up my dress for a quote and dropped it off when it was finished) so I didn't have to leave my house. They handled my gown with such care, and the packaging it arrived in was impeccable. My dress looks as beautiful as the day I wore it, and I love knowing it's safely stored for the future. I would highly recommend EP to anyone looking to preserve their wedding dress or any special garment. They made this experience seamless and stress-free! read more

I couldn't be more impressed with Elegance Preserved! I did a lot of research online of places to get my dress cleaned and landed on Elegance and am so happy I did. Their communication from the beginning and through the whole process was great and they were so kind and sweet to work with. The free pickup / drop off for my location was a huge plus for me since I'm a mama of a toddler and it was just one less thing to worry about! It made the whole process so easy. I had both my dress and veil cleaned and preserved. My dress is a Blue by Enzoani purchased from Jaclyn's Bridal. It has a long tulle train with appliqués - it has a lot of detail and got super brown and dirty and I was worried it would be tough or impossible to clean. It honestly looks brand new now after being cleaned, I couldn't believe it - it's perfect!! I would 100% recommend Elegance Preserved to every bride looking to clean and preserve their dress. The customer service is amazing and the quality of their work is incredible. Thank you so much! read more

This review is long overdue. I was initially nervous and skeptical at the idea of trusting any company to take care of my wedding dress and bring it back to life. I had an outdoor wedding, in which I wore my dress the entire time, so it definitely needed to be cleaned. I tried to clean it myself once and just couldn't get the results I was looking for on my own. I made the best decision EVER in choosing Elegance Preserved to preserve my wedding dress and veil a few months after my Wedding in May 2024. From the first point of contact, all of the representatives were kind, communicative and accommodating! They were able to pick up and deliver my dress when it was ready- free of charge due to my location! I loved being able to have a FaceTime Viewing of my dress when the preservation was complete so that I could see the final product before they carefully and thoughtfully packaged it to be delivered. Their price was also affordable! They truly made this first time experience an easy one. I appreciate their care and communication so much! They did a fabulous job cleaning my dress and making it look like new!! Thank you, Elegance Preserved! read more

WOW! I am so impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and communication by Elegance Preserved. They picked up & dropped off my wedding gown in just 8 weeks. They FaceTimed me while cleaning & packaging up my dress and my dress was NOT an easy one. Olivia and her staff were incredibly kind and cooperative. HIGHLY recommend!! read more

I had two wedding dresses and a veil cleaned by Elegance Preserved, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My dresses--the Baikal from Pronovias and the India veil--were purchased at En Blanc in LA, and I also had a custom dress from a private designer overseas. All of them feature delicate 3D ornamentation, beads, and glitter, so I needed to find the best service possible. I found Elegance Preserved through Yelp, and their home pickup and delivery service was the best decision I made! The process was so smooth, from booking to delivery. Brittany, Tina, and Olivia were incredibly attentive, answering my texts, calls, and emails promptly. Marcelo ensured that the delivery went smoothly with real-time tracking. I highly recommend Elegance Preserved to anyone in need of top-tier dress cleaning and preservation! read more

I bought a sample dress (Addison by Laudae) off the rack from Love and Lace bridal salon so it needed to be cleaned before getting altered. The bridal salon recommended Elegance Preserved. The dress had some marks on the train, dirty straps and some yellowing in the arm pit area but nothing major. The cleaning was around $350. The dress came back pretty clean, not brand new clean, but I am happy with the results. The pick up/ drop off is convenient and they communicate about your dress throughout. I needed the dress cleaned within a few weeks so I had time for it to be altered and they were able to accommodate this and got it done earlier than promised. read more

I used Elegance Preserved to clean my dress since I was reselling it to a new bride-to-be! My dress was a Martina Liana Style 1413 sweetheart ballgown dress with lace and intricate beading. I purchased this gorgeous dress from Blush Bridal in Tustin. I knew I wanted to resell my dress so I Googled wedding dress cleaners in the SoCal region. I found Elegance Preserved, saw the glowing reviews and loved that they would pickup and deliver a dress in the Orange County area. My dress wasn't horribly dirty from my wedding although it had been sitting in the dust bag for 1.5 years and there was definitely dirt on the bottom that needed to be cleaned. I had the woman interested in my dress try it on before I sent my dress out and we were both amazed when it came back and how great of a job the Elegance Preserved team did at cleaning it! The dress looked brand new! All communication with the team at EP has been amazing! The invoice was very thorough. The pickup and delivery to Newport was precise and Marcelo, the driver, was very kind and communicated well on when he would arrive. I also thought the price of cleaning my big ballgown dress was very reasonable! I would highly recommend Elegance Preserved for their cleaning service! read more

This is my second time using Elegance Preserved to clean my wedding dress and I couldn't be happier with their service. The pricing is very clear and I love the pick up and drop off service. Everyone is easily accessible via email or text. My dress is Sandra by Sarah Seven - it is made with satin, and chiffon, and has lots of pearl details. Sarah Seven recommended Elegance Preserved post-wedding and I've used them to clean my dress ever since. My wedding was in Hawaii so the bottom of the dress was really muddy the first time I used their cleaning service. When I got my dress back a few months later, it was totally clean. The second time I wore my dress was to a concert so once again, the bottom of the dress was extremely dirty and the top of the bodice was slightly stained by the brooches I put on in. I just received my dress back yesterday and once again, they did a perfect job cleaning the dress. I plan to wear my wedding dress every year on our anniversary and will keep coming back to Elegance Preserved to clean, and eventually store my dress. read more

Ladies, if you're like me, meaning extremely picky, read every review, write on Google "best wedding dress cleaning," and click on every link. I got you and researched for you. I honestly couldn't recommend Elegance Preserved enough. They have genuinely provided the best service I could have wished for. The whole process was incredibly easy and stress-free. The pickup and delivery make such a big difference; it is also highly time-saving. The team has been patient, understanding, and always took the time to explain and answer all my questions. They are also so sweet and kind. Not feeling like you're just a number truly makes a difference. I got my Katerine Tash wedding dress and Varca Bridal Coat at Loho. Who confirmed that I should fully trust Elegance. Anyway, once again, I highly recommend you to go ahead and trust them with your dress. I highly recommend going with Elegance Preserved if you plan to get your wedding dress cleaned and preserved! The bottom of my wedding dress was completely covered in dirt, foot prints, and grass stains. I thought the train would be unsalvageable. However, Elegance Preserved was able to remove all of it, and my dress looks completely brand new! Elegance Preserved made the entire process easy - I simply filled out a form online, had complimentary pick up and drop off of my dress, and was able to put a credit card online easily after they provided me with a quote. They are also SO QUICK at responding to emails and even faster at responding to text messages! Lastly, I want to give a huge shout out to the Los Angeles shop team, specifically Olivia and Brittany. They were so quick at clarifying any questions or concerns I had. Olivia also went out of her way to address an issue that I had concerning my dress, and was able to resolve it quickly. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service they provided. Thank you! read more

They charged a ridiculous amount to preserve and clean my dress and veil and they couldn't even guarantee that it was going to be fully cleaned. Then when they returned my dress they went to the completely wrong address and basically held up our plans all day. I feel like the communication was not great at all. read more

Updated review!! They are a real business and have texted back this morning...must have been a glitch in their system? They offer free pickup and delivery in my area (Los Angeles) which is a great service. Thank you to the manager for responding here and having someone contact me. :) I did get a text back from Olivia who is very helpful in answering all my questions! Is this even a real business? When I called the phone number there's not a person who answers... It's a voicemail asking you to leave a text message for any inquiries or appointments. I wrote to them three days ago still have not heard back. Since when do companies do business by text? read more

My husband and I got married in October of 2019, so almost 3 years ago and I just now remembered I should get my dress cleaned. Of course, it was never my top priority but I NEEDED to get it out of the house before another 3 years went by. I looked through Google and Yelp and stumbled on a local spot in LA. Honestly, the team at EP was incredibly sweet and helpful from the start. I dropped my dress off and within a day or so I had a quote/pricing from them to clean and box the dress up for me. Once I approved the service and sent the deposit, it was out of my hands. I should note that the dress I had cleaned is NOT a simple dress to clean. It is the McKinley dress from Enzoani in Ivory with stretch Georgette & Lace and a crazy long train purchased from Pebbles Bridal. It took a few weeks before I heard back from them mentioning it was completed in which they then sent an email for me to schedule FREE delivery. **Side note** When you spend so much time picking your dress, so much money buying the dress and getting it fit, and so much effort looking for a trustworthy company to clean it ... It's so refreshing for someone NOT wanting your money for something so simple as delivering. If you like easy and efficient... I would recommend. read more

10/10 would recommend! Sean was so communicative and accommodating from start to finish. I even got email updates as my dress was going through the process. I felt very taken care of and never worried about my dress. I had some minor issues with some of the lace that had gotten pulled/torn on my wedding day, but Sean was so quick to get that fixed and even FaceTimed to show me the fix! When the dress was returned it's preserved in a cute box with a fabric case and white gloves are included. Would highly recommend Elegance Preserved to clean and preserve your down! read more

I 100% recommend Elegance Preserved! Ladies, trust me! I'm a sentimental person and I care a lot about preserving items from my special day. So I was picky when it came to who I worked with. They both cleaned and preserved my wedding dress, royal cathedral length veil and blusher, and my satin wedding gloves! From the minute I reached out to them they were friendly and extremely helpful (seriously, both Olivia and Kate were amazing!). They addressed any concerns I had and I felt completely comfortable with my important items in their hands. Before choosing them, I Googled and researched a few companies that clean & preserve both locally and nationally but I quickly realized that Elegance Preserved's service is unmatched. They offer a free home pickup and drop off! I don't think any other company offered that. And both pickup and dropoff were extremely simple and smooth. The driver was organized and handled all of my items with care! And they were flexible when I had to last minute change my drop off time due to a family matter. My dress is Madison James' Larissa--it is heavy and made with satin and a structured bodice. And my royal cathedral veil is very long and has a lot of detail including gem details. And when I received my preservation box I was in awe at the packaging. I could tell they took great care in properly preserving my special items. Olivia, Kate, and the entire Elegance Preserved team are the kindest. You can tell they care about the work they do and I'm grateful! Again ladies, look no further than Elegance Preserved. read more

Could not recommend them more!! They made the process so easy by picking up and delivering my dress and veil when it was finished, and were very communicative throughout the whole process. Anytime I had questions they were quick to respond via text, and their services were exactly as described! I found all of their resources on their website and emails so helpful. After the stress of wedding planning, all I wanted was a reliable and convenient company to clean and preserve my dress--and that's exactly what I found. I have to say that I had a great experience and completely satisfied with Elegance Preserved. I purchased their cleaning and preserve services for my dress. I knew EP from Luv Bridal in LA where I purchased my wedding dress. My dress is Harlyn by designer Mia Solano. It's a fit and flare mermaid style with many different fabrics layered such as tulle, floral lace and crystal beads. Though, I have to say their prices are bit high but with the quality and the great customer services I believed it all worth it. I didn't have to drop off and pick up my dress because EP provides free pick up and delivery to any address within the three regions they service. I would like to extend my appreciations to Olivia and Marcelo because on the day of my dress is ready to be delivery to me, i had an important meeting at work I have to attend, without Olivia's communication via texts and Marcelo's patience I couldn't get my dress back on time. I'll definitely recommend EP to my friends and family and to those brides that are still looking for high quality preservation services look no further. Really wish I could give Elegance Preserved 5 stars, but due to delay in my delivery and no communication of this I can't give a perfect review. Overall the process was very seamless and I like that Elegance Preserved does free pick up/drop off and no-obligation consultations for your wedding dress cleaning/preservation needs. Pricing was a little more than expected, however, this business seemed reputable based on their reviews and speciality in wedding dresses so I thought it was worth it to spend a little extra. My estimated completion and delivery date was February 19th but I didn't receive my dress back until March 15th. I received no updates and had to reach out to figure out what was going on with my dress. I was in no hurry to get my dress back but it would've been nice to get a heads up. If I did need my dress back, it would've been an issue and my review would probably be worse so I'd definitely recommend customers are updated if their expected completion dates change. Other than that, I was quite happy with how my dress turned out and didn't find any issues. read more

This review is long overdue!  The team at Elegance Preserved is absolutely incredible. They treat you with the utmost respect, care, and consideration.  Olivia was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She answered any and all questions I had regarding the process and what I could expect. Bottom line is, if you want your gown to be preserved and to be taken care of by professionals, look no further!  I have included further details below if you want more info regarding my experience :) My gown was the Luca from designer Anne Barge that I found and purchased at White Dresses Boutique in Nashville, TN.  It was silk white with velvet overlay and had removable off-the-shoulder straps. Additionally, I had a matching cathedral length veil which also had velvet on the ends with a fingertip length blusher. My ceremony was at a vineyard and the reception was in a wine cave. As you can imagine, the bottom of my gown had some fairly intense grass and dirt stains. I made sure to have my gown cleaned and preserved rather quickly after my wedding because I did not want them to set in. I found Elegance Preserved on Yelp and am so glad I did!  I wanted to make sure that I could find a location that would take care of my dress which was quite expensive.  While their services are expensive, they are no where near over-priced. They are absolutely fair; especially for the level of service, care, and communication you will receive. Due to Covid, there were some different options that I was given regarding dress pickup and delivery. My husband dropped off the dress, so that we could be confident in where the dress would be since we do not live in the Beverly Hills area. (This place is absolutely legit, so no concerns whatsoever). They offered us a service where they would ship the gown to us once it was finished. This service was wonderful!!! It was painless and so easy (just like the entire process). They sent us a tracking number as soon as it shipped, and it was delivered in an extremely timely manner. I asked them to clean and preserve both my veil and gown. They arrived in a large box complete with white gloves and a zipped cover for the box. Your gown will be treated like a piece of art in a museum! Both my gown and veil came back spotless like the day I bought them!  Their communication is outstanding and the process is fast. You will have complete peace of mind if you use Elegance Preserved!  Huge shoutout to Olivia- You are a dream to work with! Thank you so much, EP!  I am confident that my gown will last a lifetime. read more

My wedding was in 2017, I bought my Stella York dress from Pebbles Bridal. My dress has beautiful corded lace detailing throughout, after my wedding I was very scared about having my dress ruined by taking it to the wrong cleaner. I had read a lot of reviews of how important it is to take it to a cleaner that specializes with wedding dress and a lot of horror reviews of how bad dresses had been ruined. I was so worried about my dress being destroyed that I just had it sit in my closet since my wedding. Every once in a while, I would try to look into cleaners but was always put off from their previous reviews, as well as the price I was being quoted, it did not put my mind at ease. I wanted to find a place I felt I could trust and get a fair price. I came across Elegance Preserved on Google when I searched for preservation of wedding dresses instead of just wedding dress cleaners. Right from the start of going thru their website I was impressed it had answered all the questions I had in mind before I even spoke to a consultant. I filled out the contact form on the website during my work lunch break and to my complete surprise I received a phone call from them that same day. Their communication and follow up was wonderful, I was so excited that they do pick up/ drop off service since my schedule is so busy. They quickly picked up my dress and gave an estimate for approval. The price was so great and a lot less expensive than I thought it would be based on previous quotes from other less competent cleaners. The estimated time for everything to be cleaned and preserved was quoted taking an approximate 8 weeks, however they were so much faster. From the time the dress was picked up to when it was delivered only took 1 month. I am absolutely so impressed and would highly recommend Elegance Preserved to anybody! They were able to make me feel so comfortable from start to finish. 10/10 Communication, professionalism and convenience. read more

I am so happy I chose Elegance Preserved to take care of my wedding dress! My dress is a Sophia Tolli Valentina dress I bought from For Love Bridal, and then I had some custom details and a bustle added on with A Stitch in Time. I did a lot of googling and researching to pick a wedding dress preservation company. I noticed a lot of the other companies used just an old style box that was very big, much bigger than my dress would need. And I live in an apartment so space is precious. I loved that Elegance Preserved had 3 different size boxes, and their smallest option worked perfectly for my dress. I also really like that the box for the dress wasn't the same design that looks like it's been used for decades and is super dated. It is a sturdy museum quality preservation box with a perfectly fitted muslin cloth cover. Their pickup service made it everything so easy! They picked up my dress, let me know when it arrived safely and gave me a quote in a timely manner. It was great peace of mind that if the quote was too much, they would just bring the dress back. Their communication was excellent through the whole process, letting me know when pickup and drop off would happen (within a 4 hour window, and they were always on time), and even letting me know when they found a little damage on my dress and gave me the option to have it repaired for a bit more than what was quoted. It was so easy to text them for a quick response if I ever had a question. I am really pleased with how my dress came back to me. It is beautifully packaged with careful layers of tissue paper. I had a veil too and it was wonderfully arranged in there as well. And it looks as clean as the day I bought it, which was really impressive considering I had an outdoor wedding and got a good bit of dirt on my train. They even packaged a pair of white gloves so you can handle the tissue paper and the dress without compromising the cleaning and preservation. For any bride on the fence or doing her research, you can be confident in your choice with Elegance Preserved! I highly recommend them! read more

I discovered Elegance Preserved a few months after my wedding and I'm so glad I did! I purchased a Berta Privee gown from Lovella Bridal and I knew that I wanted to keep it for years to come so I researched local dress cleaning services. Elegance Preserved seemed like the absolute best option in regards to cleaning & preserving my dress and I was 100% right. The team was so kind and communicative throughout the entire process, so I knew my dress was in great hands. The pickup and delivery service made everything SO easy - that was worth the cost in itself. While I haven't completely unboxed my dress, it came in the perfect size box and lining to fit under my bed. They also packed in white gloves for when you want to take it out! I can't help but to imagine showing my future children/grandchildren one day. Just so special! I definitely recommend Elegance Preserved if you are looking to keep your dress the same as when you walked down the aisle! read more

My wedding was at the end of 2019, and I immediately began to look for cleaning/preservation services for my wedding gown. My dress is a Galia Lahav gown that I purchased from the local store in Beverly Hills. They had referred me to a company that they trust to handle such delicate material. After receiving their rather pricey estimate (and finding out that they'd be shipping my dress to NY since that is their HQs), I wanted to see if I could find other options locally that could provide the same level of services with a slightly lower price point (I was willing to spend the money for peace of mind and great services, but it's definitely worth weighing your options first). Fast forward to 2020 during a pandemic with lockdowns and in-person store visits are limited to necessities only. I happened to come across Elegance Preserved on Yelp and saw the positive reviews (and one mentioned they also had a similar experience with the referred company from Galia as well and ended up using EP with excellent results). While there aren't many reviews on Yelp for the BH location, there are more for their SF location which--along with a free delivery service with COVID-safe practices--helped seal the deal, so I reached out to get more info and an estimate. From the moment I filled out the contact form on their webpage, everything has been completely seamless, transparent, and their communication has been excellent. They picked up my dress within a week, kept me updated on their progress at every step--when they finished assessing the dress, their estimate for approval (which was $600-700 less than the other company's quote), when the dress was cleaned, when any repairs were made, an update to let me know that they were on pace to complete on time, and finally the completion date (which was only 8 weeks from when they began any work on the dress--also, my dress ended up being ready SIX days early). During the cleaning process, I asked for a virtual viewing of the dress after it was cleaned and before it was preserved which was set up easily--the dress looked amazing. They text to let me know when they were on their way for pickup/delivery and both Shawnee (pickup) and Sean (final drop off) were extremely nice, professional, and punctual. The outer muslin bag that covers the preservation box had a small hole in the seam and the zipper fell off when I zipped it shut after examining my dress, and they reached out immediately about dropping off a new one next week after they get it from the manufacturer. TLDR: Excellent/professional services, amazing communication, fast cleaning/preservation, my dress looks beautiful, and I saved over $600--would highly recommend. read more

I bought an elaborate second-hand Lazaro gown for my wedding, it needed dry cleaning before I can wear it. Several local dry cleaners specializing in wedding gowns said they can't help me because they are worried of damage to the intricate lace, I was really worried that I just bought a gown that I love but won't be able to wear! Luckily Elegance Preserved came to the rescue, they have dedicated drivers to pick up and drop off from my house, so I don't have to worry about it getting it lost or damaged during shipping. Communication was also very clear, they specifically checked with the Master Cleaner to make sure my dress is something they can handle. Only ~3 weeks later I got my dress back good as new! It's clean beyond expectations! The attention to detail and dedication found here this rarely found anywhere else, highly recommended!!! read more

Over a decade ago, my high school english teacher told our class a story about how his wife got her wedding dress preserved in a box with special paper and gloves and ever since then, I knew I would do the same. Unfortunately, I had to postpone my wedding to next year, due to COVID, and I needed to be sure my dress would be just like new, so I went searching for dress preservation shops. I just happened upon Elegance Preserved on Yelp and saw numerous positive reviews. I texted the number on their website and thought I'd be directed to a robot, but an actual person responded. Fairly quickly, I knew I wanted to work with them. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They gave me a quote and it seemed reasonable as I just wanted preservation. I purchased my dress from Vivienne Atelier and within the week that I picked it up, Sean from Elegance was at my doorstep ready to take my dress to preserve it. I was a little skeptical at first since I was handing over my dream dress to essentially a stranger, but everything was super seamless. As advertised, they dropped off my dress in about 2 weeks and it was perfectly packaged. I can't wait to break it out and wear it next year! I would highly recommend you text or call them if you're unsure of anything because they really are easy to talk to. read more

From start to finish this company was a breeze to work with. I never had any concerns about the hands my wedding dress was about to fall into for cleaning. The process took a few months and when it looked like it was going to take a bit longer to get it back to me, they let me know. For me, there was no rush in getting the return since I already used to dress for its purpose!! The dress was folded and placed in a large preservation box with tissues and gloves to use when handling. My dress train was lace and completely dirty and it literally looks as good as new!! Highly recommend this professional shop! read more

My dress is a Berta gown I purchased at Lovella Bridal in Glendale. My wedding was in October 2019. Fast forward to 2021 I decided to sell my dress and I was nervous that since it's been in storage for as long as it has it would be difficult to remove the stains. I decided to go with EP when I was in search of a cleaning service because they were trustworthy, their communication was incredible and the results are top-notch! I'm so happy that I found EP, they truly did an amazing job. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Look no further, you wont be disappointed. Thank you so much :) read more

Out of my entire wedding planning process, this was the easiest, stress-free thing to check off my list. The entire dress preservation took about 2 months, they were communicative, up front with details, and fair with pricing. I loved that someone picked it up and dropped it off as well. It came securely packed in a box with many protective elements, and I was even supplied with gloves to inspect. I would definitely recommend Elegance Preserved. Thank you for treating my treasured garment so wonderfully! read more

I got my dress at Sarah Seven NYC where they recommended I use Elegance Preserved. The whole process was easy and transparent from beginning to end. I used the shipping and delivery service and received updates throughout the entire process which put my mind at ease. They were even able to deliver my dress to my sister's house in LA when I was unable to receive it at my place due to moving. They texted both of us with updates. They're wonderful and kind -- highly recommend! read more

My Galia Lavah dress was purchased at the flagship store on La Brea It was not easy finding a reputable company to clean and preserve my beautiful dress. The bridal store had recommend at team in New York but after more research the price seemed a bit high. I was very lucky to find Elegance Preserved after a lot of local research Their website answered all of my questions and they explained all of the home route pickup service to me by phone. It was simple enough I was texted in the morning and their team had a pickup driver meet me at my home I had a quote a few days later and the dress was returned to me about 12 weeks later. Everything was smooth and my dress was back to me before I realized it was gone. One more item off the checklist! I would recommend Elegance Preserved.
