I should have checked the reviews before ordering - there's a reason why they only have two stars. Placed the order through their website on 10/2 and chose to pay through Amazon. Received a confirmation email from Amazon about the payment, no confirmation email from Electronic Express. My card was charged on 10/3. Chatted with customer service on 10/6 to find out order status - no record of my order, purchase, nothing. Had to dispute the charge through the credit card company. read more

As soon as I walked in last night, I was greeted by Luke! I mentioned that I was looking for a camera for my daughter's birthday and showed him some that I was I interested in. He was very helpful and didn't try to up sale and convince me to spend more. And Tonya really made the purchasing experience more pleasant. I hope this company appreciates these two, they are valuable assets to it!! read more

BUYER BEWARE, I purchased a range hood from these crooks. The hood came severely dented, plus the lighting element did not work, and the fan only works on 2 speeds. They were one of the only companies with Chromebooks in stock! I was able to get the laptop I wanted at a very reasonable price. I received the product two days later (right on time, as scheduled). The product arrived in perfect condition and is better than expected. I sent a follow-up email requesting my invoice and they sent it right away. I couldn't have had a better experience and would definitely recommend them! read more

We overpaid for a premium GE refrigerator appliance because the refrigerator appliance was immediately available for delivery from Electronic Express whereby other kitchen appliance (CenWood) would have had us wait 6-12 week for delivery at the cost of HUNDREDS of dollars LESS (about $1000 more at Electronic Express). When the refrigerator was delivered the delivery people (Nate and his helper) could not hook up the water supply to the refrigerator water dispenser and ice-maker. Nate and helper did not bring proper and special tools to adjust refrigerator doors. We had to supply OUR own tools for the delivery person. The delivery person scratched our wood floor while placing the refrigerator in place and left packing materials outside the front patio while also disturbing landscaping bricks lining the walkway to the front door. In support of the delivery person, Nate not only took a photograph of the scratched wood floor, but also noted the damaged wood floor on his delivery invoice. Lastly, the delivery person Nate refused to haul away the old refrigerator when in fact our salesperson John Rich specified in writing the old refrigerator was to be hauled away. We had to call our sales person John Rich and remind him what he wrote on the delivery instructions hauling the old refrigerator. We believe the delivery person wanted us to hand him cash under the table to haul the old refrigerator appliance away. It was a bad experience we would not want other consumers to experience. Apparently there is a disconnect between the sales people and the delivery department. Apparently the delivery department do not provide tools for the delivery personnel (ask us about Allan wrenches). BE AWARE and BEWARE never ever trusting sales people. All they want is to sell without consumer satisfaction. BTW you would expect a follow-up from Electronic Express and/or the delivery department regarding the wood floor damage. To date no follow-up call and now I have to call and work harder than delivery and sales to get my wood floor repaired. Sad and disappointing to say the least for our experience we overpaid for the refrigerator appliance. Waiting 100 weeks for a refrigerator appliance from CenWood would have been cheeper and a better experience over the BS we had to endure with Electronic Express. read more

Yes. The TV arrived on schedule. But when I called to speak to someone? Let's just say these people don't hold a candle compared to Amazon's customer service. It must be tough running a business by clawing for every dollar. The person I spoke with should consider auditioning as Aunt Lydia in the Handmaid's Tale. And they created a rule that is NOT listed in their own "policies" section. No shame. read more

Highly do not recommend. They will lie to you in a heartbeat in order to sell you a 3 year warranty for an extra $200 claiming it'll cover physical damage from a drop or something landing on it. I dropped my $1000 laptop and shattered the screen. When I called my local store, they told me no Electronic Express Warranty covers physical damage of any kind. read more

I bought a laptop at the Rivergate Location but went to 100 Oaks location to return the computer, I found out it goes to manufacture for repair so I was going to be dead in water for weeks. The guy there when I walked in explained to me but he looked at computer and thought he may be able to help. In the meantime another young man asked would I like to sit (walk with a cane) and found a chair. The third guy helped to reassure me that they could clean and hopefully would be like new, it is and they saved my business and sanity. So I salute Ty, Josh and Isiah (may have misspelled last one), best customer service ever in a while. They were smart and polite which is rare. Also the virus protection is great as well, you guys were right again. Tks so much and hope you get a raise. read more

In looking to buy a new washer pronto, I started with internet shopping. EE shows which ones are in stock and clearly shows a del date possible. That is miles above the other top 5 places. I called the store, and he was very helpful, and encouraged me to come in and we can tie it down. I did, and I found one I liked better that was less expensive and came with a better warranty. The delivery date was 2 days away- the scheduling went great, and they came within the time frame window promised. I have zero complaints. Now, having purchased washers, dryers, refrigerators, and TVs from EE, I can report no problems at all. Their warranty from NSI is far better and less expensive than Best Buy's. I recommend EE to all my friends. read more

We got an excellent tv at an excellent price. A young guy helped us with what we needed and checked us out out, but the rest of the staff was terrible. Our guy was trying to check the tv we were buying and one of the other salesman actually tried to "bully" him. It was strange and awkward. Then two gentlemen came in to return some speakers they'd bought recently. Another gentleman behind the counter agreed to return them but proceeded to scold the two customers about how he didn't believe them about the damaged item. Accept it or don't. I think there's a lot of management coaching that needs to be done at the 100 Oaks location. read more

February 16, 2019 -We were in search of new kitchen appliances. Because I wanted the appliances in black, they would have to be special ordered and the wait would be 3 weeks. Wednesday, 3/6 would be our delivery date. While not an ideal wait, we decided to go with the order. On Tuesday, 3/5, we received notification that our delivery date had been pushed back to Thursday, 3/7. Our delivery time was to be between 3 - 6pm. At 6:15, we received word that they were 10 minutes away. By 7:20pm Thursday, we had a refrigerator and range. Nothing else! The delivery drivers had nothing mentioned on their paperwork about our missing dishwasher and microwave. A call to our sales person @ Electronic Express brought no answers. He would ask his manager check on the missing items and respond back to us. Friday, 3/8 @ 5:00pm - No one called us so we called them. After 30 minutes on the phone, he finally found we were an additional 3 weeks out on the microwave and dishwasher. No reason for the delay was given. An email sent to customer service, the regional manager and the president of Electronic Express received no response. March 15th - The dishwasher finally arrived. The delivery guys wanted to leave it on the porch but were convinced to bring it inside the house (box and all)... Still no microwave. After yet another call to E.E., we were told the microwave would be here in 10 days. On 3/28, I showed up in the store only to be told the microwave was now scheduled to be delivered on April 6. Now it's March 29th and we received a call telling us that the earliest we would receive the microwave would be the middle of April! Yes, we went and got our money back, along with a million excuses. They blamed everyone except themselves. Horrible communication (make that NO communication on their part). I can find no reason this company is still in business. read more

This place sucks! Bought a new Electrolux washer and dryer from here and within 35 days the washer started making noises like a dying bear. The washer repair person from Electrolux came out and said it was leaking from the inside and ruined maybe parts in the machine and was leaking all over my floor. The repair guy asked where I got it from and when I said Electronic Express, he told me never to buy something from here again because half of his repairs come from machines that were purchased in this store. By the looks of other reviews, that seems to be correct. Anyways, there was so much damage I've had to wait for over 2 weeks for the parts come in to get it repaired and still not sure when that is. It was either faulty installation or a s*** unite. You'd think they'd just replace the unite outright for how little time I've had it but they haven't after I've spent over 2 weeks in hell trying to get some movement on this with no success. Listen my warning and go to Lowes or Home Depot! read more

We bought a laptop online for over $750. A couple days later I looked up what was going with the order. The website said it shipped and the shipping company showed canceled. When I called I was told they had no idea since the warehouse did it and that my money was being processed back. We waited almost a week and nothing. I called and was told my money would be refunded and processed in 24 hours. I called my bank and emailed EE asking for them to make sure it was refunded. I was told it was and it would be 3-5 days. Here I am. No money and now no email back from EE with a explanation of where my money is. Somewhere along the line it should be illegal to take someone's money knowing there is no product to give in return. I will give any company my money before I go here again. I purchased a Dell Inspiron 5577 at the store on 1.22.18. I was strongly urged to purchase the $150 3 yr extended warranty and assured I could use it hassle-free. On 6.17.20 I contacted NSI, the warranty company, they had no record of my purchase. I was instructed by the NSI rep to email them with my information and the copy of my receipt and was told it would be entered within 48 hours. I then received an email on 6.25.20 telling me that NSI can't enter the info that the store would have to. On 6.25.20 I called the store and spoke with store manager, Brandon Hall for 7 mins I explained that I am a nursing student in my last semester and due to Covid we are testing at home and that I HAVE to HAVE my computer. He informed me that this information is sent to the corportate office to be entered and that it must have not been completed at the time of purchase, which I am now having to deal with. He assured me that he would send the info to "the lady at corporate" and promised me he would be in contact with me Monday, 6.29.20. I never received an email or call from Mr. Hall. On 6.30.20 I called NSI and once again none of my information was in their system. In addition, it is VERY difficult to get in contact with the Gallatin, TN store. On multiple occasions I called and the phone rang until it finally cut off. I attempted: 6/17 @ 4:04, 4:20;6/25 @ 3:39, 3:45, 4:01, and finally at 4:14 Mr. Hall answered. The issue with the Dell is the hinge on the right side is loose and causing the LCD cable to fade the screen to a solid white, the function keys at the top are no longer working, and the battery will not hold a charge. Since dealing with this and being without a computer for several weeks, due to no fault of my own, and by Mr. Hall admittedly telling me this was a mistake made by corporate I am requesting a replacement as soon as possible. I have researched how long it takes to get an item sent back from NSI, which is typically 3 to 5 weeks, I absolutely can not wait that long, my next exam was July 7th. The company has refused to send me a replacement. So, I then requested a refund of the $150 warranty fee that I was never able to use and they have now refused to refund it as well. read more

A great place to purchase a ultra hd or hd television! Staff was super knowledgeable about every aspect of the different brands, features and benefits which is something I have never experienced in my previous purchases at other companies. I also purchased an amazing Sony digital camera that I have used at three different rock concerts in the last three months and the video looks like bluray quality when I got home and hooked up my camera to my LG tv to show family and friends. Ask for Cesar or John and you will know why I keep coming back! Thanks guys! read more

They are not completely honest about loans, I ended up paying over $2,000 for a $1,000 laptop after explaining I wanted to make large enough payments so I could pay it off within a few months. It seemed like the salesman and I went round and round in circles while trying to get him to work with my request, eventually I was under the impression that I would have it paid off within a few months. I even put $300 as a down payment. DETAILS ARE BELOW (I am a US Army war veteran and a single mother who deserved better treatment...we all deserve better) I feel I was tricked on mine. I purchased a laptop from there under a loan from acceptance now. The laptop was around $1000. I explained I wanted to pay it off within a few months. I was very adamant about it. The salesman I was talking to said that he would set that up for me. So I paid $300 down and started making $144/monthly payments 9 months ago! I have since called and they tell me that my account is set to pay $144/ month for a year! I understand that with a loan you pay more than the price of what you are buying but by this much?! I have already paid $1,596. and I am still expected to pay $576 or $864 depending on if the contract is 12 or 14 months. So I will be paying over $2,000 for a $1,000 laptop! Loved the store and all the appliances they have there. The workers were very nice and they even helped me carry my tv to my car. Thank you!

My whole experience with Electronic Express has been a disaster. From the initial purchase which I made in August 2018, where I was strong-armed into purchasing a additional warranty on the refrigerator. The manager included it in the purchase and basically bullied me into making that purchase. When they came to install the appliances, the dishwasher that I ordered, which was a Bosch, did not fit. They took it back, and I went back to Electronic Express to order a new one. My experience that shopping time was awful. As I was there ready to spend money out right and a brand new dishwasher, and the person that was helping me left in the middle of the conversation to go and help somebody else. Then continued to argue with me after I made my dishwasher selection. There was a big issue about allowing this dishwasher that I selected to fit under my countertop. Now my countertop is a regular sized counter. There were 2 x 4's that I had to remove to ensure the dishwasher fit, but had they realize that the first installation time, I would have removed them then. But the installers do nothing other than put the dishwasher in-and incorrectly at that. Fast forward to several months later and the dishwasher still is not running correctly. I had called customer service many times about the dishwasher, is there is often a film left on the dishes, or food particles. I had the manufacture people come out and look at the dishwasher, and they stated it was a plumbing issue. Well today the plumber came out, and charged me $115 because the dishwasher was installed incorrectly. There was a kink in the tubing that when they pushed the dishwasher in, it kinked the tubing and they never checked to make sure the dishwasher was running correctly. Now the worst part is, is that I got charged for the dishwasher installation, and for the tubing that they kinked. I will be going to the store with the kinked tubing and my bill. read more

I have never purchased anything from Electronic Express before because of bad reviews from my friends and neighbors but I like to experience things for myself. I purchased a laundry center from them and the salesperson could not have been nicer. I purchased the laundry center on Sunday and it was to be delivered on Thursday and they would call me on Wednesday to tell me the three hour time frame for delivery. At 8pm on Wednesday night, I called the store and they stated it look like they had tried to call me but could not reach me and by looking at the computer I was scheduled between 1 and 4pm the next day. At around 11 am on Thursday I received a call stating they had tried to call me at some bogus number. I asked him if that was the only number he had for me and he gave me my cell number and my home number (so that tells me they never tried to call me). At about 3:45 pm on Thursday I received a call that they were running behind and would be at our residence in about 20 minutes. When they got here..due to running behind needless to say they were in quite a hurry. They got the old laundry center out and place the new one in. One of the delivery guys could not get the washer to level out on the spin (knocking and banging). I must explain that my washroom is under our staircase so the space is quite limited). The other delivery guy came in and stated they needed to leave and the other delivery guy tried to explain the problem he was having and what the machine was doing so the other delivery man (driver) pulled the machine away from the wall and said there you go it is not making the noise now. I said but wait I can't even stand in front of it to load clothes in it. He stated "Lady I don't know what to tell you" and they left. The next day my husband and I worked on leveling the machine up and it still didn't sound right. Finally after reading the installation manual it show that the machine had to be tilted over and packing be removed from underneath the machine. I will never step foot in that store again and if anyone ask me what kind of rating I would give them......All I can say is you don't want to know. read more

I had a TV in my Amazon cart that was backordered with a ship date of 12/15. I then saw the same TV advertised by Rakuten, sold by Electronic Express with the same ship date. EE was cheaper due to no sales tax, so I called them directly and they assured me it would ship on the 15th and be here before Christmas. I deleted from my Amazon cart and ordered through Electronic Express. I called a couple of times for updates and each time they said it would ship on the 15th. I called late on the 15th and they said the shipment had come in late and it wouldn't ship until the 18th but it would for sure be here by Christmas. 18th roles around, no email... 19th, no email... so I call on the 20th and they said it would ship that day. I told them I was disappointed as this is a Christmas present and they still assured me it would be here by Christmas. According to the tracking, they shipped expedited and it indeed was scheduled to be here on the 24th, but as expected it didn't arrive and as of Christmas Day it is still 300 miles away with no expected delivery date. I appreciate the expedited shipping and realize FedEx may have missed their expected date, but in stock on the 15th and didn't ship until the 20th?? Should have stuck with Amazon. read more
