I don't have CAD skills myself, so it was important to find someone who could help draft the design and stay within a budget. I sent them my dimensions and a mock-up drawing, and Kevin responded quickly with a quote and instructions to follow up via email. From there, Larry took over and let me know that their minimum charge is $100, and the job would take about 7 days to complete -- including cutting, bending, and powder coating. They do outsource powder coating, so there was a short wait while they batched orders together, which I expected. Once the brackets were ready, I stopped by in person for pickup. There was a small mix-up when we arrived, since they're used to working with POs for business orders, but even though mine was a personal project, the staff quickly sorted it out and got me taken care of. The final total came out to $100, and to my surprise, I received four brackets instead of three. The quality was excellent, everything matched my specs exactly, and I was finally able to complete my closet setup. The whole process was smooth, the team was professional, and the turnaround time was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them for custom metal work (even small orders!). Very happy with the final result.

My fiancée called Charles and we further discussed the job. She wanted it done as soon as possible, (she called the week before Valentine's Day) and Charles suggested he could do it at 7a on Saturday, 2/19. (He said he would be doing the job alone and that it would take approx 5hrs.) The night before (2/18) I sent Charles a follow up text and had not heard back. I'm writing this review at 8:18a and have STILL not heard back. While he was pleasant enough on the phone, I cleared my Saturday morning to accommodate for this job. Clearly I can't speak to the work they do, but I would be cautious about hiring them without constantly having to check in with them to make sure they are still set to do the requested job. Their pricing seemed reasonable.

Having something custom-built from scratch could easily have been a $3,000+ project, and Jose found a much smarter way to get a finished, custom result. Highly recommend him for any fabrication work where precision matters.

I asked Carlos how long it would take, he said he had to get the metal from the back area because they didn't have any up front. He then proceeded to cut metal (not mine) on the saw there. After waiting 45 minutes and still no metal, I asked Carlos for my receipt back and went back inside for refund. A manager asked what the issue was, he checked the product and time on the receipt and then said he'd handle it. He went out to the yard, said some stuff on his radio and within 5 minutes, he came back with my metal and apologized for the wait and poor service from Carlos. Time is money and Carlos could care less. Anyhow, quite annoying but glad I found the manager and he solved the issue.
