I originally came because of one of their employees, as I had been her client while she worked at another place. When she moved to this spa, I followed her here. However, our schedules no longer matched, so I started booking appointments with Evan -- and what can I say? She does an amazing job. First of all, the treatments themselves are incredible -- honestly one of the best things I've ever done for myself! I always purchase packages because they're a great deal, and I know I'll use them. These treatments solved a major problem for me and saved me so much time that I used to spend on hair removal. Evan is very pleasant, friendly, easy to talk to, and truly knows what she's doing. After a while, you naturally build a connection with certain staff members, and you just don't want to switch to someone else. This spa also offers many other services, so it's definitely worth visiting and checking out everything they have to offer.

Estelle Skin Care & Spa Institute…read more I had a terrible experience with Justin C., who was rude, blunt, and highly unprofessional. Instead of helping me, he pressured me for my credit card info and tried to upsell and upcharge me for his own gain. I was told I'd receive a refund, but my bank confirmed I was charged again instead. To make matters worse, my bank also stated the CVV number is not required for refunds, which makes his behavior feel dishonest and scam-like. This broke all trust. If you consider this school, get everything in writing and be very cautious with your financial information!

They made us pay for our own products and do free labor for the majority of our time there it was honestly really sick the company would get paid while we'd give facials and we'd be lucky to make $1 they said it was apart of our training but it was so the company could make more money the teachers were clueless other than a nice male teacher who I believe owns it now and i highly suggest changing the name but this place is so bad i wish i went to aveda or one of the well known ones the products they gave us were dirt cheap manufactured "Estelle products" hahahaha what a joke. It's so unfortunate because my friends who went elsewhere learned everything and you guys taught me absolutely nothing and are focused on old school techniques European stuff come on time to invest in what skin care is all about it's one of the biggest industry's and you guys do the old school techniques with terrible products and free labor from students. Also everyone is supposed to have a graduation that goes into the tuition you pay and my class wasn't allowed to have a graduation such a cheap rude place don't go here I hate leaving these 1 star reviews they do kill me to leave but If i can prevent someone from coming here and going with a better program I have to speak my truth. I take pride in my position as a yelper to warn others of this cheap school in Skokie and spend extra money to actually be able to become an esthetician. Biggest scam.
