Omg this lady burned my face I bought a Groupon an what a scarey mistake this was. She doesn't know what she is doing. I never had got electrolysis before I went to Janet. So the next day after treatment I was swollen from my chin an neck area. And since I didn't know what to expect from this treatment. I was bad, the scares weren't going away. it's had been four weeks an I wasn't healing good. I have scares I never had before. Please Beware of this lady she is dangerous. Very scary experience. She's very sweet and accommodating. Very easy to get ahold of and schedule or reschedule appointments. I think if you have very light sensitive skin like me, you might want to be careful. I got really bad red bumps and it takes about 1-2 weeks to heal.I have gone to a few electrolysis in my day, and never had so many red bumps. I notice the hair growth is less, just have a hard time with the redness. Her prices are reasonable. But again, if your sensitive, have her do the lowest setting. read more

If you need electrolysis Janet is truly the best of the best! I had a lot of abnormal facial hair growth after getting laser hair removal (!) on my chin and cheeks. Realizing in hindsight that the laser was a big mistake, I tried a few different electrologists but never felt comfortable and wasn't able to keep up with regular treatments. Then I found Janet!! She cleared ALL my dark thick hairs, which also made my skin smoother and less irritated in the process, and I always felt so comfortable and taken care of with her. The facility is in a nice area and I was always able to get an appointment easily, which is super important when you are doing electrolysis and need to keep a regular schedule. As others have noted, electrolysis is uncomfortable but Janet always checks in to see you are doing ok and numbs the area beforehand as well.
