I've called Me. Appliance out several times and have ALWAYS received great service. The techs are…read moreprofessional and clean any mess that results from their work. The repairs they've made have been quality and lasted for years. I'd definitely recommend them to others and know I can count on them to properly diagnose and repair our appliance issues.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Appliance from start to finish…read more After paying for the service, I expected timely communication and progress on the repair. Instead, more than a month passed with no meaningful action or updates from the company. I repeatedly had to follow up myself to find out what was happening. The most concerning part of my experience was a phone call with someone who identified themselves as the Operations Manager. When I politely asked for their name, I received the response, "I am the Operations Manager, and that's all you get." I found this to be unprofessional and discourteous, especially for someone in a management position. Customer service should include respectful communication, accountability, and keeping customers informed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. After payment was made, there appeared to be little urgency to resolve the issue or provide updates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Appliance. I hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service, communication, and follow-through. Hence, future customers receive the level of professionalism they deserve.

In response to the comment about pee on your unit, changing your batterys and the 75$ charge for "…read morechanging your batteries". 1. It is not right to slander a businesses name because you didn't get what you wanted from that company (a new unit from your warranty company) 2. It is not the fault of the business that you were not intelligent enough to replace your own batteries in your thermostat in your own house. 3. It is also not the company charging you $75 to come take a look at your unit "just to replace your batteries", that would be the deductible from your insurance company. 4. It is not the responsibility of the company to lie and falsify information on your report to your insurance company on your unit when it has been neglected of cleaning and maintenance, while also getting peed on by your dogs, which caused the coils to melt off of the unit. 5. Nobody in the HVAC industry is a pee analyst, we just know what happens when dogs continuously pees on the same spot on a unit over the course of several years because we see multiple a year that have the same exact thing happen to them with that same exact scenario. This company has been in business for over 30 years and has not had but a handful of complaints . To slander a business due to you not getting your way is childish. Grow up. Also, try and learn to replace the batteries in your thermostat when the light that reads (replace batteries) is flashing.

Don't trust them, they took my 3.5 ton unit and replaced it with a 2 ton unit. Because I was ignorant to this business and didn't know what they'd done it wasn't discovered until later that they altered the model and serial number on the invoice and didn't provide the proper size unit. They're criminals and if you allow them to work for you please have someone who knows about hvac systems present to ensure they do the work properly. I had another professional company come out and give me a complete diagnosis and they documented how Hutto messed up my system. I guess whoever has my 3.5 ton unit is cool while I'm over here sweating! Probably one of their buddies!
