They charge $5 for every bag at curbside check-in; and they got rid of the check-in counters inside, and force people to do their own check-in and bag tags via a kiosk..... then, without any guidance or signs or helpful customer service teams, you (as the paying customer) have to find a baggage handler who can double-check your "check-in luggage" and scan your boarding passes and your ids and then weigh your bags and finally push them through the belt. It's a f*cking hot mess. People all over the place, getting frustrated, not knowing which way to go; not knowing who to ask; not knowing how to proceed. WHY NOT JUST HAVE A NORMAL CHECK-IN COUNTER/line and stop the madness!?! :( It's no wonder all the JetBlue customer service team are GROUCHY AF and all of them act like they HATE their lives. Zero smiles, zero customer service and no care whatsoever. The JetBlue I knew and loved is LONG GONE...... this process SUCKS. And after wasting almost an hour just to check-in our luggage (yes, the lines were that SLOW) --the so-called "PRIORITY LANE" takes another hour just to go through TSA check. JFK/Jetblue should DO BETTER!! BE BETTER!! We're all paying you top dollar for your so-called "excellent customer service" --WHERE DID IT GO?!? The only reason we put 2 stars is because the TSA agent was funny and tried to be positive......a big thank you to him. And another star for our flight attendant who was super friendly and polite. She was the ONLY ONE (out of 4 FAs)who smiled and kept people on the positive vibes. The other flight attendants and "customer service" agents were just grumpy AF and had perpetual frowns on their faces. JFK / JETBLUE = FAIL

My appetizer and entree were hot when they arrived to the table. I enjoyed my menu choices especially the buffalo wings because they are one of my favorite foods. Our server Vivi was absolutely amazing and constantly checked on our table to make sure we were okay. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice. It was decorated for Valentine's Day which was cute. My friend enjoyed her birthday at Sugar Factory and stated she will be back soon. The Sugar Factory candy store is located next to the restaurant. Photos of celebrities who visited various Sugar Factory locations adorn the walls. Candy galore for the sugar lovers.

The line was out the door, we waited about 10 minutes just for someone to take our order, and then another 35 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. My sister ordered a BACON EGG LETTUCE (without the tomato) and said both her sandwich and the home fries were overly salty. The host wasn't very welcoming and came across as rude, which wasn't a great first impression. On the positive side, our waiter was friendly, attentive, and provided good service despite how busy the restaurant was. With better staffing, faster service, and a friendlier greeting at the front, this could be a much better dining experience.

Unlike other electric companies, Reliant Power didn't provide a quote just by looking at pictures but insisted on an in person consultation. During the consultation, Wen of Reliant Power carefully explained our options for the EV charger installation and carefully listened to our needs. After fielding multiple price quotes, we decided to take a chance with Reliant Power despite the negative review on Yelp and we are very happy we did. Thanks to Reliant Power, we now have a brand new power panel, a hardwired EV charger for my Caddy and an amazing company to reach out to for any future electrical needs.     I contacted Reliant Power Systems to get a quote to upgrade my electrical service panel, run new…read moreconduit for electric appliances, and install heat pumps to heat and cool my home ahead of the coming winter season. I explained to Wen that my gas service had been disconnected and that I was in a rush to have a primary heating system installed before it got cold out. After coming to an agreement on price, he asked for more money for the electrical work. When I asked for an explanation for the cost increase, Wen abruptly cancelled our agreement one business day before his electricians were scheduled to arrive and begin work. In hindsight, the additional $600 Wen was asking for was not a lot of money considering the total project cost was almost $24K, however, I believe he overreacted to my question. He ignored my calls and texts even after I offered to blindly pay him the $600 he was demanding. Be aware that while Wen may come off as professional and competent, he is anything but. He left me scrambling to find another contractor to do this work knowing I had a tight timeline.

    Fantastic experience with SUNation Energy. Was referred by a friend and had great dialogue with our…read morespecialist Rob Moser. He walked us through the process, the benefits of solar and what set up makes most sense for us. He also was able to get us great pricing which was almost 10% lower than other estimates. Paperwork and payment was a breeze! Once the permit was approved (took about 5 weeks after signing the agreement), they came and installed the panels in a few days which was impressive (probably lucked out with availability). The install crew (was literally an army! about 8-9 guys) came promptly at 7:45AM (15 minutes early which was great) and was finished by 1PM. The head of the crew walked me through the process and closed out great showing me the app and next steps. Clean up was also fantastic as nothing was left behind. Currently we are waiting for the inspection so we can start banking the unused solar for future use. But still we are generating over 45 kWh daily (on a sunny day) and our average usage is about 30 (we have 2 EV's) so we are about 150% efficiency which is great. Though we can not bank yet, we are still utilizing solar power so our electric bill for the past week will be minimal. All in all, SUNation Energy is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and customer service seems to be a top priority to them. My neighbor and inlaws are now interested in solar and will be referring them to SUNation and Rob Moser - they also have very nice cash incentives for referrals!!!

    I waited until I had some experience with the new system before considering a review. It's been…read moreoperating for about 5-6 weeks and everything appears perfect. I received my first, almost zero electric bill, and have banked enough kwh to keep us at zero cost for a long while. My only problem is that it's difficult not to follow the reporting software on a day-to-day basis. It's a habit I'll have to try to get over. I interviewed 4 solar companies before choosing Sunation. Working with Sunation proved it to be the right company and a pleasant experience. Their on-line programming seemed to be perfect and all the legal stuff was perfectly clear. If I needed to speak with someone, they were always there. The phone is always answered by someone who knows the answer or knows who knows. And since we're in for the long haul, it's good to know that the service line is always responsive. Approvals from the City and from ConEd seemed to be right on time just as they advised. Their master electrician served as our planning consultant for the physical installation and he made sure to seek my input at each step. When the time came for the installation the Sunation crew was amazingly efficient and the crew chief explained everything. The job was done earlier than was promised and with a thorough clean-up. And the system just works, quietly and powerfully. I couldn't be more pleased.
