There are a dozen superchargers at this location. Surprisingly they didn't put more in. The parking lot is huge and the end of the lot is empty. They could have easily put in two dozen more chargers. I think this location needs it too. When I got there, I was lucky enough to get the last spot! All chargers were being used. Again, it's nice that they are located by shopping centers so you can spend time either shopping or eating, but most importantly have a restroom nearby. Walking into Target, the restrooms are right at the entrance which is great!

Nonetheless, when my girlfriend went to Livermore on Monday before Thanksgiving, it was packed. We came here on Wednesday and it was nearly deserted despite having much of the same stores and discounts as Livermore. It is definitely less walkable than Livermore, requiring you to cross the street to get between various plazas. But it is a great way to get 90% of the shopping experience for 50% of the stress.

Bonus for having well-maintained bathrooms at each building. The only skechers seemed to be in the shoe store.

That gave me a lot of confidence that they knew the Emporia products and were very experienced installers. Customer service was great throughout: professional, straightforward, and clearly experienced with EV charger installs specifically, not just general electrical work.
