The owner Chris was so nice, generous and showed that he cared that Steve was happy with his bike and amenity selections. All I needed…read morewas my tire fixed and when I got the bike back my entire right handle bar and breaking system for that wheel were broken. I had to bring it back in and it took about a month and a half more to get everything fixed on top of having it already being worked on for a couple weeks prior to that. I originally was talking to them about putting some new lights on the bike, but after going through a lot of of issues with them, I was very unhappy and told them that I didn't want to do any of that anymore. They went ahead and changed all my lights to lights that look like crap and it's a total disaster. My headlight is like half as bright as my old high-beam And on top of that, they screwed up the light indicator so that it just constantly looks like I have my high-beams on. Clearly they were just trying to make me a little bit happier so I wouldn't leave a bad review but they ended up doing what I did didn't want them to do anyways, and took many many days extra to do all this extra stuff that I didn't want them to do. I mean, who does that really!? It's such a violation.. i told you I didn't want to do anymore business with you and just settle up. If I could I would have gotten out of the deal but we had gone to far and so I went along with it but to go behind my back to do that extra stuff is just so silly and disrespectful. I will never be going to this place. It's new ownership. The old guy was good, but this younger couple are terrible at this. Do not deal with this company at either location in my opinion as they are owned by the same people. $1000+ bill later and two months later, I'm completely dissatisfied. Better Business Bureau here we come.

I got a recommendation to bring it to Action Wheelsport and I am so glad a did. They were super nice and immediately knew the issue. They fixed it up in less than 24 hours at an extremely reasonable price. They also helped load it in and out of the truck I was using to transport it, and let me know they have a pick up and delivery service if ever needed in the future.I will definitely only use Action Wheel for repairs moving forward and will also go to then them when I am in the market for a new scooter. I am really bummed with J & R because they are part of the bike world and everyone is aware of "Flo-yellow" and regular yellow in the bike world since it is popular. I wish I could get a full refund. Now I feel like I have to keep these stupid grips.
