Who wants to wait a half day to just to talk to somebody? So Called VJR and instantly made direct contact with electrician and said he would be at my house in 10 minutes. Initially came over to just inspect electrical panel for my home sale, but saw that it would not pass and needed work. We explained that we were closing on house at end of week, so he squeezed the job into his already busy schedule and got work done on same day. Electrician was tired, but I was happy and house is ready to be sold. VJR really seems aimed to please and genuinely stated his guarantee.

I called to ask about getting the debris removed, and Frank said that they do not remove debris! What contractor leaves all of their debris on the job-site? Extremely unprofessional. He did not even offer to remove the debris for an extra charge, he just said that they do not take away their garbage. I have hired many contractors and been hired as a contractor, and I can tell you that this is unheard of. Even the super could not believe that they refused to remove their debris. Maybe they would be OK for a small job, but I would never recommend them for any type of larger job.

He comes to my house and seems in a hurry to get started, I ask him to confirm the price and he goes from $120 to $150. IN retrospect I wish I had just said no right there, but our fridge was out and the Kitchenaid Service repairman said to change the outlet or else they wouldn't do the operation. I felt like he took advantage of us in a bad time sensitive situation. Would not recommend. The change in the price on the spot after two confirmations is a huge red flag.
