I honestly was so scared when I went in to get my vericose veins closed, but the doctor and staff were super supportive and nonjudgemental with me being so anxious. They have a fan, cold damp cloths, stress ball and they will continue any conversation you have with them during the procedure to keep you distracted. Doctor is very attentive to if you need more numbing on your leg. They treat veins not only extremely well but quickly! My legs don't hurt anymore and I don't have those awful looking dark purple spider veins on my legs anymore! I'm super happy I was recommended this place and my mom is actually going to go in to get her legs treated!

He speaks fast and there's a lot of medical terminology in there, but he does explain everything in detail that he finds in his exams - the treatment and/or procedures he thinks should be done, what the experience of that procedure would feel like, and aftercare if necessary. These are the best qualities in my opinion of him as a doctor, and I like him, and that's saying something because I don't like most of the doctors I see. That said, here are some negative opinions: Him speaking so fast does make it difficult to process what he's saying, and then when you add the medical terminology he's using, it often becomes difficult to understand and remember. But I will say, he answers questions if I interrupt him because I don't understand something, and will try and rephrase it in a way that it's easier for me to understand That's huge to me! Most doctors just get irritated at you if you interrupt them to ask a question, and often they just repeat the same thing they just said, which is no help at all. 2) I think he takes on too many patients, and I do feel a bit rushed when I'm with him. 3) Every time I go to his office for tests, such as ultrasounds, I've had to wait a month between appointments before I get the results of the tests. When you're in pain and seeing a doctor for tests, you don't want to have to wait a month to find out what's wrong with you, and that's very stressful. I also don't want to have to drive an hour and all the way to and from Fresno from Hanford, just for him to speak to me for 10 minutes or less and explain the tests to me. I understand a one-on-one experience with the doctor is a good thing, but not in these circumstances, and I didn't like that at all. I think if the results are nothing to worry about, someone in his office should be able to call me and tell me that, and not make me go through the time, expense, and physical discomfort of that drive. I have an appointment like that coming up and I just called and spoke to his receptionist and asked her if she would talk to me and be compassionate enough to not have me do that and let me have a phone visit. I'll let you know what happens.

I get 1/2 a syringe or a full syringe after, i'm always left with bumps even after 2 weeks of waiting for it to be healed. It became extremely annoying and inconvenient to get injected, wait 2 weeks then come back to get the bumps inside my lips dissolved. I have driven to this place 4 times to get injected and 4 additional times after every 2-3 weeks to get bumps inside my lips dissolved. If you do your research and go to a better place, you don't go get your bumps dissolved after every injection... I am extremely disappointed in this place because now I have fucked up lips and now I have to go and pay somewhere else to get them dissolved completely and RESTART. So anyone who is looking to get lip fillers, save your money and go somewhere else that has 5 star review because dropping $600 on 1 syringe isn't worth it at this place just to get bumps dissolved everytime and uneven lips.
