If i could give zero stars i would. I have bern here twice. The first time they used dirty tools on my FEET THAT THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY USED ON ANOYHER CLIENT WITHOUT CLEANING. Horrible experience the second i we walked in. My friend and i walked in looking to get a full set mani pedi. We were told to be seated right away. We got out toes done right away and next were out hands. I wish i nevet got my hands done here. My nails were growing out and i just needed a fill, quick in and out... the nail tech starts RIPPING my nails of my fingers and using a sharp tool to get in between the nailbed and the acrylic and proceeded to rip them off like that after i had even told her it was hurting and had never had my set removed like that before. Lynn looks over and starts acting very rude towards me and leaves her client shes workinh on to come finish my nails. When she asked if i wanted the new acrylic gel my friend had asked her what the difference was between regular gel, lynn explained. Aftet explaining what it was to my frirnd i had told lynn i ONLY wanted the regular i didnt want to try the new stuff or pay extra (I still got charged for it even though i got regular gel). I had came in and asked for just red polish. Very simple. Just one color. They gave me a dark purply color to which i asked to be switched to a different color after she did two nails and she was very rude. After almost three hours we were done, we got up to pay and she let us know we could pay through venmo or cash. My total for my nails alone was $220........ a simple mani pedi gel set.... after i asked about the price she then started to raise her voice and tell me that was the pricr no explanation. Which is fine but i have NEVER paid that much for a simple set. She got upset and told me i had to pay so i sent it through venmo. We leave and this lady literally RUNS outside of her store accusing me of not paying and she was going to call the police. I started laughing at her and let her know i already paid and she continued to accuse me of not paying until i had to physically pull up the reciept on my phone. She mumbles something under her breath and walked away. Literally worst nails and service i have ever had. Highly do NOT recommend this place. After all that we left and i looked at my nails and realized my left ring finger nail was crooked. I got my nails redone in fresno the next day for $65 and they did NOT rip my nails off or complain about any requests i had. Family owned and operated, I just love coming here, I always know what I'm going to get . The quality of the products is excellent and both Lynn and her husband Tyler do fabulous work. Not only that they are so fast and try to accommodate you with short notice I bring my mom and my friends here consistently and have never been unhappy. Their prices are competitive, but they give better service and provide higher quality products than I have seen in Fresno . I came into Lynn's Nail Spa on a Sunday Afternoon, around 2 PM or so. The place is found within a plaza with other businesses and restaurants. Inside is not so big, probably 5-8 chairs if I remember correctly. My wife and I were visiting from out of state and we were getting ready to do some extensive hiking at Yosemite nearby in the coming week. I was desperate to get a pedicure before! Going into our vacation one of my nails was giving me some pain so I really needed some work done. Thankfully Lynn's was nearby and they were able to take me in right away. The woman who was giving me my pedicure was very gentle yet firm with my toes--when she got to the toe that was giving me pain she allowed me to explain to her what I was feeling before she went "all in." She found the issue and took care of it gracefully. I was so relieved leaving this place, and it wasn't bad pricing either! Called and made an appointment for 130. When I showed up at 1:40 she was still someone else. She was able to see me at 1:55. I had coffin nails with a dip, my nails are always done and I take pride in them. I asked for a soak off and instead was told that they take everyone's nails off the same way- she took an acrylic tip and shoved it between my natural nail and the dip to pry it off. I stopped her and asked her if it would damage the nail. She said no and continued to pry them off, this is how they do everyone's nails. I stopped her after the first hand because my nails were DESTROYED. She said there was nothing wrong with what she was doing and this is how my nails looked when I walked in! I was shocked and shaking and another nail tech jumped in and said there is nothing wrong with it, even after I showed him my nails as well. She then went on to say it was because I was late, even though she was running almost 30 minutes behind. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. They ruined my nails, my day, were rude, late and lazy. To add- none of the instruments we're sterilized. read more

BEWARE! This place has MANY customers, and it is in extremely popular spot. BUT- it shouldn't be. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is a must. I have been going here off and on for years. I have always been a loyal customer. But recently I have been going every 2 weeks consistently for about 6 months or so. I had smashed my nail a while back and I thought that's what I was seeing- a black spot on my nail. But NOPE. I took my nails off last night because I went a little longer than normal, they were messed up and long, and I figured I needed a new fresh set. I found FUNGUS under 5 of my nails. I have noticed that she doesn't switch nail files between customers, and she is even faster than she normally is. That's because she doesn't clean properly. The prices have increased like crazy, and the quality has gone down. I have spoken to 5 people so far since last night that have all said they have seen the same thing. Just beware what you're getting yourself into. It is absolutely NOT okay. And before you come at me- no, I haven't gone to another nail salon in YEARS. So I know it was this location. *Edited to add* I realize this could be from water getting under my nails, but regardless...that shouldn't be happening either. Well, they went back to Lynn's after a few months (and rightfully so) so I followed them. I have had Lynn, Tyler, Dean & Emily all do my nails & each is great! Emily does my nails regularly now & I love her. She knows exactly what & how to do my mani/pedi. She is so sweet, too. My nails are perfect now, the pedi is AMAZING & everyone there is friendly & kind. I feel their prices are very reasonable & the quality of work is a definite there. The shop is up to date, comfy & super clean. Lynn is on the ball - she does a fab job with this business. I love this family; they are good people. My mom was a regular client prior to covid and hasn't been back since, we decided to pop in for a quick pedicure before going out of town. I was so happy with the way they treated us. I had called to see what time they closed and if they had availability for 2 pedicures (yes) and I hung up. I was in town on vacation and needed to get my nails done as a few had broken. I called and they got me in right away. I'm not sure which male person did my nails but he had a snake tattoo on his right arm. He seemed nice at first but tried to get me to change my pink and white fill to a nude color saying over and over it looks better. He must have tried at least three times. I don't think he realized that saying that to a customer is an insult. When I told him that I just wanted a fill and told him what shape I wanted my nails, he told me in a condescending tone "to relax and let the professional do the job." Clearly, I wasn't allowed to even state my preferences! At first he was wearing a mask and I was thankful because he was obviously sick and had been coughing and sniffing every few minutes. He then took his mask off and proceeded to cough on my arm for the next half hour repeatedly. He even got a tissue and blew his nose with it and proceeded to finish my nails without washing his hands. I was so caught off guard, that I couldn't say anything for fear my nails wouldn't get finished. At the end, he told me the price-$60.00 and just stared at me. I excused myself to wash my hands and entire arms before paying him. I'm in shock at his lack of manners and decency. Hygiene is part of a manicurist's education but clearly he was sick for that day! read more

OMG!! We love this place. We called the day of (on a Saturday). We were coming from Yosemite trying to do a girls day. There were 7 of us. She got us in almost immediately and they were so efficient, yet none of us felt rushed. They did superb work and they were the nicest people. The ladies son was there (hes 5), and he watched his mom like a hawk. I think he was quality control. It was adorable. We will definitely be coming back next summer when we come. Customer service here is lousy and the quality of work leaves me disappointed each time . I have to ask the technician to please not file my nails after they are done and they usually honor my request but this last time there, I made my request but the lady doing my gel manicure refused to stop filing telling me "I know what I'm doing " and aggressively held my hand when I tried to pull back and she continued to file away! The reason I don't like my nails to be filed after they are done, is because the polish inevitably will chip off which might be the real reason they do that. I told her about my concerns re chipping and she responded that I probably do things to my nails to cause them to chip ...I went on a cruise the next day, nails started to chip the 3rd day ! No more business for this salon from me. I'm done. read more

I had an appointment, that I was about 10 minutes late to, but I was still seen as soon as I got there. I payed $40 for a full set of acrylic nails and it took maybe 25-30 minutes.
