Half our power went out after a winter storm. I called Rich on a Sunday to request emergency service since I have twin babies and the space heater in our living room was nonfunctional as well as the fridge. Rich came over himself within two hours; while the issue was with ConEd, he hooked up our fridge so it was running and placed a ticket with ConEd to fix the power issue. He was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. In the past, I've spent hours waiting for HVAC people and plumbers who finally arrive way past the appointed time and require multiple calls on my part. Our building had called another electrician (at the same time I called Rich) who finally turned up about two hours after Rich left. I can't overemphasize enough how difficult professionalism and reliability is to find in this city!
