I follow up 3 months later, Erin responds to my email in beginning of August. She said she would send me the updated quote, but she was on her way to her vacation. I told her that it was okay for her to get back to me after her vacation, but now she stopped responding. I told them that my system never kept up on hot days. They offered a bid and I thought they were totally fair on price. So we pulled the trigger. Especially helped to make my mind up as it was around 78 degrees outside the next day and the old system still didn't keep up. They gave me 2 bids and I opted for the more high efficiency bid. Jacob and Aaron arrived at the house to complete the job. My house being 100 years old, it wasn't the easiest and Jacob had to put in the O.T. to get it done. I was still skeptical that it would keep up. But this new system is actually amazing. We've already hit 90 degrees since the install and my thermostat never varied from 72 degrees where I set it. Im 100% satisfied with this company and would absolutely recommend them. Also when Aaron did the electrical, we had a light start blinking. I wasn't sure if it was from the work they did and so I called the company. Aaron came out and fixed my light and it just happened to be a random occurrence not caused by the work being done.
