When I called Steve (the owner) answered the phone personally and was quick to help me diagnose the problem and gave me a rough estimate for the cost of the solution. They set me up with an appointment a couple of days later, arrived within their estimated arrival time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Steve did a repair for me on a house that had a leaking waterline between the water meter and the house. I don't live in the house which made it difficult for me not living 2 hours away. I finally found a plumber that I trust. Steve returned my late call within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The bathtub faucet had suddenly had a strong flow leaking so he requested I send a video so he could be prepared to arrive with everything he needed for the repair. He arrived on time and fixed the problem in about an hour. I had tried to repair it myself and had made a substantial mess. I braced myself for what this was going to cost and although he has a great Yelp review record, I was relieved at how reasonable his price was. After driving up from San Diego to meet a different plumber, I was told the sink couldn't be replaced because my reverse osmosis system was in the way.
