I emailed several companies to get estimates and Steve replied quickly and offered a couple of choices as to what we could do to get our plumbing lines flushed. Additionally, he also mentioned a product we could order from Amazon to use after the service to keep the drains clean, which was fairly inexpensive. I called to schedule an appointment and Steve picked up and set up my appointment, even though he was at the movie theater; talk about dedication! When Steve arrived, he had his daughter with him, who worked along side of him and was the sweetest woman you'll ever meet. They were very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and wonderful to talk to. We were quoted a price and in the end paid less than half of the original quote because Steve didn't need to do the additional treatment afterall, as our plumbing lines were much cleaner than expected. Many professionals will perform the additional service, even if you don't need it, just to make a buck. Not Steve! His integrity and honesty are impeccable! We've used Steve for two small projects in our home now. One was the installation of a toilet flange in a second floor bathroom and the other was the installation and hook up of our sink/dishwasher/faucet after we had new counter tops installed. He's been on time, really polite, cost competitive and very knowledgeable both times he's worked on our projects. I've used four plumbers in the area including Steve, and we will be settling with Steve for our projects from on. We haven't been able to find a plumber that doesn't rip us off, until we found Steve. I had used home advisor to find a plumber to fix a leaking pipe in my laundry room. After getting the run around from another company Elect plumbing called me from home advisor. I scheduled an appointment with them for the following day between 9-11am. Well 11am came and went and when I called he apologized for the snafu and offered to fix our pipe for FREE a couple of hours later. He came at 4pm fixed the leak and even advised us to contact a drywall repair specialist! I would use Elect plumbing for any plumbing issue the next time it happens. I had a leaking gas line so I called the gas company. All they did was come and shut it off so I called Elect Plumbing after checking their reviews here and on Google. They came out and found the leak with some fancy equipment. They dug up the pipe and repaired it with a "fusion" machine. I researched what they told me and found that everything they said was honest. The leak was found and fixed within a few hours. Our clogged main line was fixed on the same day of the call. Steve was professional, friendly, gave a reasonable quote after evaluation of the problem, and no unnecessary cleanup left for me afterwards. Costed more than expected but went ahead and had the plumbing serviced. Will need to replace the cast-iron pipes eventually and that's going to be more $$$.
