When parts…read morewere not available or they found other issues, they were prompt in letting us know and took care of it all. I think the most impressive moment was when we had construction on our property that broke the water line to our house leaving us without water. I called Josh and he immediately responded, having the issue fixed within an hour! He had also remembered my interest in getting my well water tested for a number of different toxins/heavy metals, did the research on the backend with the University of Georgia to figure out how to get that test (since it was not a commonly requested one), found the test and took care of that at the same time as fixing our water! I was blown away by his attention to detail and customer service!!!!

He doesn't return calls, and neither does Melissa. Neither of them are reachable this afternoon. I've left multiple messages and have heard nothing from them. Anytime I call, it goes straight to voicemail. Russell's phone number won't even work for me unless he turns on iMessage. This company is not at all what it used to be when I first got the equipment. I think Russell may be putting me off indefinitely so the warranty on my system runs out. This company seems to be quite shifty and the people are possibly conniving to not have to devote any additional funds or time to me as a loyal customer. It was a much better organization when Jack Ervin worked for them; but, unfortunately, he retired. This is a deplorable state of affairs they've put me in. My only recourse may be to take legal action against them.

I started my relationship with them in a friend's recommendation. I am glad I listened. I got a reverse osmosis sink faucet and was pleased with the entire process the 7 months later upgraded to the whole house system. Nothing but rave reviews about the quality, professionalism, customer service and overall great experience. Without hesitation, I can recommend this business. My next project is installing rain barrels on the down spouts on the house, and I looked no further than Russell and his team.

I have been with Aqua Clear for four years and love the that the system gives my family safe, clean…read morewater. My only complaint is over the past year or so they have began to rely heavily on AI for customer support and it takes away that small town business feel. I recently had a minor emergency with my water system on a weekend and needed after hours support from a live person and the AI system was not working properly and I was not able to get the live over the phone support I needed for the emergency. Would have been so nice if they just relied on old fashioned after hours on call live person for emergency support. I don't expect a live person to stay in office 24/7 for support but in a business like this when emergencies can/do arise after hours a rotation of on call live technician support is important.

Within a year (by design) the salt-water 'softening' system had clogged and would flood my garage every 3 weeks (so I un-plugged the unit, after calling and being informed it would be about $250 to get a technician/plumber out to take care of the problem) Now their phone number, when I call it, just puts out a message, "This number has been dis-connected and is no longer in service" I wouldn't be surprised if they went out of business, just want to know how I would find out for sure.
